Gift Ugochi Christopher is a worshipper and music minister.
He is from Rivers State and was based in Port Harcourt before moving to Lagos. He is signed to the popular gospel label, Eezee Concept, joining other popular gospel artistes like Mercy Chinwo, Chioma Jesus and Judikay.

The young minister shared on his blog and Instagram page in 2018, his story of Grace over struggle.
GUC reminisced his parent’s demise and how he thought all hope was lost. He started doing various jobs to survive, things like selling water and driving trucks. In the article, he wrote.

“Grace makes the difference clear.
Maybe that’s why I sing the way I do, with so much passion, maybe that’s why I love and support the way I do, maybe that’s why I worship and serve the way I do.
Life wasn’t easy, but if you hear my story you sure will be inspired to stand and not fall, run and not tire, even if you tire, God will stand by you just like always.”

GUC makes use of every opportunity to return praise to God for his uprising rather than bask in human accolades, he speaks greatly on focusing on purpose and making God centre of our purpose walk. In his manner of posting inspiring quotes on his Instagram page, GUC addresses the issue of keeping it real with oneself and relieving the pressure of people validation

“Quit the competitions. Trash out the pressure to be accepted. Wink at every untimely commendation. Ministry is not democracy, our election and approval is not of men. Don’t seek for any honour except at the court of God.

His music ministry is a source of encouragement to many. GUC continues to climb up the ladder in his career.

…Our Ministry is blessed with diverse encounters from time to time. 23 years ago, 6th of July 1997, the Lord said to me:
“Don’t you toy with this pulpit!
It is serving a generation.
It is a factor for a worldwide awakening.
I’ve set you as a Shepherd over a generation. As you pastor this one Church, the world will become for your Parish because I have appointed you to serve your generation.
Stay over this Church with me (He said), as we begin to reap the over ripe harvest of the world together.”

I was in my room and I said today is 6th, there was something He said on the 6th, so I checked it out; quoted verbatim.
So, what is happening is not anybody’s expertise. It is divine agenda. That the world is listening to a Prayer Meeting and praying along, across all the continents of the earth: it is a divine agenda coming true. It will be a waste of time for anybody to be angry with that.

You see trailer coming, clear the road!!!

Never on merit, it’s God who works through asses that is at work. Humbling God.
As it ever happened before, I don’t know but everything that happens on this pulpit span the world at the same time.
There is no language or speech where their voice is not heard (Psalm 19:3-4)
This is God at work in the midst of ordinary people. This is God using ordinary dust to accomplish His purpose.
This microphone: we don’t owe it any thanks. It’s just bought to do what it is doing. It is the voice that goes through the microphone that is the messenger not the microphone.

Awesome God. 23 years ago, I still could remember when He was speaking to me.
The World? How? What are you going to say to them?
So, He (God) is the One speaking to them.

You know what that means?
There is no prophetic word that has come your way in this time and in this Commission that is not ordained for accomplishment.

God of Purpose and Plans

Genesis 1: 1- 31

God is a God of purpose. He never does anything without a particular purpose.

God’s purpose can be described as God’s life in its entirety for you. It is God’s original intent for creating and sending you to this world.

Purpose is not determined, it is discovered. You do not determine your purpose, your purpose determines you.

When you come into the awareness of God’s purpose for you and begin to live it, there is an activation of spiritual blessings being demonstrated in the physical.

Life is a temporary assignment. There will always be a vacuum in a person’s life, regardless of status, if that person is not fulfilling purpose.

Everything that was created was created for a purpose. The seas, birds, including man. God created us having his spirit in us, to have dominion over everything thing on the earth. Genesis 1:26. He created the garden first before creating man. He had already made provision for man before man was created. Everything he created before man, was what man was to have dominion over.

In the school of purpose, you are never a failure.Whatever setback is experienced is majorly to set you up for future promotion. Jeremiah 29:11

Anytime you are dissatisfied or not productive, the dissatisfaction in your spirit is a signal that God is trying to get your attention concerning a particular plan that is supposed to be carried out.

Always think at the level of God, not your situation or circumstance.
