- The love of God in our hearts is what makes the difference.
*When your heart is for God, you are in command of the affairs of life.
I count it a rare privilege this morning given to me by God’s servant, our father in the faith and I pray in the name of Jesus, that the grace that is at work in His life, the same shall be communicated through me this morning in the name. We will not only be challenged by His Word this morning, His Word will bring a definite change in everyone’s life in the name of Jesus.
Lord, our Heavenly Father, we thank You one more time for your goodness. The Bible says, “and He sent His Word.” Lord, let Your Word go forth this morning and bring a change in the lives of everyone. Thank You mighty God, in the name of Jesus Christ.
God’s servant, our father started the exhortation line on Monday:
UNDERSTANDING THE DEMAND FOR PROFITABLE STEWARDSHIP
God’s servant made it clear to us that God is not looking for who to use but who to bless.
Please I want it to be clear to us this Morning that God is not a user of men. Every spiritual engagement is for our uplifting.
Exodus 23:25-26
Please I want you to know this morning that God is not looking for who to rob, but for who to enrich – Luke 22:35.
But we must understand what it takes for our stewardship to yield expected returns. I want us to know that understanding is crucial in our stewardship because in life, you can’t do more than what you know and I pray in the name of Jesus, in the course of this week, our hearts with clear understanding shall be the order for us in the name of Jesus Christ.
We are going to be looking at certain points this morning.
One of them we are going to be looking at is:
- Our service must be love motivated.
We need to understand that God must be our reason for it to be profitable.
1 Corinthians 13:1-3
The greatest desire of God is our heart. When the reason for advancing the Kingdom is God, not things, then our stewardship becomes profitable. When the reason for our engagement is God, when the reason for advancing is God and not our need, then our profiting is ensured.
1 Chronicles 29:3-5
Please I want you to understand that the love of God in our hearts is what makes the difference.
When God becomes the reason for your engagement, listen to me friends, you will become unstoppable.
-I pray in the name of Jesus, every engagement shall yield in profiting in the name of Jesus Christ.
That is God’s desire for us.
Exodus 23:25, 1 Corinthians 2:9
The question this morning is the state of your heart. When your heart is for God, you are in command of the affairs of life.
- We must also understand that we must serve with hope of return.
Listen to me friends, our hope in God with an assurance that God will never deny Himself. God will never turn back concerning your affair. Church Gist. God will never reverse concerning what He has promised to do in your life and when that hope concerning the future promise, concerning your life, to do in your life and you keep serving Him with this future assurance of what God intends to do, then you become unstoppable.
1 Corinthians 9:9-10
Hope talks about the future promise of God and the Word of God is the container of the hope of God.
Listen to me friends, a man becomes unstoppable when that becomes his reason in the Kingdom. Advancing the Kingdom with the future promise of God.
I pray in the name of Jesus, our stewardship as the Lord liveth, as we put God as the reason for our engagement, our stewardship will become profitable in the name of Jesus Christ.
Hebrews 12:2
As we keep looking unto Jesus, as the reason for our engagement, as we make God our focus, hope as earlier said, talks about the future promise of God. God’s Word is embedded, full of His intentions for our lives and as we hold on in faith, believing Him, what He has said concerning our lives, as we engage in truth and in deed with hope, then our stewardship becomes profitable.
- We also need to know that access to our inheritance demands sanctification because without God, there is no access. Without purity, there is no access.
John 3:3
I pray in the name of Jesus, as you purify your heart and sanctify, access to your inheritance becomes inevitable in the name of Jesus Christ.
There is someone here this morning that wants to say Yes to Jesus, I pray in the name of Jesus, that as you key into it this morning, your access to your inheritance becomes sure in the name of Jesus Christ.
