HERITAGE OF FAITH CHURCH
Formerly known as Rhemaword International Christian Centre, the Church was established on the 21st of November, 2008, at the pre-degree campus, Moro, Ile-Ife, after the Lord gave an instruction to the Senior Pastor, Reverend Peter Alabi, to raise men and women in all spheres of human endeavour who will establish and expand the kingdom of God on earth. Then, in the month of November, year 2020, at the Church’s anniversary, the Church announced that God had given her a new name, The Heritage of Faith, God’s Heritage of Faith.
Reverend Peter Alabi, the pioneer of Heritage of Faith Church is very passionate about discipling people for the work of the ministry. Therefore, the church established Heritage School of Ministry (HOSM), a platform to grow believers in their knowledge and practice of God’s word and also to equip people for the work of ministry and for the plan of God for their lives. He is married to Pastor Funlola Alabi, who pastors alongside him at the Church headquarters in Lagos and they are blessed with children.
Over time, Heritage of Faith Church has kept to its vision of raising stronger believers. The Church is known to be a close-knit community of youthful and expressive believers who are spirit-filled, given to sound doctrine, fervent in prayer and the word. The ministry has grown to become a multi-site church with centres in Ife, Osogbo, Ibadan and the headquarters in Lagos.
The headquarters in Lagos currently holds two services on Sundays and is planning to begin three services from the month of September, this year.
