This 200 capacity auditorium was built by the grace of God single handedly by a son of the commission in Port Harcourt, Rivers State at his home town in Owo Ondo State. Living Faith Church, Ilale-Owo.

Lift your hands and worship Him. Father, we give You the praise and the honour. There is nothing in the future we have to fear because we are connected to You who holds the future in Your hand. Blessed be Your name, honour to Your name, adoration to Your name. Thank You and thank You and thank You Adonai, in Jesus precious name.
Psalm 23:1-6 This evening we want to look quickly at the benefits of divine direction. Our objective is to understand the dividends of divine leading and guidance. Church Gist. When God leads me, when God guides me, what benefit is there? The first thing I want to say by way of introduction is that; being led, guided and directed by God is a luxury realm of Christian existence. That is; luxurious living, enjoyment living. It is a blessed thing to be guided and led by God.
Secondly, being led, guided or directed by God is a privilege of sonship (Romans 8:14). The meaning of that is; sons of God and when we say sons of God, there is no man or human in the spirit. We are all sons in the spirit. If you are a son of God; a child of God, a daughter of God, you don’t need to beg to be led.
Thirdly, being led, guided or directed by God is the secret of walking successfully with God. Church Gist. God spoke to Abraham (Genesis 17:1), be thou perfect; walk before me and be thou perfect. Walk before me, let me lead you, let me direct you and then you will be perfected.
There are many Christians whose Christian experience are so frustrating because of not being guided and not be led by God.
WHAT ARE THE DIVIDENDS, PRACTICAL PROFITABILITY OR BENEFITS OF BEING LED, GUIDED OR DIRECTED BY GOD?
The presence of God. Those who are guided by God enjoy the presence of God because God cannot be absent where His voice is present (Psalm 23:1-2, Exodus 13:21).
People who are led by God, they carry a heavy presence of God. People who are acquitted with the voice of God, who are directed by God, they carry God bodily. Church Gist There is something you cannot miss about them; you feel God when you hang around them. If I want to tell you why you need the presence of God, it is another message. The presence of God is the secret of the anointing, the presence of God will do many things.
The peace of God. Peace is what people cannot buy in the market; people buy bed but they can’t buy sleep. Peace, thou leadeth me beside still waters, not troublesome waters – peaceful water, quite water (Psalm 85:5). When God speaks, it is accompanied with peace. Any leading that takes away your peace has another source but not God. You say yes to the man in marriage and you lost your peace, your wedding card is about to be out and you lost your peace. You are set to take the journey and you lost your peace, you are about to withdraw the money and put into that business and you lost your peace. If there is no reason why you need the voice of God, you need it for peace. Those who lack the voice of God are permanently under pressure, highly stressed up, very anxious. Isaiah 48:18
Tonight, peace is coming your way!
During the course of this construction, not one, nor two, not three; pastors, men of God and others would come and as we went round, one of them said, “I can’t understand the peace with which you are functioning here. All these things are going on you and you are at peace?” Yes! Because God commanded it, because God is speaking about it and God implemented it and God executed it under a depressed economy in record time.
The provision of God. The voice of God comes with supplies of God, the provision of God (Psalm 23:1). Church Gist. So, anywhere God leads, the pastures are green. If God is leading, the pasture must be green. What others look for, looks for you when God leads.
In Luke 5:4, Peter had toiled all night and caught nothing but the voice of God came and He said, “launch your net into the deep” and Simon Peter said, “I’ve toiled all night and caught nothing but at your voice now, I will do this” and he got supplies that could never be exhausted.
Isaiah 48:15. If God speaks, prosperity is the outcome. Supernatural provision is a revelation. There is something God would show you that will explode your sources and finances. It is not necessarily sweating or human connection that can give you what you need in life. Church Gist. When there was a famine in the land, the voice of God brought Isaac into a realm of supply (Genesis 26:1-4) and as God spoke and Isaac hearken to God (Genesis 26:12-14), he exploded.
In this season, somebody is about to hear something from God that is going to move you into the millions and the billions range!
He is going to give you a dream in the night, a vision, a revelation, something that will shift you into the millions and the billions range!
Why do I say so? Isaiah 45:1-3. At the Healing and Deliverance Service yesterday, a young man said God gave him a revelation where angels were standing at the gate and shaking hands with people; “you are welcome” and they are here right now. Church Gist. While we were in the service, in the course of the encounters, one of the young ladies came and said, the Lord showed her angels everywhere and they said; “you are welcome. Welcome to your wealth.”
This year 2022; what is yours, no devil shall deny it.
I decree that your hearing shall be opened. Your understanding shall be opened. God will show you something. God will open your ears to something that will give you access to massive resources!
You may have zero in your account now but by the time this year is over, God will shock you!
What is in the voice of God? By the time we are through with this, you should struggle to hear and know what God wants you to do with your life. The presence of God, the peace of God, the provision of God; it is not just material provision but a good wife, a good husband – they are inside the voice of God, inside the direction of God, inside the leading of God. The other day we were driving out of Church and I was driving right in front of here, inside the car and I told my wife and I said, “thank you. I’m grateful that you are my wife.” She said what about you? I’m thankful to you too. I said, you don’t understand what I’m talking about. If I had married someone else that maybe is not aligned to destiny and ministry, I can’t be here. She would have quarrelled the anointing out of your life. Church Gist. Instead of ministering under the auction, you are ministering under irritation. So there are many things people take for granted and it is not of him that willeth or runneth, it is of God that showeth mercy. So, these are things that are inside the voice of God. If you don’t hear God, you may get America green card, that doesn’t mean God said go to America. There are people who mistake a lot of circumstantial happenings to divine direction and they end in a lot of disaster.
