GOD HAS NO PROBLEM DOING GREAT AND MIGHTY THINGS THROUGH US, GOD IS LOOKING FOR THOSE WHO ARE AVAILABLE AND ACCESSIBLE.
THE THINGS WE GO THROUGH BECOME THE STEPPING STONE TO WHERE GOD IS TAKING US.
ONE OF THE GREATEST CHALLENGES OF CHRISTIANITY TODAY IS BELIEVERS WHO ARE TOO TIED TO THEIR CULTURES AND TRADITION

Heavenly Father we receive your blessing tonight, let the entrance of your word tonight bring light, silence the voice of the devil and let someone leave this place victorious and totally delivered. Let your healing hand reach out, silence the enemy for us and let your people be victorious in Jesus’ name we pray.
Foursquare is a Church that gives you light and I am a product. I tell people that I went through C.A.C. to go through Bible School so I got fire there and I came to Foursquare and I got light. So I have fire and light, when you combine the two something has to happen. I bless God for Foursquare, a Church of the Living Word. A Church of Light. Church Gist. Even though I have a degree in theology now, the greatest insights I got from the Bible was at L.I.F.E. Bible School Ikorodu. When our Church broke into the news in the United States, so many media organizations began to study our Church. A young man was with me last week and he said it is not difficult to find materials on KICC. We have had so many people use our Church for Masters and Ph.D. studies.
He said “you have become the one Oxford and Cambridge quote”. Many of them wonder where I studied, they thought I went to Cambridge or Oxford. They don’t know that there is a Harvard on Ikorodu Road. I pray that the Church will keep the standard of those days. It was such a standard, it helps you to know when people are messing up and call it Gospel. Some call themselves prophets, and they are not prophets, they are profits. So I celebrate this house and I ask blessings on you in Jesus name.
Forgive my voice, I had to run out of Northern Ghana to be here tonight. We had scheduled a crusade in the farthest town in Ghana called Bolgatanga. On Monday night 3000 people gave their lives to Christ. On Tuesday night, 4000-5000 gave their lives to Jesus. The kind of healings and miracles we saw were Acts of the Apostles kind of healings. On Monday I was preaching on the seven blood of Jesus, in other words that is the seven points from where blood flowed from the body of Jesus and when I got to the point where I said blood flowed from his left hand to break the curse from your father’s house, a woman who was in the crowd who was brought there blind cleaned her face with her left hand and began to see. Church Gist. On Tuesday, I preached about the woman who was bent for 18 years not 18 minutes. When you get to a certain age when you wake up you don’t stand immediately, you have to wake up gradually. Jesus called her the daughter of Abraham bound by the devil. After that message several eyes were opened. There was a boy whose name was Trinity, he had never spoken, he had never heard a sound before. He began to see and hear. A young lady came who was deaf in one ear, her ear popped open in the service. All manner of miracles.
This Jesus is still doing great and mighty things. Jesus is the same today, yesterday and forever. That scripture shall be the reality of your life. I was listening to Bishop Oyedepo as I was exercising in my house this morning and I said these Foursquare people they are oppressors oh. How can they put Bishop before me? So I called him on my way here and said Bishop, Foursquare is persecuting me. I should be your forerunner and they made you my forerunner. This persecution is too much.
There is a left-over of the grace from this morning on this platform and I am going to jump into that grace and combine it with the grace of Foursquare Church and combine it with the grace upon my life and something is going to happen in your life. You have to know that people leave presence, the room Peter raised Dorcas from the dead was where Jesus had the Last Supper. They brought a dead woman to the place where Jesus had been, Jesus and death can’t be in the same place so the woman came back to life. There is grace to heal you tonight, there is grace to make cancer leave your body.
Ruth 3:1-5
GREAT AND MIGHTY THINGS; drawing from that title tonight I want to speak to you on HOW TO STEP INTO YOUR OWN SIGNIFICANT DESTINY. God has no problem doing great and mighty things through you and I. God is looking for those who are available and accessible. Sometimes the things we go through become the stepping stone to where God is taking us. All the things life has thrown at you may become the things that God will put together to make something beautiful out of your life. Church Gist. There is an original intention to your life, you are not an accident. Your mum couldn’t abort you, your father could not kill you because there is an assignment for your life today and you will fulfill that purpose. Some of you, life has thrown challenges at you, bereavement of our loved ones, some of us have gone through things we never expected. We couldn’t explain some of the things we have gone through but God is going to put them together and use them to bless you.
A family left Bethlehem because there was no bread in the House of Bread to another country in search of food. While in diaspora, their sons got married to Orpah and Ruth. One day tragedy strikes, first son dies, second son dies and father dies. There were three widows in the house. Naomi looked and said “I have suffered more loss than these girls”. She also heard that there was now bread in Bethlehem so she turned to her daughters-in-law and said “Thank you for following me, I release you. I don’t have the sons you can marry anymore, Go back to your family”.
Two women, two decisions, two consequences. Orpah chose to go away, Ruth looked at her mother-in-law and felt there is a connection, there is a power in connection. The people you are connected to are the ones meant for your life. Because if they are connected to you, they will bring you into favour, bring you into God’s purpose for your life. Ruth looked at her mother-in-law and said “Mama entreat me not to leave you, where you go I will go, your people will be my people and your God will be my God”. Naomi had nothing Ruth followed her. Some people will leave you when they think you have no future anymore. But I came to announce to someone that God has not finished with you.
- There will still be testimonies in your house.
- There will be favour in your house.
Hebrew Culture, not the Bible, has it that Ruth and Orpah were sisters and that they were princesses. So Ruth following Naomi was a princess turning her back on her kingdom to go where there seems to be nothing, to go where she had never been. One of the greatest challenges of Christianity today is people being too tied to their cultures and traditions. Church Gist. “I am Yoruba, I am Igbo, I am Nigerian”, they don’t understand that you are Kingdom first before you are Yoruba. When you don’t understand that, you will succumb to the battles of Nigeria but when you realize that you are Kingdom you will draw your source not from Nigeria but from the Kingdom of God.
