Today I will talk to you about Kingdom Prosperity. It’s more than saying I have money, prosperity involves your health, some people can’t sleep because the source of their wealth is not in God. Two rich men were talking one day, one said to the other that he was feeling sleepy, the other millionaire was surprised he was sleeping, Because he (the second one) doesn’t sleep. ChurchGist. It’s because of the kind of wealth that he has. So when I am talking to you about Kingdom wealth, I want you to know what we are talking about, because where there are no definitions, there will be deviations. If you don’t know what is called kingdom wealth, when you have it, you won’t know it.
When we talk about prosperity, what comes to people’s minds is money, money, money. Some people have money but are mourning. they have money but they don’t have peace, some of them are divorced, and facing a lot of challenges. The problem with such people is how they made that money. Some engaged in a lot of Dubious and diabolical practices, to get their money, and that’s why they don’t enjoy peace of mind. But this kind of Kingdom prosperity gives you Peace and vitality, good health and, long life. In Proverbs;22, it makes it clear it is God’s blessings that maketh rich and doesn’t add sorrow to it. Let me make it clear to you, a man might be wealthy, but not blessed. They have cars, houses but aren’t blessed. I am advertising the roots to you this morning, and not the fruits. You might have money and not be blessed. So don’t seek to be rich, but seek to be blessed.
Abundance is a natural manifestation of blessings. The Blessing is the root, the riches are the fruits. The tree may fall, but as long as the root is intact, the tree will grow again. A classical example is Job, who lost everything that matters to his life, lost his possessions, but he was still blessed. (Job ,14:7-9). ” There is hope for a tree if it is cut down, that it might sprout again, though the tender fruits may not cease.”
Job was discussing what happened to him, how everything was cut down, but as long as the root is still there, you will sprout again. We see here that Job had a terrible experience, where he Lost his Children, his investments, his health, but he didn’t lose God. You may lose Gold, but don’t lose God. Don’t mistake fruits for the roots, supposing you lose those your material possessions, are you still blessed by biblical standards? Yes, you are still blessed, because all those things you lost are still coming back. The Lord restored to Job double of all he lost because the root was still there. I came to advertise to you today the blessings, Kingdom wealth that doesn’t involve any shady or evil dealings, the ones that don’t cause sorrow for other people. When you have the roots, the end will justify the means. So you can be blessed, and have challenges, but challenges will not Write the end of your life.
This subject of prosperity has become so bastardized and abused because there is no adequate knowledge of it. Lack of understanding is dangerous. God’s kind of prosperity is what you should aim for. Say to your neighbor – you are blessed. When you catch God, you catch Gold. There are lots of people that are wealthy but have no root in God, like that young ruler in the bible who approached Jesus and asked master, what can I do to have eternal life, Jesus said he should obey all the laws and the commandments of Moses. ( Mark 10:17) When Jesus told him what to do with the money he had, he became very sad, because the source of that money wasn’t from God. Seedtime became for him a sad time. Jesus was trying to teach him a better way, Give to the poor and you will have treasures in heaven. Treasure is bigger than possession. Many people have great possessions but have no treasure in heaven Sometimes when the devil attacks you, there is nothing to speak for you anywhere for God to intervene for you because all you have is physical possessions. But Job, when he was alive was giving to the poor. Many people look at you based on those material possessions, those cars, houses, and all, when they go, what will be left of you?
What does Kingdom wealth bring.?
- ITS SORROW FREE (Proverbs 10: 22 )
The kingdom wealth which results from blessings is peaceful. 1st Timothy 6:10. Says don’t trust in uncertain riches. There is wealth with Sorrows. That’s why when you look at some children, they suffer for the evils their parents have done Even if you take them to study abroad, you can’t buy them intelligence. The evil parents will come to the head of the children. You can stand before God and make a demand of God over your children when you are enjoying kingdom wealth. He said, “the seed shall be mighty upon the earth”. Kingdom blessings do not involve sorrow. That’s why Job could say to God, though you slay me, yet I will trust you. Joseph went to prison, but it didn’t remove God from his life. You can go through hard times and God is there. People may mock you for always going to church, but very soon we will know those who serve God. If the root is still there, hope is still there. I am advertising to you the kingdom abundance that comes from blessings. Many will query your claim that God is with you because they see you going through challenges. But you will come out. I have seen rich people with millions in their accounts, yet complain of their challenges. Stop defining people by the worldly standard, but by the Word. When we wanted to marry, I told my fiancee (now Wife), can you come to my house where I live? At that period, I had only one bag, I told her the room is borrowed, the Mattress is borrowed, under that bed, there is a bag, I called her into my house, and told her, Will you still marry me with this only thing I have, she said yes. Anything men took from you is coming back - KINGDOM WEALTH ATTRACTS HEAVENLY PROTECTION. (Job 1:1-10) . Satan told God, Job doesn’t Serve you for anything. Have you seen Job, my servant? So Job was yet a servant despite his stupendous wealth.
These are the things I am talking about, many people are now too busy to serve God. The works of the hand of Job were blessed, don’t be a pompous church member. God’s kind of blessings always come with supernatural provision and protection.
Job was a man that enjoyed Health and Wealth. Church Gist. But after the devil, attacked him, he lost everything, but his blessings were still there. Don’t be perturbed, keep your relationship with God, if God is the source, those things will come back, that’s what Job told his wife. God made a hedge around Job, he enjoyed great covering. - KINGDOM WEALTH ATTRACTS DIVINE HEALTH FROM GOD..( 3John 2) . It is divine health with wholeness. God doesn’t promise you just vitality. He gives you the strength to enjoy these blessings. 1st Timothy 6:17-18. God is not blessing you so you can waste money on sickness. The woman with the Issue of Blood spent all her wealth on sickness, I have seen someone who spent 600 000 naira every Monday on sickness in Lagos. One sickness can wipe out everything you’ve labored for. Everything the devil planted inside your body, with a plan to waste your life, I pray today that sickness is destroyed in Jesus’ name. Wealth and health go together. I heard the story of John D Rockefeller, he had terminal cancer at age 53, and when he wanted to die, he called the people around him and shared his money among them and gave the less privileged too. When God saw that, he said you have activated a Covenant. And a door of healing was opened to him. God said he will make your bed, and you will lie down on it. The Lord will sustain you in the days of your distress.
There are things aggressive prayer points cannot do, if you don’t do what is supposed to be done, you won’t get the results. Unless you give seeds to the poor, some results will not come I also heard the story of Oral Roberts, who had heart disease at 75, he told his wife Evelyn to empty their accounts and give out the money to a group of people, and due to that, he was Healed.
Exodus 23:25 I pray for you today your health is restored.
What are the secret paths to this Health and Wealth?
- You must be born again:
If you are not born again, you will suffer again. When we walk with God, even when we have challenges with Children, he helps us out. Church Gist. Only God can bend a dry fish, without breaking it. If you have challenges with your Children, God can still help you. - We must fear the Lord.
Job 1:1-10. Satan knew Job feared God, that’s why he is blessed. That’swhy some people at the age of 80, 90, their brain is still intact. While some people at 60, their brain is already gone. That’s why I do tell people don’t do evil and always fear God. You can enjoy mental prosperity if you refresh your mind with God’s word, you enjoy wealth and health. - Serve God with your life:
If you serve God with your life, the day trouble comes, you can stand like Hezekiah and tell God, remember all have done and Deliver me. Church Gist. Serve God with your time. Some people say I don’t have time, when are sick you will have time. Don’t be too busy for God, serve him fervently always.