I was talking with a man, we trusted God to go out of the Country and all of us got our visas, wife and children, all the way to go to America and God answered our prayers and the visa was granted and we have now relocated to America and the moment I landed America, blood pressure. Now we have to investigate something; what’s wrong. Pressure is high, two hundred and something and you can’t do anything with your life. The moment you arrived – affliction. Something is wrong somewhere.
You will not miss it!
Lift up your right hand and say; “In the name of Jesus, I cannot miss my destiny, I cannot miss purpose in Jesus’ name!”
The Power of God. The voice of God carries power, it injects the recipient with power. Nothing makes a man authoritative and audacious like hearing God, knowing what God says (Psalm 29:4, Ecclesiastes 8:4). Power to dismantle the position, power to dissolve the oppression, power to make progress, power to fulfil destiny (Isaiah 30:31).
I speak to someone here today, every oppression that is around your life, on your life right now; the voice of God shall dismantle tonight!
The preservation of God. The voice of God is the secret of preservation by God (Psalm 23:4, Psalm 105:15, Psalm 89:19-23). If I can hear God, enemies are in trouble. If I am sensitive enough to know what God is saying and to see what God is showing, enemies are trouble. Church Gist.
I announce here by the anointing of God, anyone who hate your soul without a cause and they have failed to repent, in this season, they shall be plagued!
Every hater of the body of Christ, every hater of this local assembly, every hater of your soul and life that has refused to repent, in this season, they shall experience multiple plague!
Is it not wonderful to hear God, to be guided by God, to be directed by God with the peace, presence, provision and the power of God?
Profit in life. This is different from provision, this is profit (Isaiah 48:17). “If I am leading you, my teachings bring you profit. I cause you to make gain.” This is the critical thing: any direction that ushers you into losses is lacking in divine direction. Two basic things will cause losses: a). Lack of wisdom. b). Lack of divine direction. Because wisdom is profitable and where wisdom is lacking, losses are inevitable. The only reason why you can make losses if God spoke to you is if wisdom is lacking but generally, God’s direction to you moves your life to the next level. Church Gist. You are in a business and all you are experiencing is losses and losses; “Lord is this my business, did you send me into this venture, is this my line?” The shark is a star in the ocean but a miserable entity in the sky. The eagle is the king of the air but a captive in the water. God’s guidance ushers you into evidential profit; life moves forward, everything goes forward.
Purpose Fulfilment. When God leads and guides, purpose is fulfilled (Habakkuk 2:1, 3). If you can hear God at the beginning of your life’s journey, ministry, career, destiny journey, no devil can stop you from ending where you are to end (Genesis 12:1-5).
Somebody asked me yesterday, I’m into business, my challenge is that I don’t know which business to do and which one to put my money in. I told him and said, that is the purpose of this month. Church Gist. Just ensure that you sit down and listen very carefully. By Sunday we shall be understudying conditioning for divine direction and then after that, we shall begin to understand avenues of divine direction.
WHAT REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED TO EASILY RECEIVE DIRECTION FROM GOD?
The fear of God (Psalm 25:12-14). There is a connection between a clear conscience and the clarity of hearing – the fear of God because, one of the primary ways God will lead a man is the conscience and the conscience is the voice of the human spirit and when the conscience is seared (Proverbs 20:27), when that conscience is not healthy, when it is sick by virtue of guilt, unrepentant sin and negative living, then a difficulty in hearing from God or knowing what God wants you to do can arise.
A heart of meekness (Psalm 25:9). Who is the meek? The humble, the teachable, the one that is helpless without God. You are so helpless; you don’t claim to know anything. You are so helpless; you don’t want to make a move until you are sure God is behind it and that meekness is translated into your dealings with people. Church Gist. You know a meek man by his ability to receive correction even from human beings. You know a haughty man by his allergy to corrections, he is impervious, he can’t be corrected. You can’t make an observation, his face will change and as he operates like that with man, unconsciously, he takes it to God. Anybody who cannot say thank you to people will have ingratitude also with God. One of my children, I asked them to cross check something for me today musically and then he sent me feedback of the assignment and I said, thank you so much for your input. How much should I pay you for this consultation?” When you can’t say thank you to even your baby, wife or husband, it translates to God.
One day I was in our living room, one of my children, the second one said something, very striking. I ran to the room and I said hold on: I carried my pen and paper and I said, please say it again. I wrote it down. It was a spontaneous revelation, even herself didn’t think about it. Meek, calm down – when you claim to know, you can never be taught. Ezekiel 37:3 So many of us, when we should be listening, we are talking even with human beings. Meekness is important. Somebody said if you want to know Pastor Paul Enenche, listen to his songs, then you will know him. There is one song that says;
🎶🎶 Lord I just want to let You know that You have the final say in everything that pertains to my existence on the earth. Everything that I can be or ever ever hope to be, is a function of Your blueprint for my life.
Lord if ever I have not done what You wanted me to do, it’s because I’m yet to know what’s on Your mind for me to know. I am totally available to do as You please. On the Altar Lord I have laid down my all🎶🎶
PRAYERS: Father, today I make demands on the ability to hear You; a hearing ear, seeing eyes a knowing heart. Help me Lord to hear what You are saying, to see what You are showing, to know what You are revealing. Help me Lord and give me the grace to obey tirelessly and to obey promptly.
