Lord Jesus, thank You for another brand-new month. Thank You for this great season of memorial. Receive our thanks in Jesus name.
SOUL WINNING: A HIDDEN TREASURE OF THE KINGDOM
What makes it a treasure? Its returns are incomparable, unmatchable. That makes it a treasure. It’s a mystery behind the enthronement of the saints (Proverbs 11:30, Proverbs 8:15, Daniel 12:3). Its returns continue after you are gone. It continues to impact on your generations after you. That makes it (soul winning) a treasure.
Jesus came for our salvation and His star continues to shine forever and ever (John 4:34).
Paul the Apostle said by the help of God I continued till this day, witnessing to both great and small (Acts 26:22). His star continues to shine forever and ever. Can anybody ever preach the gospel in this world without ‘Paul said’? No.
After ‘Jesus said’, the next one is ‘Paul said’. That’s how generational giants will rise from this platform witnessing to both great and small: homeless people, boys, girls, old, young, tattered, battered, beaten people; looking out for them and bringing them to Jesus who will beautify their lives.
In case anyone does not know what Daniel chapter 12 verse 3 means; look at Paul the Apostle, look at Jesus, our perfect example. The things you are doing today, the impact will continue after your time on earth is over.
Our passion to see souls saved is a proof of our love for God which empowers believers to experience what eyes have not seen nor ears heard (John 15:16, 1 Corinthians 2:9). When you keep the commandment of fruit bearing, you have proved your love for God and what eyes have not seen nor ears heard become the order of the day in your life. You have heard enough of those testimonies and you are going to see more in your own life.
Soul winning is the pathway to the enthronement of the saints (Proverbs 11:30, Proverbs 3:35, Proverbs 8:15). God enthrones the wise, he that winneth souls is wise, so every committed, fruitful soul winner ends up enthroned by God because the scriptures cannot be broken.
Soul winning is a covenant highway to our enthronement. Don’t just be part of the crowd, my friend; single out yourself because God doesn’t enthrone groups, He enthrones individuals.
He sets one up, brings another down (Psalm 75:7).
…well done, thou good and faithful servant – He responded to them one by one not group by group (Matthew 25:21-23).
Soul winning is God’s secret for the enthronement of the saints among others.
Soul winning empowers believers to operate in divine wisdom which engenders supernatural breakthroughs. Remember he that walks with the wise shall be wise.
Soul winning is our partnership with God, the only wise God (Mark 16:15-20, Proverbs 13:20).
Walking with Jesus, the wisdom and the power of God gets you and me wiser by the day because you are in partnership with:
Jesus – the wisdom and the power of God
God – the Almighty, the all wise God. The only wise God. His foolishness is wiser than the wisdom of men.
We get wiser by the day and by that we command supernatural breakthroughs (Job 29:4, Matthew 13:54). Wisdom is a commander of exploits, supernatural breakthroughs. You can’t operate by the wisdom of God and not be in command of breakthroughs.
The wisdom of God supernaturally engenders breakthroughs (Proverbs 3:19, Psalm 104:24).
The wisdom of God at work in a man, engenders supernatural breakthroughs any day, any time anywhere. Glory to God. Please plug into this.
The next 3 months will be most memorable in the lives of many.
2 Samuel 6:11-12
He harboured the ark of God for 3 months and the blessings of God began to speak louder by the day in his life.
There is no blessing without ‘because’:
If you hearken to my voice…I will set thee on high…and all these blessings (Deuteronomy 28:1-2).
There is no blessing in the Kingdom without a ‘Because’. There is nothing in doing nothing.
You don’t wait for things to happen; you work at making things happen (Philippians 2:12). Waiting will be equal to wasting if you won’t do what God says. You can’t wait and wait and suddenly become a Lawyer! No.
You work at becoming one by going to school.
You don’t study Biology and want to become a Lawyer; you go to study Law.
You don’t wait.
You don’t become a Chartered Accountant by studying Chemistry.
There is no blessing on our lives in the Kingdom without a ‘because’.
Our Church is prosperous today because we bought into the covenant of corporate tithing. No devil can confuse on that.
