EVERYTHING YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT WILL DIMINISH, YOU COMPLAIN THAT YOU DON’T HAVE SHOE, YOU WILL EVENTUALLY TREK WITH SLIPPERS BUT IF YOU THANK HIM FOR SLIPPERS, HE WILL GIVE YOU SHOE.

In Today’s service may something good happen in your life in the name of Jesus Christ.
God will give you an accelerated promotion that you’ve never experienced, before we hear God’s Word in 1st Samuel 16:3-13, David was keeping the sheep when Samuel came to the house of Jesse and asked who should be the next King? He came to anoint the next King and everyone paraded their Chests, all of them came out and at the end he said there is still one more person who is not here and he said that one person is the least among them, he is keeping sheep somewhere, he was not to be reckoned with. ChurchGist. In the house nobody ever thought that he would make a mark. Samuel said send for that one, I want to announce to you where you’re not reckon with they will send for you. He said send for that one and that one became the one whom God promoted from nowhere. I am speaking to someone’s life, your promotion is coming today.
He was not to be reckoned with, they looked at you as the one that has nothing to offer but in the name of Jesus whom I serve, I am speaking to someone in this first service, God will give you a promotion you have never thought of, it will be an accelerated one, where those who thought that you’re forsaken, forgotten and abandoned, they will see you next week and God would have lifted you, if that prophecy is for you shout an amen like a child of God.
Go ahead and say God give me an overhead, accelerated promotion, go ahead and pray. God give me an overhead accelerated supernatural promotion. In Jesus precious name we have prayed. God will make it so for you in the name of Jesus.
Lift your right hand towards Heaven and say: Father, give me an understanding of praise in Jesus name, you may be seated.
I pray this morning that somebody all over the world hearing this message will have an understanding, it is not the dancing first, it is if you understand what thou doest. Psalm 47:7. You’re not just praising, until you have an understanding you can’t get an outstanding result.
Your praise must be with understanding, otherwise you can just start singing and dancing, that is why we teach before we praise. Because if you do anything without understanding there will be no result. ChurchGist. All Sunday this month we will be looking at praise. Next Sunday is “Praise for Supernatural Victory” and after that is “Praise for Supernatural Increase”. Every Sunday will be for praise, that is what God is demanding from us after Glory Reign.
TOPIC: PRAISE FOR ALL ROUND PERFECTION (1)
Praise is exalting God for who he is, for what he’s done, for what he is doing and for what he will do.
What is Perfection?
Perfection is the state of being faultless. Simply to the point of being complete and correct in every way.
So, praise for all round perfection is exalting and celebrating the faithfulness of God for who he is, what he has done, what he is doing and what he will do that will make us to be in a state of being flawless and different.
Psalm 92:1-2, 10-12, when I thank God and praise him, I begin to enjoy fresh oil, fresh oil is not the oil that they pour on your head, it means that you’re refreshed by the Holy Ghost on a constant basis. ChurchGist. That does not mean that every morning you will start pouring oil on your head, that is not the meaning. You’re refreshed by the Holy Spirit, the anointing represents the Holy Spirit. May fresh oil come upon somebody this morning.
You know, when you’re freshly anointed things change, while preparing for service this morning I was just meditating and the song they sang this morning just came to me. ChurchGist. He just gave me a Word, he said: never build your life on any mortal. I told them, change the hymn, that is why you see them struggling to play. Because that was not what they prepared for. The song came straight when I was in the bathroom, Immortal, Invisible the only wise God. I said go and tell them to change the Hymn, he gave me the Word freshly, never build your life on any mortal. Because man is man, build your life on God. Men die and go, just imagine this building was built on any mortal, do you get what I am saying now. If you have built your life on any mortal, just imagine, when the person is not there where will you be. ChurchGist. That is why I have never built his Church on any human being since this Church started. If you’re giving any money, you’re only privileged to give it, if you’re gone the money will increase. No mortal man including me has anything to talk about Salvation Ministries. Don’t build your life on any mortal.
They were struggling to play the keyboard, you know you’re smart when you’re very swift, you’re not smart if there is a change and you struggle.
My wife is here, sometimes she will tell me David, you’re preaching in the next 2 minutes in Lagos. I have been on my own several times and my mentor will just call me, David you’re taking the message. That how you know whether you’re swift, no previous information, they will say you’re taking the message in this next meeting and it’s one hour difference, for a big program and nobody will know that I was not pre-informed, I will just prepare and just enter, when you see somebody struggling it means that person is not swift and smart. You know that you’re smart when there is instant change and you are swift instantly, if you can change then it means you need to improve more. ChurchGist. Well, that is another teaching. Skill is not a gift, you train for it, even if you have the gift you have to train.
Psalm 92:11. As you praise him this morning, all your enemy will bow to you, what is your desire? Your desire is that anyone after you and my life will go down as I am talking now. ChurchGist. One of the testimony shared this morning, she said a young man proposed to her and he was after her life and then by the following morning he was jailed. That’s her desire that this guy can’t put me in frustration. Whoever is after you and I, they will go down now.
Psalm 92:12. It is your desire God confirms, from today you will never experience dry season. Our key scripture is Psalm 92:13. It is not enough to praise him, many praise God but don’t get results. Those that be planted in the House of God shall flourish, not those that just come and go, those that be planted in the House of God shall flourish in the courts of our God. ChurchGist. Naturally, even when you see a plant somewhere, you don’t wake up tomorrow and see it in another place. Have you seen that before, except it is by magic. If you see a plant here and you wake up tomorrow to see the plant there, is that true? Have you woken up to see a plant in the front of your house appear in your neighbours house. God is saying those that be planted. God is saying that your flourishing by praise demands that you’re planted in the house of God, not those who are visiting or those who come once in a while.