FIREFUL DECLARATIONS;
I speak into the communion, I decree today as we take the body and the blood of Him that was raised up on the third day, as this is the third day of the fast (Hoses 6:2). I prophesy to you on this third day, revival is your portion!
Everything that is down in your life, everything that is dead in your life, everything that is lost in your life; I prophesy recovery and restoration now in the name of Jesus!
You cannot be in a 21 day fast and be seeing yourself in the village. Every demon of backwardness, every altar of retrogression, anything that does not want your story to change, that wants your situation to remain the same; I declare that that satanic agenda is arrested now!
Every altar in your father’s house that is summoning your destiny, that is diverting your favour, that is frustrating the purpose of God in your life, today these altars are set on fire!
That immoral devil, spirit relationship, spirit incest; today, I declare that agenda of the enemy terminated in the name of Jesus!
By the speakings of the blood of Jesus, tonight is your liberty. Your family altar shall never know your address in the name of Jesus!
By the reason of the blood and the body of Jesus now, spiritual deafness and blindness is arrested. Inability to see, to hear, to know is over forever in the name of Jesus!
I take authority over the spirit of divination, that one makes you to dream negative dreams that always come to pass, I take authority over that wrong demonic spirit that comes from the devil. Today, it is arrested!
Starting from this moment, when you head hit your bed, nightmares shall disappear. It shall become prophetic dreams, revelations and insight. God shall speak to you and cause you to see things that pertain to your life!
I prophesy the spirit of understanding. As God is speaking, there shall be clarity!
So shall it be!

TOPIC: Godly Character (Sanctification the pathway to distinction)
In this year of possibilities, God of our Father David Ibiyeomie will distinguish you in all areas of your life in Jesus name. 3rd John 2:1, God’s desires for us are to prosper and enjoy a life of distinction, in this year of possibilities it is possible to enjoy distinction in all that we do and in all that we are involved in. ChurchGist. Distinction means to make a difference, it also means to stand out, it means to attain excellence that sets you apart from others – 2nd Corinthians 3:18, God’s intention for us is to increase from one level of distinction to a higher level of distinction in this year of possibilities but it is the responsibility of every believer to determine the level of distinction you want to enjoy in life and in all your endeavors. Hallelujah!
Also, in this year of possibilities it is possible to attain a highest level of distinction. However, every desire of man is at the mercy of his demand from God. ChurchGist. One of our desire in this year of all possibilities is for us to live a life of distinction in all areas of our life but there is a demand if we must attain this goal. Papa said: before you celebrate what God has promised you; you must start by knowing what God requires of you, yes our desire this year is to enjoy a life of distinction but you must start by knowing what God requires of you in order for you to enjoy distinction. Hebrew 10:35-36, after ye might have done the will of God then you will receive the promise, before the receiving there is a doing. So, before you attain distinction this year there are things you must do.
1st Thessalonians 4:3, the will of God for our lives in order to attain distinction in life is to live a life of sanctification. Sanctification is the foundation for obtaining God’s promises, 2nd Corinthians 4:1, Lord said we must clean ourself from all filthiness of the mind and spirit and perfecting holiness. 2nd Timothy 2:19, let anyone that nameth the name of the Lord depart from iniquity. ChurchGist. For you to enjoy a life of distinction this year 2022, you must depart from iniquity, you must depart from sin, you must clean up, Papa said: sanctification means to clean up.
According to Papa in his book “Sanctification is the process whereby a believer is made holy through the help of the Holy Spirit, it is the impartation of divine grace whereby we possess the nature of God and we are made holy to live a pure life. 1st Peter 1:16, our God is a holy God and his desire for you and I as his children is to live a holy life, I pray that the grace to live a holy life will answer to you in the mighty name of Jesus.
Holiness is the nature of God, yesterday we were told that at new birth, we are translated into God’s Kingdom and that Kingdom is a Kingdom of holiness. ChurchGist. So, at new birth we are translated into God’s Kingdom and imparted with the nature of God and that nature of God is holiness. Therefore, you cannot claim to be a son or a daughter of God and not manifest the nature of God. We were told yesterday that at new birth we change our names to Daughters or Sons of God, so you cannot bear the name of God as your Surname and not manifest the nature of God, also and not manifest holiness for God is a holy God.
Sin is the nature of the devil – 1st John 3:8A, if you’re seated here and you are still in sin then know that today you need to clean up, you need to clean up and embrace the nature of God which is holiness and sanctification and that will be your testimony in Jesus name. Papa said: Every Christian needs Sanctification in order to enjoy distinction and the level of distinction you enjoy is determined by your level of sanctification. ChurchGist. Your usefulness in the House of God is determined by your sanctification. In a building site, the constructor will always have two types of stones, one is considered very useful and the other one is considered a waste. So, it is your duty to determine where you belong, where to be useful in the house of God – 2nd Timothy 2:19-21, you need to sanctify yourself, you need to clean up to be a vessel unto Honour, to be a vessel that God will use in his house and in his Kingdom.
For God to distinguish and use you in his Kingdom you must take responsibility to clean up and live a holy life. ChurchGist. Nobody will do it for you it is a personal responsibility. To live a holy life is possible, God is holy and at new birth he has imparted in you the Spirit of holiness, so take responsibility to clean up and live a holy life, so that in this year of possibilities the almighty God that called our Father David Ibiyeomie will distinguish you in all areas of your life in Jesus name.
