Discovering God’s Purpose and Following His Plans.
Ephesians 2:10
1 Corinthians 2:9-10
Purpose is the destiny that began your journey. It is the end that caused your beginning.
Purpose is what gives life a meaning and makes life worth living.
The grand agenda of purpose is to expand God’s Kingdom and glorify Him.
A sense of dissatisfaction is a major pointer for discovering your purpose.
God will not give you a strategy when he has not communicated what you need to achieve. Purpose gives birth to plans.
Your plans might be good but (may) not be God’s purpose for your life. Alignment with God helps you to get more information and revelations concerning His plans for your life.
You must continue to see what God is showing you concerning your purpose, hear what he is saying and perceive what he wants you to do. This can only be achieved through fellowship with Him.
WAYS TO DISCOVERING GOD’S PURPOSE FOR YOU
1) God is your creator and manufacturer. He must be your Personal Lord and Saviour. Proverbs 19:21
Just like a product with a warranty, we are God’s products that come with an eternal warranty and His seal and label.
A manufacturer does not avoid his products, a product should not avoid its manufacturer. We must not avoid God.
Your Saviour must be your first point of call concerning any situation.
Every seed is in its fruit. Your true essence is hidden in Christ. Your future is not ahead of you. It is trapped within you to be revealed gradually through close fellowship with Him. Jeremiah 1:4-7, Proverbs 16:25, Jeremiah 33:3.
No one knows the truth about you like God does. Jeremiah 33:3, Revelations 22:13
God’s definition about your life is all you need. Do not seek validation from others. Your worth is in Christ.
Do not live for anybody, live for Christ. Matthew 4:4
