* I decree an end to the torment of the spirit of disobedience in anyone’s life.
* We were in an event yesterday and I saw what my Grandma used to say, “20 children don’t play for 20 years.”
* The gap keeps widening, keeps changing as time passes.
OBEDIENCE: GATEWAY TO CHANGE OF LEVELS
When the Bible refers to satan as the thief that comes to steal, kill and destroy; most of the time, he steals our blessings that are in transit, that are on the way coming through the spirit of disobedience (John 10:10). There is nothing available to us that does not place one demand or the other on our lives.
“They want wine”: Mary said, “whatever He says you should do, do it and you’ll have what you want” (John 2:5).
There is always what to do, to have what we want. There is always what to do, to have our desires met. We don’t belong to a lawless Kingdom, there are conditions we must meet to have God’s plans and purpose come true in our lives.
I pray that each one of us will be baptized afresh today with the spirit of obedience because that’s the covenant gateway to unending change of levels. Every instruction we genuinely engage with, in faith changes our position (Deuteronomy 28:1).
…above all nations of the earth (Deuteronomy 28:1) – these things come through little by little. As you obey one instruction, He moves you forward. If you obey the next, you move forward again; you obey the next, you move forward until you find yourself above all nations of the earth. Can I hear your Amen!
Where our obedience stops, it’s where our change of levels stops. That’s why we all need this fresh enduement with the spirit of obedience. There is a spirit that works disobedience in people and that spirit operates wherever the air exists; wherever humans exist, that spirit operates (Ephesians 2:1-2).
The answer to the spirit of disobedience is the spirit of obedience (Ezekiel 36:27). Now that we have the spirit of disobedience on rampage, we need the spirit of obedience to counter it.
– Therefore, receive this morning a fresh enduement with the spirit of obedience.
Just imagine for a while that every instruction that ever came across to you, you kept; just imagine where you would be today!
Most of the time, these instructions come to us privately, personally. So you have a private and personal way of thrashing them. Nobody will know except you.
God didn’t tell the whole Church that “this is the place”; He told me. I might have decided not to tell them because I don’t like it and you won’t know why we will be struggling where we were and going to court and coming back every day; becoming a nuisance instead of being a blessing because you have thrashed an instruction that would have added colour and beauty to your life.
It’s the same it goes for us as believers. Everything God said to Abraham, He said to him privately and personally.
“Get thee out of thy country” – He didn’t tell him and his wife. He told him, he might have decided not to tell anybody, staying there and perishing there.
“Abraham, what are you doing here in Egypt? Get out of here” – He told him alone. This is so important. That’s why I keep crying, “personalize your walk with God.”
There are things that we are told to do, there are ways He tells you as an individual how to make the best of it.
It’s one thing to hear, it’s another thing to rebel against what you hear (Isaiah 50:4-5).
“I mean, how can God launch me into a breaking limit realm at this dying moment of the year? Let’s be real. Those are the things that I really have problems with here. We are entering into November tomorrow, you are talking to me about ‘Breaking Limits’. How? You see, let’s leave that one till another time.”
I pray against every form of rebellious spirit to lose its grip off anyone that might be held by it, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Paul: An Unreserved Obedient Lover of God, An Addicted Lover of God
…Immediately… (Galatians 1:15-16). When one is in love, obedience becomes a delight (1 John 5:3).
Immediately, I arose and conferred not with flesh and blood. In Acts chapter 26 verse 19, Paul speaking, “I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision.”
Prompt, dive in: God says, you find him (Paul) diving into it.
We saw this man Paul scaling new heights by the day because every instruction we genuinely obey changes our position.
– Grace to operate in obedience of faith to every instruction passed down to us from henceforth, either from the Church platforms or in our private devotions, receive it now in the name of Jesus.
With that instruction, Paul place himself under a vow of committal (1 Corinthians 9:16). He brought himself under an oath of obedience (1 Corinthians 9:17).
Obedience under an oath!
We saw him preaching the gospel under a ‘by all means’ vow (1 Corinthians 9:20-22). He kept that mandate, that mandate kept burning inside his bones: a ‘By All Means’ Mandate’.
He didn’t stop there, he said, “by the help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great…” (Acts 26:22).
No wonder he emerged a most celebrated Apostle of Christ of Bible Times (2 Peter 3:15-16). Even the Apostles had a problem with the depth he (Paul) was speaking from, obedience just changed his levels supernaturally.