Papa said when you say no to evil God will give you your heart desires, in case you’ve been praying and fasting and you have not seen your heart desires then check yourself. ChurchGist. Let evil be free from you and when you do that your desires will be granted speedily in Jesus mighty name. Make a decision to abstain from sin for God to use and distinguish you.
THINGS TO DO TO MAINTAIN A SANCTIFIED LIFESTYLE
1) Ask for the help of the Holy Spirit. it is not possible to live a Holy and a sanctified life without the help of the Holy Spirit – Ezekiel 36:37, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of holiness, Papa said that sanctification is a major function of the Holy Spirit, those who must be sanctified and purified must rely on the ever-available help of the Holy Spirit.
2) Fear God and obey His Words. God’s Word is an instrument of sanctification – John 17:17, Psalm 119:11, Papa said it is impossible to live a life void of sin without the knowledge of God’s Word and a decision to obey them. ChurchGist. Sit down and study God’s Word and as you’re studying God’s Word also take a decision to obey them.
3) Engage in a continuous Spiritual exercise – 1st Timothy 4:7-8, you must exercise yourself in the areas of fasting and prayers, just the way we fasting now for 21 days, you will agree with me that you’re on fire and nothing evil can come near you. ChurchGist. Even sin is afraid of you in this season of fasting. So, it should not be a one-off thing in your life, it must be a continuous thing. Even when the Church is not fasting declare fasting for yourself in order to stay strong in the Faith and life a sanctified life. ChurchGist. Exercise yourself in soul winning, what you build you cannot destroy. when you go to minister Jesus to others, you will be conscious of yourself, you will be able to draw boundaries for yourself, so the part of soul winning is vital, always attend.
4) Papa said be sincere to yourself. say to yourself, be sincere to yourself – 1st John 5: 17A, we are demanded to call sin a sin, we all know what sin is, call it by its name this is a sin, this is an evil, this is an act of iniquity. ChurchGist. Papa said do not colour sin and say it is just my weakness. most of us have refused to call sin by its proper name, don’t start by saying that it’s just my weakness. That thing you’re calling weakness is a sin, call it by its proper name. You must tell yourself the truth that this is a sin and it is not allowed as a Child of God if you must live a sanctified life.
5) Develop the ability to say no. Proverbs 1:10, say no to evil if you want the Spirit of holiness to rest upon you, God will grant you the grace and boldness to say no to sin in the name of Jesus Christ.
6) Keep a healthy company. Papa taught us that no relationship keeps us neutral, who we accompany determines what will accompany us. ChurchGist. Refuse every ungodly relationship, know where to go and where not to go to, know the association to belong to and the one which you’re not to belong to you’re a child of God – 1st Corinthians 14:15, are you not feeling good that you’re in the House of God? or are you not feeling good that you’re in this company? You are, this is what is required of you to always be part of a healthy company.
BENEFITS OF SANCTIFICATION

4) You will hear God as a man hears his friend, when you live a sanctified life, nothing will block your network. Papa will always tell us that he hears God the way a man hears his friend and that is the secret of his exploit in ministry because he maintains a sanctified and a holy life, his antenna is very sharp to hear God, if you want to hear God like Papa, then you must live a holy life. Papa hears God at every point in time. ChurchGist. He heard God, go to GRA in Port Harcourt, he heard God; don’t take this land in Oyigbo even though it was free, he changed from 5 nights of Glory to Glory reign. Few weeks ago, Papa told us that the best 5 nights of Glory cannot be compared to what God is about to do in Glory reign. Papa’s level of distinction is unquantifiable because of his level of sanctification, because he lives a life of purity. There is an army rising up from the valley of dry bones, a mighty host unto God. -May each one here be listed in this army. -May each one here be part of this army. -May you in person be part of this army. It is clear to every devil in hell that there is a great army of saints rising up in our part of the world. -May your place not be taken by another man in this army. -May you never stand to tell the story when you used to be part of it. -May you remain on this winning side forever.
Prayers: Thank God for answers to your prayers the last 3 days. Thank God for the various calls and how Heaven has responded. Thank God for the grace to be a partaker of this awesome time where God is equipping His army, to take more territories for Him. Thank God for the privilege to be a part of this and a partaker of it. In Jesus precious name we have given thanks.
The Holy Ghost is dealing with things that we will ever need till our time on earth is over: Access to His plan, access to His directives in specific terms. Nothing makes life more meaningful and impactful than finding one’s way into the centre of God’s will. -May this be our experience as individuals all the days of our lives. No reason will ever be an excuse to walk off God’s plan. -May you be satisfied forever with His plan for your life, because His plan and purpose are the things that guarantee your future, guarantee my future.
Way back in 1977, the Lord spoke to me live, from His Word, “your future is in My plan, not in your plan. Then go and pray to find what My plan is. Seek for it with all your heart because that is your life. Take fast hold of it, for that is your life.” I have not had one regret since I started following like a dummy His plan. Too sweet. Until one becomes a dummy in following God’s plan, you will never experience dominion. It is the dummies of God that command dominion on the earth. “Let me be Your Shepherd, goodness and mercy will be following you all the days of your life. I will render your enemies helpless as you follow My plan. I can’t open a door and the devil closes it” – (Psalm 23) -No one will miss out of God’s plan forever.
Prayers: Father, teach us, help us to embrace Your teaching, Your instructions, Your corrections and Your rebukes in the name of Jesus.
