‘Times And Seasons’ (Part 2) At Daystar Christian Center
Text: Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
God created new beginnings which speaks of hope.
Whatever the pain or suffering may be, there is a time limit and the end of pain has come.
Time cannot be conserved, saved or slowed down. However, the good thing is that it is convertible.
Time teaches us process, everything does not happen at once.
The law of time perspective says; “The most successful people are those that think long-term”
We need to be able to move from one movement or cause to another.
God created seasons and changes them because He has control over them. We need to understand the season we are in just so we can align with God.
Daniel 2:19-23
HOW DO YOU RECOGNISE A CHANGE OF SEASON?
1. Changes in the environment.
Smart people catch change at the onset
2. Changes in intuition and mood (Job 32:8)
There is a sense in which we begin to feel discomfort, sometimes we become more irritable than normal, your Spirit is picking that something is changing.
3. Engine Noise (Acts 6:1-7)
HOW DO YOU MAXIMISE A CHANGE OF SEASON
1. Pray for wisdom every single day.
The God that created the season knows what you should do.
Psalm 90:12
2. Make changes that will make your behaviour match the season.
If you insist on doing the same thing in a new season, you might kill yourself
3. Prepare for the next season
The best time to create tomorrow is today.
You can’t stop something when it’s God’s time for it
There is no right time to hate and there is no wrong time to love.
Let love rule in the decisions we make and we will not be wrong.
PRAYER
Heavenly father with one heart today all of us pray to you the one that creates the seasons, we ask Heavenly father because we know things have been changing and things are changing right now around us, give us wisdom, help us to make the right decisions right now, individually and collectively in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