– Somebody is here, your obedience at this time will change your story forever because it will keep you on the path of obedience the remaining days of your life.
– Expect it and you shall have it!!!
Every tireless lover of souls is ordained a pace setter and a trail blazer, just as we saw in Apostle Paul.
“Jesus, I know. Paul, I know but who are you?” even demons acknowledged his spiritual status (Acts 19:15).
They changed their mind and said, “he is a god” (Acts 28:7).
He had such tremendous experience of change of levels in his walk with God. Somebody’s story is changing.
– Your story is changing.
We have this 7-fold redemptive package in Christ which includes Power. Everything you have in Christ is always negotiated by the devil through his subtlety, wiles and devices. He wants to negotiate you out of your inheritance.
Somebody wants to walk in power but he doesn’t want to fast: “No, take it easy” – he (satan) negotiates him out of power completely.
Jesus went on a fast and He returned in the power of the Spirit (Luke 4:14).
This kind goeth not out except by prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21).
I’ve ordained fasting to break every yoke and the yoke is destroyed by the anointing (Isaiah 10:27).
So if he (satan) negotiates you out of prayer and fasting, he has negotiated out of the inheritance of power.
Revelation 5:12
We have Riches and he (satan) says, “be careful, what you have is not even enough to take care of you! How can you now be giving? Why are you giving God a tithe? Did God complain to you that He has needs? He is the supplier of all our needs. You better be careful!”
Suddenly, he (satan) negotiates that one out of prosperity, he begins to struggle for survival.
You find him (satan) all the time negotiating us out of our inheritance if allowed. Therefore, be sober, be vigilant, your adversary the devil is looking for who to rob. That’s his mission: to steal, kill and to destroy.
The amazing blessing that accompanies soul winning, there is no other way of accessing them.
“even devils were subject to us in your name”
You are on the go for Jesus, He humiliates all devils on your path.
God’s main object on the earth is to see souls saved (Matthew 6:33)
– God is just ushering you to the realm of lacking nothing.
– Everything will keep working at home, at work, over your health, over your children!
These are not make-believe statements. There are too many people on the earth today and in this Church, who are operating in that realm.
– You shall be added to that list.
– You must be added to that list, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Remember: he that winneth souls is wise and the wise shall inherit glory (Proverbs 11:30, Proverbs 3:35). That means the end of shame.
– Shame and reproach will never be identified with you anymore.
– Whatever represents shame in anyone’s life today shall come back to you as double glory.
– God is terminating every air of shame and reproach around everyone’s life in the name of Jesus.
– Whatever makes anybody ask you, “where is your God?”, will be turned to a testimony.
We have 5 Sundays more to go, including tomorrow, therefore, “awake thou that sleepest, arise from the dead and Christ shall give you light.”
– When your light comes, the glory of the Lord will be seen upon you.
– The gentiles will come to your light and their kings to the brightness of your rising (Isaiah 60:3).
– It’s your turn for a change of story!!!
1 Corinthians 2:9
The capital proof of our love for God is our passion for souls (John 21:15-17).
We are not talking about grammar, we are talking of action, go and prove the sincerity of your love as you go after souls. When our love is validated:
– The unimaginable will start happening in your life!!! And that from henceforth, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Daniel 12:3
– What you are doing right now will impact on your generations after you.
Paul the Apostle admonished Timothy at about the time of his departure: “do the work of an evangelist, make a full proof of your ministry for I am ready to depart. The time of my departure is near, I have fought the good fight. I have finished my course, I have kept the faith…” (2 Timothy 4:7-8).
All those that are involved in turning people to Christ, have a crown of righteousness awaiting us.
– Another man will not take your crown!!!
– Bye-Bye to shame and reproach!
– Bye-Bye to failure and frustrations!
– Bye-Bye to stagnation!
– Your level will keep changing in the name of Jesus.
Lift up your two hands and consciously receive that fresh outpouring of the spirit of obedience upon your life. Go ahead and receive it.
Every private instruction, every personal instruction you receive from the Lord, grace to comply, grace to align, grace jump at them, grace to dive into them; receive it right now!
If this ministry refused to obey the commandment, “get down to Lagos and raise me a people”; we will still be where we are and less than what we are now because only obedience guarantees change of level.