In our Midweek Services for this month, remember the Prophetic Focus for this month is ‘God’s Plan For Me Is In His Book.’ That is where it is. Isaiah 29:11-13 “Because they draw near me with their mouth but their hearts are far from Me”: How can he read it? He can’t understand it, he has made up his mind. Church Gist. Nothing is more refreshing than being led by the Lord. Psalm 23 He always leads besides still waters. He always makes us to lie down on green pastures, it may not seem so, but that is what it is. He will always prepare a table before us in spite of the wrath of our enemies and we will be eating while they are watching and they can’t stop it. Goodness and mercy keep following you, no matter how many are cursing you, it doesn’t change. “Who can curse whom the Lord has blessed?” It is not possible. He delivers us from all the struggles of life.
This place was once a no-go area for human beings. It was a forest of demons but He led us here, demons had to clear off. Some went across the Atlantic, went to India Sea, went to everything, they had to clear off. Birds were dropping here like stones, no catapult. They went off. Worshippers of devil that time were very angry, very upset, they even went practical: Nonsense. It can’t work, it won’t work. Not here. When God leads you sir, the things you struggle today, you won’t struggle with them. You won’t have to struggle with them.
We are looking at Understanding the Power of Vision in our Midweek Services. UNDERSTANDING THE POWER OF VISION God’s plan for our lives is not only revealed through His Word, but also through raw encounters with God which we call a vison. Raw encounter! “God said to Abraham”: Not that Abraham read in a book and he was enlightened and all that; God was speaking to him. God said practically, “Abraham come, get out of this country” – Genesis 12:1 “My plan for you cannot be fulfilled here, get out of this country” I have met a lot of people that they just formulated it. They just formulated what they said God said and God knew that they lied. Will God ever back up a lie? All of the children God gave us, one by one as they were born, “Jesus, what would you have this child called?” Everybody lived true to the name that Jesus gave me. Not asking…, these are not farce, they are realities. Some of my sons in the Lord would call me that they want me to give them names. I say, “give me 4 days.” Not just call names: Jack, stone…No, no. The name that defines the agenda God has for them. “Your name shall no longer be called Abram but Abraham” – Genesis 17:5 Abram won’t let you go through that plan, it has to be changed to Abraham. Some of them call 3 times, 4 times. Response: Hold on. When did you call the date? “Two days’ time” Response: Hold on.
When one accesses God’s plan through the Word, it is called revelation. The Rhema behind the written Word. When we access it through raw encounters, directly with God, it is called vision. Raw encounters can come from God at His instance. Church Gist. It is God who just shows up, not that you are asking “God, what is it?” He shows up. He did that Abraham, he did pray for it. He did that to Moses, he didn’t pray for it. He did that to Gideon, he didn’t pray for it. He appeared to Solomon, he didn’t pray for it. Church Gist. He appeared to me to deliver the Liberation Mandate, I didn’t pray for it, I had it not in my mind. God does appear to His people at His own instance, of His own will, He just shows up.

Nahum 3:17
The joke of a prophet is a prophecy, the smile of a prophet is a prophecy. The Power of God’s mercy. One of the most profound and sensitive subject to the heart of God in the entire scripture is Mercy. The only time the Bible said Jesus stood still was when He heard a cry for mercy. Somebody was who a nonentity in the society, blind, poor, smelling and stagnated yet he caught the attention of Jesus. Jesus heard a cry for mercy and he stopped in His tracks. Church Gist. The man was touching the nerve of God when He cried for mercy. The cry of mercy when it comes from a genuine heart, God opens His ears and Heaven stands still. The very God of the very God standing still. The one who has beginning or end stood still and that man’s life was never the same again. You know the story too well. The God who is rich in mercy. • In this house today, mercy will find you. Grace will locate you.
God gave Joseph a word that He was going to rule, the sun, the moon and the stars are going to bow before him but everything was going contrary, Somebody here receive that word you have been waiting for. They put his destiny on hold, he was in prison as though the word of the Lord was not going to pass. Church Gist. That is the gain of the devil, getting you to doubt the word of the Lord. The enemy knows if you cannot believe you will not be established. He knows the moment the word of God grips your heart and the word of God grips your heart, the enemy has lost. • Over your life, the enemy has lost. • What the enemy told you cannot happen, receive it now.
It was like the vision was not going to happen. “How can I be great and all these things happen to me, they threw me in your pit, from the pit they sold me to slavery, in slavery I was accused him of a very heinous crime that I knew nothing about. My boss came, he didn’t even ask for my own side of the story, he just believed his wife and threw me to jail. My destiny on hold, my life on hold, the prison door shut against me and I am here powerless” until His word came. Church Gist. For the word of the Lord is quick and powerful, sharper than any two edged sword. The gate that has been shut against his destiny crashed. When two forces collide, the lesser one bows. Is there any door anywhere that can hold the King of glory back? • Every door that has held you back, tonight I destroy them. • From today you go forward, this year 2022 you will soar. • Every ground that you have lost, you will recover all.
The word smashed the gates of the prison. The word took a hold of Joseph and put him on the throne as the Prime Minister of the most powerful nation then on earth. Way beyond his imagination, the word of God is higher and stronger than your imagination. Only believe and you will see the glory of God.
• This year you will be far from sorrow. 2022 will be full of laughter.
His word changed his story permanently, up until the time the word came. His story was negative. In the pit, to slavery, serving at Potiphar’s house, lied against, throw to jail. Everything was negative. If that has been your case, take heart. Church Gist. You are not the first, it happened to Joseph. But when the word of God came, everything changed in quick succession. He got an appointment he never applied for. Declare I am the man for lifting, for promotion, for exaltation this year. • Many of you when you go back home tonight, you will meet miracles waiting for you. The letter of joy you have been waiting for will be waiting for you in the office tomorrow. • One phone call that will change your status for life will come to you. • The kind of bank alert you have never experienced, bringing heavy money will happen to you. You will rejoice, you will celebrate.