I’m a prosperous believer today because I bought into the covenant of Deuteronomy chapter 8 verse 18.
There is always a ‘because’.
When people think, “God will do everything, He has done everything”; you waste your life. You don’t have a spare.
For anyone who will harbour the ark of God for the next 3 months, the blessings of Heaven will announce you to your world.
They are our months of remembrance; but for God to remember you, you must first remember Him (James 4:8).
You want God to remember you: let me (God) have my place in your place and I will remember you for a blessing. You have to initiate what you expect from Me.
You want me to remember you, remember what I have asked you to do (Ecclesiastes 12:1). You have to remember God to subscribe to His rules, laws, demands before He can remember you. You have to remember His benefits before you can access the next level of benefits (Psalm 103:2).
These are all simple biblical covenant tips that we need to embrace
…we will not walk in it (Jeremiah 6:16). We are in the 90s age, we know what to do.
Don’t be slothful but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises (Hebrews 6:12).
Obededom harboured the ark of God, sacrificing to it day and night for 3 months; the Lord blessed the house of Obededom and all that pertaineth to him. All not some: his business, children, spiritual life, health. All that pertains to him was impacted by harbouring the ark of God.
They said, “these blessings came BECAUSE of the ark of God” (1 Samuel 6:12).
The next 3 months, somebody’s story will be there for all to hear. Many shall be openly decorated by harbouring the ark of God in your house.
We are God’s building, harbour the ark of God in your heart.
There is always a ‘because’.
This Church is not growing because God said ‘I will build my church’; we took responsibility as unveiled March 22nd – 24th 1984:
Engaging prayers and fasting in shattering the gates of hell;
Going out on the streets and telling everybody, ‘come and see what Christ is doing’;
Keep teaching the Word as the grass grows, the sheep will come for it;
Keep the grass green and the sheep will lie down there.
There is always a ‘Because’ to every breakthrough in life.
There is always a ‘Because’ for every blessing that we access. Don’t wait, stop waiting for it. It doesn’t answer to waiting. No, you must fulfill the ‘Because’ before anything can happen.
Thank God for these months of remembrance.
Thank God for bringing you to these crowning months of the year where all your paths shall continue to drop fatness.
This will be a month of months for you.
The blessing is not coming at the end of the month, it is ordained to be experienced all through the 3 months. That’s why somebody came in here, plugged in during the annual prayers and fasting; the husband and wife told themselves, “we are not here to play, we are here to engage” (documented testimony). Everything turned within the prayer and fasting time of 3 weeks.
Somebody engaged for 2 weeks and sporadic turnaround.
It’s not that God blessed him at the end of 3 months. They were watching him, everyday was a change of story. They were watching him; things were turning around for him (2 Samuel 6:11-12). That’s going to be your experience.
This month of remembrance begins today. This is September 1, my God will remember you.
As you remember to give Him his place, He will remember to secure your place for you.
Speak to the month again:
September 2020, here I come: I am all out for God this month. I’m harbouring the ark of God in my heart all through this season.
How many heard that word: there is always a ‘Because’. Did you hear that word?
“Maybe that man is using charm” – you use God. Who is greater, charm or God? How can somebody using charm beat you who is engaging with God. Those are all lazy men’ ideas.
Somebody said, “we buried some cows, that’s why the Church is growing.”
Cows are not that costly: if we buried one, go and bury three. The Church will multiply 3 times as you are multiplying. These are all lazy people way of thinking.
You didn’t attend classes, you didn’t write tests; you said, “all those people that they say they have First Class, it’s a lie. They are all ‘Ogboni’ people.”
You won’t fail the ‘Because’ test this time. You will pass your ‘Because’ test in flying colour.
Stop reading negative meaning to people’s breakthroughs. Otherwise you keep on your ‘breakdown’ status.
Stop reading negative meanings to the breakthroughs of others, nobody’s success is the reason for your failure.
The sky is too broad, too wide for two birds to collide. Everybody can access the top, if everybody will do what is demanded to do.
It’s your turn to be celebrated.
Your days of frustration are over.
Your days of stagnation are over.
Your days of going about in cycles are over.
