- When you serve God, He will service your body
Let’s give glory to God for what he has done.
There are two things I want to do before I share the word. There are some of you that are here this morning, you have been invited to this meeting. You know Jesus was passing and a woman entered the place and said if I can only touch the helm of his garment. And Jesus said somebody touched me. Peter said everybody is touching you. Jesus insisted somebody touched me because touch is different from touch. There’s an accidental touch there’s a deliberate and intentional touch. Let your touch this morning be intentional. If you’re here for the first time, lift your hands. What a privilege that you are coming on a day like this, what a privilege!
All of you that are coming for the first time, please step forward. Come, you’re so special. Come find your way to the front. I saw you all in my dream. You are privileged to be here this morning, there is a miracle that God has attached to your name that is why you are here today. I don’t know what it is but God told me that those that are coming for the first time today, it is a divine set up for you. So, come here one-by-one as I lay hands on you and bless you.
Now, before you take your seat, listen to this. I saw a woman in my dreams. I’m not sure if she was here yesterday night, but I saw her. She wept throughout the night. She wept because she’s been overwhelmed by the problems. The more she prays, the more the mountain keeps rising. I have a word for you this morning. If you’re the one, please come forward. You cried throughout the night. After the service yesterday, you were going and you were asking a question, when will God touch me? This is because you had people’s testimonies so you are saying when will I testify too? Let me tell you, the answer is simple, when you believe. So let today be that day that you believe. You become what you believe. Today is your day!
Money is not your problem but marriage is your problem. God asked me to give you this word Isaiah 62:4
Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for the LORD delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.
If I be a man of God, listen to this, it doesn’t matter how old you are, The Lord will settle you.
Please listen to the testimony of two of my daughters. I went to the US and this daughter of mine went to buy a car so that she could carry my wife and me and I told her I wanted to go to Dallas at Kenneth Copeland’s ministry. She volunteered to drive us. It was a long journey. We got to the ministry, they said Copeland had traveled. I said God but you told me to come here. Then the son-in-law entered. He came behind me and hugged me and he said you came looking for Copeland? I said yes. He said, God told me about you. Come, follow me. He took us to Kenneth Copeland’s office, so you want to sit here? He asked. I said that’s why I came and I sat down and began to tell God whatever made this man so thick, I want it. We go to the airport to fly but he has an airport in his house. After I sat down, I told my wife sit down and I told this daughter of mine, she was running her PhD then she has finished now. I said sit down and I said because you have sat here, your marital problem is settled. I said Copeland’s family don’t have marital problem, you will be married. I tell you she’s married today.
Another of my daughter, she’s in Lagos working with MTN. 18 years ago, the Lord gave me a word for her. She was just about 22 or 23 and the devil fought that word until this year and now, she is married. When she brought the man, I said so you are the one that has been running away. Where have you been? You will pay double dowry. I pray for you, your land shall be married!
You will not weep again. whatever is the reason why you wept overnight, God is attending to that case. You are the second set of people God said I should lay hands on. Your weeping is over. Your tears are dried up and converted to laughter in the name of Jesus Christ! So shall it be.
You’re blessed please you may be seated.
Today has been declared the day of health and wholeness and pastor quoted 3 John 1:2. All things, that means that is God’s prime desire that you may prosper. God’s highest desire and will is your wealth and your wholeness. Being walthy and being healthy is spirituality. You cannot say because you are spiritual, that is why you are broke or that is why you are being tormented in your body. Health without Wealth will lead to frustration. Wealth without health is destruction because all that you have will be used to pursue health. that is why they say health is wealth.
Proverbs 10:15
The rich man’s wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.
Poverty will not destroy you. Health, wholeness, wellness is both health and wealth.
Luke 13:16
And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?
Sickness is bondage. I command you to be loosed from age-long diseases. One young girl in the university came to me holding her bag. The bag was filled with drugs and she said she was tired of life. I said it is true you must be tired and I said to her you are free. You are free this morning.
The key to your wealth and your wellness is service. Don’t forget it.
Job 36:11
If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures.
This man called Job was defined by service, though the devil tried to afflict him. When you serve, you stand out. The way God described him was service. I don’t know what you are going through, only if you can serve. Service is key. Everything Job lost, he got it back. you are bouncing back if you can serve. Don’t despise service.
Exodus 23:25-26
And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.
There shall nothing cast their young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil.
The mystery to health and wellness is service. How do you serve? You serve with your talent, time, and treasures. When I said talent, it means you serve with your gifts, with you skills. You can’t serve God and be sick. You create time for the things of God; you don’t say I don’t have time. When someone is sick, you will have time.
Then your treasure, don’t be stingy. The liberal soul shall be made fat. This is the road to health, to wholeness and to wealth.
Genesis 24:1
And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age: and the LORD had blessed Abraham in all things.
My mentor told me, he said do you know why I can not be sick? It is because I serve God day and night. When I say my mentor, I mean Bishop Oyedepo. He said you know the reason why I don’t have any hair, so that people will not see any grey hair. Service is the key. Have you gotten the master key to wealth and wholeness? It is service. if you serve God, He will service your body. The master key to living a whole and a healthy life is service. This morning, dedicate your life to service. Spending your days in prosperity is finances; spending your days in pleasure is health. a person that is sick has no pleasure. Stand to your feet and bless God for His word.