You can just go on and narrate, from the time His word came until the time he breathed his last nothing negative was recorded again about Joseph. The word that came terminated the negative and opened the door for the positive. • I terminate the negative in your life. • I terminate the oppression, the failure, the near success syndrome, I open the door of breakthrough in the name of Jesus.
The King said bring my chariot. This man has been put on hold for thirteen years, its time for speed. It’s time to overtake. You can’t be walking on foot, trekking and you are overtaking. • I announce your chariot from heaven. • I speed into your life, what is taking other people several years to accomplish in a matter of weeks. It will be done. Receive speed in the name of Jesus.
The King took his ring, the signet of his authority and put it on Joseph and said “I will not rule without this man. By his word I shall rule Egypt”. What kind of authority is that? He was talking about a Jew. In those days Jews are discriminated against. The Jews are considered less than the dogs of the Egyptians. Church Gist. If you are an Egyptian and you are found eating with a Jew they will arrest you. He was a slave, he was a prisoner. That was big enough to stop anybody in the track of progress. When your word comes, who cares about your pedigree? Who cares about the colour of your skin? Who cares about your wardrobe or lack of it? Who cares? • Through out this year, you will walk in uncommon favour, unusual favour, great favour in the name of Jesus.
Judges 11:11
Declare ‘my season for celebration has come’. I don’t know what you are going to be celebrating. Follow the life of Joseph, all his brothers that sold him into slavery and said it will never happen, when the time came for the vision to be accomplished, they were bowing down before him in a hurry. They didn’t recognize him anymore. Joseph’s status had changed but they were still on the same spot where they used to be. People left you or abandoned you, move on. Let them come to check you and they don’t find you where they left you. Don’t waste your time mourning an ex, move on. They fired you at work, move on. Church Gist. They have missed a gem. They are the losers for not having a carrier of the covenant in their place of employment. Go and read scriptures, the Lord blessed the house of Laban because of Jacob. Maybe you have stayed there too long, it’s time for you to start your business and God put it in their heart to kick you out. Don’t stay there mourning, move on. Joseph had moved on so when his brothers came they didn’t recognize Him anymore.
• From tonight, the negatives are terminated. The negatives are over. Whatever is causing the negative, I cut it off from the root. Higher and higher you will rise, brighter and brighter you will shine.
Ephesians 2:1-7
When we are talking about the mercy of God, it is about we human beings. The animals didn’t rebel against Him and it is the people that are in rebellion that need mercy. We were dead in sin by birth and by nature, right from the time of Adam. No single human exempted. When David was repenting before the Lord in Psalm 51, He said “in sin did my mother conceive me. I was born in iniquity”. Nobody was born righteous, nobody born holy, not one person. When we talk about the righteousness of God, a human being trying to be righteous by his own work has missed it all together. The righteousness of God is as far as heaven is from earth. Not only were we born in sin, we walked in sin. The only exception is the man Jesus who did not partake of the Adamic sin and who walked on the face of this earth without committing one sin. Church Gist. Because he was sent as the lamb of God to bring us redemption. You are either under the Lordship of Jesus or under the control of the devil, there is no sitting on the fence. Even if you are saved, that area you have not yielded to Christ is under the control of the devil. That’s why Peter could speak to Jesus and Jesus said “get thee behind me Satan”. If you are not born again, you are under the full dominion of the devil. All of us have been in that situation. We were not only in sin, we walked and practiced in sin. That is why before people get born again we are to break the hold of the devil over their lives unless their eyes cannot be open to see the Messiah. There is a power of the air that controlled us, the evil spirit moving us to work in disobedience.
Ephesians 2:4
This is one of the most profound scripture you can ever read. That God is not just merciful, He is rich in mercy. Every facet of our needs, the mercy of God addresses them all. The mercy of God settles every account. A woman’s daughter was afflicted by the devil and she came to Jesus, ” have mercy on me” He reached out and her life changed. A leper, an outcast in the society came to Jesus to have mercy and He drew near and touched the untouchable. The leper was not supposed to be touched. God is rich in mercy, there is no aspect of your need that the mercy of God does not cover. There is no situation in life that you find yourself that the mercy of God can not come through for. Church Gist. Many years ago, my graphics artist was doing a design for me and he came to me. I saw he was looking sorrowful and I don’t like people to look sorrowful around me. When you are sorrowful, you make me and I want to lift that burden off you. How many of you observed that when you smile at people, they smile back at you. I said “Akin, what is the issue”. He said nothing and I said there is something, I know you. Put the design on the table, sit down and tell me. His parents had been separated for 25 years. He was a young man of 27 years, he was about 2 when the parents parted ways. The father is a pastor, the mother is a pastor. They didn’t divorce, they just didn’t want to hear anything from each other. So I said what do you want? ” He said “Sir, I want my parents to come back together”. After twenty five years? I was still a young minister at that time but I believed in the mercy of God. Lift your right hand and say to God “Father I believe in your mercy. Have mercy on me in every area of my life”.
