Congratulations Dunamis International Gospel Centre for 25 years of massive impact.
I congratulate everyone while I contemplated subject for this day, I realized that this is a season of celebration beginning from today going all the way to this coming Sunday which is the celebration service of the anniversary and then all the way through the week after that will be the whole of the anniversary week and then ending with the anniversary Thanksgiving Sunday Service which is the 28th of November.
A SEASON OF CELEBRATION.
Jeremiah 30:19
This Commission is 25 years today. Church Gist. I congratulate you, I congratulate everyone connected, related, associated, I congratulate every son and daughter of the Commission, every ministry associated and everyone connected to us.
WHAT ARE WE CELEBRATING TODAY?
- The privilege of the call of God, which translates into the honour of the call – Hebrews 5:4, 1 Samuel 9:6.
Without any doubt Beloved being called of God is a privilege. Church Gist. The privilege of participating with Jehovah in what He wants to do in the earth, In what He is doing in the earth at this time not just as Senior Pastor, as Pastors in the Commission but every participant in this Commission has a calling for this season to be involved in what God is doing and it is a privilege. We have many on the street who are just watching and wondering about what is going on, we have many today who don’t even know that something is going on. - The faithfulness of God: 1 Thessalonians 5:24. There are many things that are clear in that passage:
a. God is faithful
b. God is the Caller of men: nobody steps into ministry by ambition except he wants to be a false prophet or something else.
c. The Caller is the Doer.
So ministry is nothing but a celebration of the faithfulness of the Doer of all things.
I heard from God’s Servant, Bishop David Oyedepo, he said,”every good thing you see in this ministry that is the ministry he is privileged to Oversee, he said God did it and everything that is wrong I did it”.
Ministry is the celebration of the commitment of the Creator to His purpose.
- The help of God: 1 Samuel 7:11-12. Acts 26:22. In the morning we looked at what the help of God can do:
a. The help of God is the reason for any ministry that makes meaning.
b. The help of God is behind the making of people.
c. The help of God is behind consistency in results and impact.
d. The help of God is the secret of surmounting the adversary.
e. The help of God is the secret of progress and motion despite opposition.
f. The help of God is the secret of accessing destination.
I prophesy a new wave of the help of God upon everyone here this evening in the Name of Jesus Christ. Church Gist. If you are getting set for the help of God like never before, go ahead and give Him a loud shout of praise in the Name of Jesus.
Please understand that the helpfulness of God or the mercifulness of God is superior to the powerfulness of man. There are powerful people who are gallant failures in life and ministry. There are talented people, there are connected people who are complete failures.
- The grace of God: 1 Corinthians 15:10, Psalm 84:11.
The grace of God is the secret of ease. Church Gist. When somebody is doing something very difficult and doing it easily, it takes the grace of God.
The grace of God is the secret of speed. People who carry grace achieve in a year what some will achieve in a lifetime. - The grace of God is also the release of gifts. We have seen multiplicity of gifts in our Commission this 25 years; we have seen His teaching grace, Apostolic grace, Pastoral grace, Prophetic grace, Evangelistic grace, worship, administrative grace.
- The grace of God is responsible for diverse expressions. Church Gist. I speak to someone here today you will see the faithfulness of God in your life like never before, you will see the help of God in your life like never before, you will see the grace of God in your life like never before. The same faithfulness the Commission you are connected to have experienced, the same help the Commission you are connected to have experienced, the same grace we have experienced will be multiplied into your life in this season like never before in the Name of Jesus.
- The goodness of God: Psalm 84:11. God is the reason for good and the devil is the reason for evil. Psalm 27:13. Where you are seated tonight is a reflection of the goodness of the Lord. The Supernatural supplies of Jehovah, effortless supplies. For 25 years no begging, no borrowing, no overdraft, nothing but God. In a depressive and depressing economy. In a situation of recession, inflation, deflation and all manner yet God has shown us His goodness in all realms. I prophesy to you today as you are connected to a Commission, a ministry that is experiencing the goodness of the Lord, goodness is your portion, you will see goodness like never before in the Name of Jesus.
- The power and the glory of the Lord: Psalm 63:1-2. John 2:11.
We have seen power, we have seen glory and we are seeing more.
Power and glory is responsible for the diversities of things we have seen; we have seen hardened sinner saved, the deaf hear, the blind see, the dead raised. We have seem mad people become normal, we have seen all manner of things.
Somebody sent me a message from the UK and she is still a member of the Commission but went to the UK for something and she said, she thank God for Dunamis because she is connected and remains connected. She said in Dunamis you experience God every single service. And I told Dr. Mrs. Becky Enenche that we have been in Revival as long as I can remember because every single week, we are in healing and deliverance service, we are in service. We have seen dimensions of things we rarely read about.
And I prophesy to somebody the power and glory of the Lord will yet escalate and multiply in your life in the Precious Name of Jesus. - The fulfilment of promise. Joshua 21:45, Numbers 23:19.
He is the
Promise Keeper.
The things He told us in ministry? We have seen and we are seeing excess. What we have seen in Revelation that we have not seen in the physical is a matter of Divine timing.
I prophesy to somebody if He is doing it in the Commission you are associated with, He will do it in your life. Church Gist. He shall keep His promise all round.
WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO IN THIS CELEBRATION?
- We are going to give Him profuse appreciation: Psalm 100:4. The reason is, anything you appreciate God for multiplies.
- We are going to step into explosive praise and celebration.
- We are going to make a fresh surrender and submission of our lives to the Almighty God. Romans 12:1-2.
- We are going to proceed in aggressive Kingdom service effort as our act of praise.
One day I went to pray for someone in the hospital and the person is a dear soul and I said God I want You to bring this person out and if You are able to do this I am going to hold a crusade in this person’s village to win souls in appreciation of what You have done. God did that and practically gave her a new heart and she is alive and well and we did the crusade in her village.