If we now said, “oh what a wonderful experience in Lagos, we can’t move to this forest. It doesn’t make any sense.” We will be there fighting day and night, becoming a nuisance and maybe we would have lost the fight and something else has happened.
You can’t tell what you are missing when you disobey God. There will never have been any Covenant University without getting here. It may exist by name but it won’t have the colour. Just in the midst of a slum, there is no way to raise beauty out there.
You can’t tell what you are missing.
Watch: get out of Lagos and don’t operate no Church in Lagos. That’s a tall order. As you pastor this one Church and you can’t be in two places at the same time, the world will become your parish. I’ve ordained you to serve your generation.
You can just miss that out. You can’t tell how many people are on this service right now around the globe. Many Ministers of the gospel around the world listen to the service here first on Sunday morning before going to Church.
Obedience may be costly but the end result is priceless.
– Receive grace for sustainable obedience in your walk with God.

There is no commandment of scriptures that is to God’s benefit. You are used to that statement. Every commandment is absolutely for our benefit as individuals; EVERY!
Exodus 23:25-26
…He shall bless your bread and water: No one can poison you
…I will take sickness away from your body: does God have sickness in His body? Is the Church sick? No. it’s your body and my body that is vulnerable to sickness and disease
God is an eternal being, He lives forever and ever, He doesn’t need long life.
Everything commanded in scriptures is absolutely for your benefit and my benefit. That should be a motivation Sir.
“Give, it shall be given to you”; Not given to Me (God). It shall be given to you, good measure, pressed down, shaken together shall men put under your bosom (Luke 6:38).
Bring ye all the tithes into my house. Prove me now if I will not open the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing – Not the one who preached. Pour you out – that obeyed (Malachi 3:10).
Everything that the Word commands is absolutely for our benefit. Whether we now obey or not, it will keep showing. “Then shall we know if we know on to know the Lord”
We may know now but “then shall ye return and discern between those who are serving God and those who are not serving Him”
– In the name of Jesus, you will be on the positive side of that verdict!
– Everybody will know that you are truly serving God.
– Everybody will know that you are not just engaging with eye service.
– Everybody will know that you are all out to serve the interest of your God in the name of Jesus.

I had people who had worked in this Ministry before and don’t go to Church today. Eternal life has no more meaning to him and yet somebody has changed levels about 100 times, 200 times, 400 times.
– Your story will be positive!!!!!!!
Jealously guard your walk with God, it will keep showing more and more as your days pass by. It will keep showing brighter and brighter as the days pass by in the name of Jesus.
Anyone you have invited during the week will show up tomorrow!
Everyone you have reached out to, that gave his or her life to Christ will follow through to the end.
– Your labour shall not be wasted and your reward shall not be lost.
Today being the last day before Sunday service, every input today shall be openly rewarded.
Everyone you pray for today will be missing tomorrow.
Can I tell you this: it’s one thing to reach out to them, social media, anti-social media – one way to rescue a soul is to pray! It’s a vital way to keep a soul rescued.
The forces holding them, that force must be broken by engaging a higher force through the altar of prayer.
– Therefore every of your contacts you pray for today will appear tomorrow, including those who said, “I can’t come, NO, not that kind of place.” They will appear tomorrow.
– Every invitee of yours will show up tomorrow.
Please don’t forget, it takes prayer to rescue a soul from the clutches of the devil. Pray them out and as you reach out to them, you find them dropping like over ripe fruits. After you have prayed, make your call, make your contact; you find them saying, “oh yes, I will be there. Praise God.” That will be the response.
Go in peace.
– Experience a turnaround in your walk with God.
– With the fresh outpouring of the spirit of obedience upon your life, things will keep looking brighter by the day.
– May your engagement this time impact on your generations after you, in the name of Jesus Christ.
As we have prayed, all our fliers and tracts are declared anointed, carrying the fresh breath of the Holy Ghost and convicting multitudes into the Kingdom. Everyone that receives the flier will show up tomorrow. Supernaturally they will appear tomorrow and every barrier on their path shall be broken. They shall walk into liberty in the name of Jesus. Every prison gate shall be shattered. Every foundation of every prison shall be broken and the name of the Lord shall be glorified. Our tracts will minister life to people. Our fliers will convince them to come and Jesus will save them. All the ones that are saved among them shall be established, both in the faith and in this Church; that’s for life. You are not coming empty tomorrow. Everyone coming with you will abide here.