I prayed for Akin, he left and then the Spirit of God came on Akin and he wrote his father a letter. He said “thank you for being my father, thank you for sending me to school, thank you for everything but if you are not going to reconcile with my Mummy, forget that you ever had a son called Akin. Alive or dead, I will not set my eyes on you. Church Gist. This is not a threat, this is what I am going to do. So help me God”. He delivered the letter to his father and he wrote exactly the same letter to his mother. His mother said his father was at fault and he said I don’t want to know who is at fault, if you cannot reconcile then forget me. By Christmas that year, the family was together after 25 years of broken marriage. Is there anything that the mercy of God cannot do? Nothing.
At the heart of our redemption is the mercy of God. Everything we are believing God for is very tiny compared to redemption. The forgiveness of sin, the gift of eternal life, there is no amount of money that can buy it.
Romans 8:32
Jesus did not just die, Jesus was not just killed. God delivered his only son to be crucified. They couldn’t have killed him, they couldn’t have arrested him. But because of His mercy towards us, He knew that if Jesus didn’t go through what He went through, we would rot in hell forever. He gave Him up. Isaiah 53:10 (NLT). God crushed His own son, the son was in great agony, the Father delivered Him up. It was excruciating pain, Jesus cried “my God, my God why have you forsaken me”. Church Gist. It was a pain in the heart of the father too. A stroke of the cane on the back of your child is a stroke of cane on the heart of the parent too. But the mercy of God made Him give Him up. How expensive our redemption is. How great our salvation is. Everything else are fringe benefits, redemption covers everything. A redemption that leaves you poor and broken is not redemption.
Galatians 3:13-14
All those blessings are available but the heart of it is redemption. We have an N.G.O. that caters for the poor, the needy. Last year they went to the prison and gave them clothes and I told them ” Listen, don’t cloth them to hell. Cloth them but make sure you give them the gospel. Church Gist. Don’t feed them and their stomach is full and they perish”. Materials things don’t compare in any way to the eternal blessings we received in redemption.
Ephesians 2:6-7
God reached out to our past, full of sin and iniquity and brought us out. He took us into a glorious tomorrow. Mercy, love, grace, kindness, all of it flowed out of the heart of the father that we may be saved. That we may be His jewel in eternal glory. That you may be His showpiece of His eternal glory. The mercy of God is the foundation of our redemption. He gave up His son, crushed Him, allowed Him to be crucified because if His blood didn’t flow, there will be no mercy for us. All of us have different needs but our needs are covered in God’s mercy. Just reach out like Bartimaeus and say “Jesus have mercy on me” and He will reach out to that area of your life.
The mercy of God covers every spectrum of our human needs. There is nothing the devil has done in your life that the mercy of God cannot deal with. There is nothing, all you need to do is to cry out and He will have mercy on you.
Lift your two hands and thank Him for His mercy. Give Him glory.
Now begin to ask, whatever you want the Lord to do for you. His mercy covers it. Healing? Covered. Job? Covered. Husband? Covered. Breakthroughs? Covered. Promotions? Covered. Just ask Him simply, ask Him sincerely.

I want to appreciate God for this rare privilege to stand here today, I also want to appreciate our Father who God has used to train us from what we were to the place God has destined for us to be, I also want to appreciate Mama for being a mother to me, I know she is praying for me. I also want to appreciate my elder brothers in the Faith here and all members present here today, I know because you have come on this day 2 of these fasting period, God will visit you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Father in the name of Jesus we ask that you will visit us today, open the eyes of our understanding in Jesus mighty name
Topic: KNOWING YOUR INHERITANCE IN CHRIST (New Creation)
New Creation is the sum total of all God has promised us in salvation – Ephesians 1:11, Revelations 5:12, talking about the various things God has ordained for us to enjoy in salvation, God has given us Power, Blessing, Glory, Honour and strength. ChurchGist. New Creation is simply a changed son and daughter of God who is void of sins with the seal of the Holy Spirit – 2nd Corinthians 5:17, as children of God beginning from the day we gave our lives to Christ our old lifestyles have passed away, we are now new creatures in Christ Jesus, with new form (new birth).
When you are born again you are already new in the Faith. Papa said: New Creation is simply the importation of divinity into humanity, i.e. God coming down to wear you over. ChurchGist. He imputed his personality into you when you are born again, he takes over your abilities, he takes over the you that has sinned and replace his nature into you, by our sincere confession of Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour we are brand new persons with new opportunities to live a better life and enjoy our inheritances in Christ. ChurchGist. New Creation is simply leaving the Heavenly life here on earth.
May I ask you, if you are born again are you supposed to be sick? Is there sickness in Heaven? So, if you’re new and God is now in you, then the Divinity now dwells in you here on earth. ChurchGist.So, if you are still sick or you still have challenges in your life, then you need to go for light – Colossians 1:13, by new birth we have a change of Kingdom, we have a change of Citizenship. What is kingdom? We are talking about the spiritual Kingdom here that is governed by a King.
The word Kingdom is derived from two words a King and a Domain, the domain there is talking about an environ, a territory that is covered by a King and in this spiritual Kingdom we are talking about God is the King in that domain, that is where you and I dwell, by new birth you have left this physical realm you have left this earth where there is sin and corruption, you are now dwelling in a Spiritual Kingdom where there is a demarcation between those that live in the other physical Kingdom and you living in the Spiritual Kingdom. ChurchGist. Where we are now, we have a Father and not just a God, you can approach him as a father, just like the story Papa told us sometime ago that David walked up to him and said Dad I want you to train this my friend, Papa asked him why, he said because there is nobody to help him and as a father, he said yes, my son I will do it, that is the relationship you and I have now that we are born again.
You can ask him anything, you have free access to him, as you realize your position in Christ, I see everything challenging you go down in the name of Jesus. ChurchGist. Now, by new birth we belong to that Kingdom, we do not belong to the natural family anymore. Permit me to change your Surname, Luke 3: 38, if your name is John, your new name is John the Son of God, if your name is Rita, your new name is Rita the Daughter of God – John 1:12, you have that power to become the Son of God, you are not praying it, you are not cramming it, you have it already, you are there already, all you need to do is to realize that where you dwell now, things happening in this physical realm be it corruption and the likes, they cannot have access to you, so realize it.
Something happened in the branch where I am privileged to serve in Lagos, a man came in last week with blood coming out of his ears and he was shouting Pastor! Pastor! I said what is it, he said sir, my wife and I were fighting and she bit my ear, I said did she want to remove your ear? He said pastor I don’t know, this marriage is over, imagine my ear has gone off now, how will I hear again, I said your ear can never go off. ChurchGist. I called both of them together and I counselled them and they came back together. On Sunday he came back, he said Pastor you told me to go back to the House, see as I am talking to you, the things she told me it is not to be spoken about where I am coming from, I asked him where are you from? He said in my village and my state, women don’t joke with us.
Where are you from? You are now from the Kingdom and where you and I belong to now, we are no longer connected to that background anymore, I told him I can now see why you are having challenges with your wife, you have not renewed your mind, that is why she bit your ear. Hallelujah!
I asked him, are you born again? He said yes, the Word of God says if any man be in Christ not if any man be in his own family. ChurchGist. Hear me brethren, where we are now, we don’t behave like those in the world, we don’t talk like them, we don’t even marry like them, so don’t copy. Papa has told us times without number, that beating his wife is like beating himself, sir that is revelation, that is how we behave in this kingdom and I pray as you understand where you are today God will do you good in Jesus mighty name.
BENEFITS WE ENJOY IN THIS NEW KINGDOM.
1) We have a new life that begins in us from the day we gave our life to God – John 3:16, he has given us his life that is why you hear Papa say that since the day he gave his life to Christ till now he has never been sick. ChurchGist. I know there are a lot of us like that here, you have that life in you, the same way you have the DNA of your biological father you have the very life of God now in you. So, you are not permitted to be sick. I pray for you today for those who are born again and you are still experiencing sickness, I command that sickness to go.
2) We have direct access to the father – Ephesians 2:18, we don’t go to him beggarly anymore, that is why I said he is a father and not just God to you.
3) We are saved from the law of sin and death – Romans 8;1-2, we are no longer under that law anymore, sin will not have dominion over us.
4) We are seated far above Satan and his cohorts in heavenly places – Ephesians 2:6
5) You reign as God in the Kingdom – John 10:34
HOW TO ENJOY OUR INHERITANCES IN THAT NEW KINGDOM
1) You must be born again. You can come to church and you’re not yet saved.
2) Go for light: Revelation of God’s word, the most important thing God wants us to go for after accepting Jesus is the Light of his Word – 1st Timothy 2: 3-4, after you are born again you are to come to the knowledge of the light of God. ChurchGist. You’re not to jump from church to church. Moving from church to church will worsen your problem, it takes God’s Word to deliver us, so go for revelation.
We are fasting, I brought some of things to remind you in case we have forgotten, if you’re sick or challenged in your body, today is your day start by walking in Divine health. If your own challenge is poverty go back to covenant wealth, if your challenge is like that brother that his ear was bitten, go back for wisdom for family peace, if you don’t have faith at all such that anything scares you, please go for faith that works. The forces of vengeance that are tormenting you, haaa! You can kill them, return to the Power of vengeance and as you do all these God will bless us in the mighty name of Jesus.
Acts 20:32, we have those that are sanctified in his Kingdom but may I tell you the truth, it is not all that have received their inheritance, it is the Word that gives you your own inheritances among the believers, among the saint not among the unbelievers. ChurchGist. So, that is to say among believers there are those that cannot enjoy their inheritances, so I want to encourage you on this day to go for light. The reason for the darkness in your life is because you have not encountered light.
The fears in your life are because you have not encountered light from God’s Word, that thing scaring you is because of the absence of light. So, I encourage you this day while we are fasting, we are not fasting to pray for mundane things, we are fasting that light may open unto us, we are fasting so that we may receive fresh revelational knowledge from his Word that will help us run this year and I see you succeeding in this our year of all round possibilities in the name of Jesus Christ. May you please rise to your feet and appreciate God for his Word.

Press release on the building collapse at Okpanam, Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria as Senior Pastor, David Ibiyeomie visits victims at the hospital
Collapse of Church Facility, Emerging Facts:
Following the collapse of a rented church building by Salvation Ministries in Okpanam, Delta State emerging facts reveal that:
The facility, which rent was renewed in November 2021, was sold with its subsisting tenancy in December 2021.
The new owner without prior notice to the tenants, Salvation Ministries, entered the Church facility to take custody of the building.
The Church, shocked by the development approached its landlord, the former owner, who confirmed the sale of the building and offered to refund the subsisting rent.
Attempts by the Church authorities to negotiate with the new owner did not yield any result as he was adamant on recovering his property.
Things came to a head, when during the Church service he authorised the removal of a pillar in the building.
This is believed to be the immediate cause of the unfortunate collapse of the building during Church Service, resulting in the avoidable losses.
It is not known what other actions may have been taken by the new owner to obtain immediate custody of the building or comprise it.
It is important the Delta State Government and the Nigerian Police invites the new owner of the building in the course of their investigations on the cause of the collapse.