It didn’t say those that came only for Glory Reign and they disappeared, when we have anointing service they appear again, when we have miracle service they appear again and disappear. He said no, those kinds of people cannot flourish. Those that be planted, those who take root to hear God’s Word, they are the ones who will flourish, not those that fluctuate.
Do you call a visitor a member of your house? So, if they want to give something to the members of the house, will they give it to him? No, he is a visitor, God said it is those who are planted, so the House of God is a place of refuge and that is where the enemy has no power to come near it. ChurchGist. Those who are planted have no dry season, from today till your time on earth is over you will keep flourishing. So, it is not enough to just praise God, your praise must be that you’re one of those planted in the House of God, it is not those who just visit and praise, are you hearing me?
Psalm 84:4. It is for those that dwell, not for those that come and then go. ChurchGist. It is those who dwell and praise that flourishes continually, may you be among them. We have the praising saints and the winning saints. Psalm 122:1. David praised God in the open and in the congregation of God’s people and you know till tomorrow, among the king’s that ever reigned in Israel, he is the greatest. So, your love for God’s house is your guarantee for a glorious destiny
Don’t play down on it, don’t play down on the house of God. ChurchGist. We don’t come to Church for fun, don’t think it’s because we are in need that is why we come to Church. I met a minister in Nigeria, who came around and said pastor I like to go to Church but I don’t have a problem. I said sir, we don’t go to Church because we have problems, we go to Church because we love God. He was quiet. He has money and he has some issues and they called me, I told them I wish you knew. His wife called, I don’t want to say it in such a way that you will understand that he is the one.
The sickness struck him suddenly and now he needs God. I asked him now do you need money? You know God has a way of humbling somebody, he was pursuing me everywhere for prayers, now you need something money can’t buy. Listen, we don’t come to church because we need him, we come to Church because he is God, those that are planted are those that get results not those that are not stabilised. Zephaniah 3:15. In the midst of us, God is very mighty, wonderful things happen in the midst of God’s people. Not in your small corner in your small room, where you think everything is available.
The Lord in the midst of us is mighty, in the midst of pandemic people were coming to Church to get healed of Coro, in this Church, others were running away from Church but people were getting healed from Coro. Upon mount Zion there shall be deliverance, not upon your room or one small corner where you’re, you don’t like going to Church, there are things you will never get staying in your house, I pray you will be planted in the house of God.
Psalm 22:22. God is a very humorous God, if you don’t have the opportunity to go to Church, you will be surprised and you will stay with a laptop watching online and you will get results, but when you have the opportunity and you stay at home, you will be shocked nothing will happen. His ways are perfect; he searches the heart.
Psalm 35:18. So, you understand what you are going to do this morning. ChurchGist. Where will you praise him? Among the crowd, not with myself. They that be planted in the House of God are those who flourish.
THINGS THAT CAN NEGATIVELY AFFECT YOUR PRAISE.
1) Ungratefulness.
Many are ungrateful, ingratitude makes you complain and complaining complicates issues in anyone’s life. When people are not grateful they complain. Numbers 11:1-6. When you complain, God hears them. God hates complaining. He answers prayers, but he hears complaints.
Numbers 11: 2-6. The Israelites lied that they remembered their fishes, who gave them fish? They were slaves. Who gave them all these things (Cucumber, garlic, onions). ‘Who dash monkey banana”. ChurchGist. They were just making noise. God said I have you Heavenly food for free and you’re complaining. He was giving them manna from heaven for free, because of Ungratefulness they were complaining, that is how most of us behave. You say: after all my friends who are in PDP and APC, they are not going to Church and yet they are succeeding. Who told you? Do you know what they are going through? Do you know how many tablets they take a day for their health? You slept and woke up safe and sound yet you’re complaining. Ingratitude, you’re not grateful to God.
Ungrateful people can’t praise God. You can’t flow in the miraculous if you’re full of ingratitude. ChurchGist. When you are always complaining you complicate issues. Free food from Heaven, yet they complained. Celebrate God for one shoe he will give you two shoes. Celebrate him for one room, he will give you an apartment. Learn to replay the good things God has done in your life.
That you’re alive is enough for you to thank God. The Bible says: I slept and woke up, the Lord sustained me not your alarm clock. Is not the alarm clock that woke you. ChurchGist. Do you know what happened when you slept? See that young man that testified that a car ran into their house and God saved him and his housemate. Just imagine if that car went into the house. Will he be here this morning talking, you slept and woke up who sustained you? God. Okay, if the alarm wakes people, go to the mortuary and put the alarm there if the alarm will wake them. Yet you are complaining, many of us complain too much, even this morning you have complained of the shoe you have not worn. But everything you celebrate multiplies back to you.
May God multiply everything you celebrate. Everything you complain about will diminish, you complain that you don’t have shoes, you will eventually trek with slippers. But if you thank him for slippers, he will give you shoes.
Tell God I am grateful for life, he will give you strength, ingratitude is an enemy of praise, he brought you through the fire, through the flood, he was with you when false accusation was against you, when other walked out, God walked in, when everybody left you, he was with you, my friend be grateful to God, that way you will be praising God, stop seeing what has not happen, start seeing what has happened and then in the praise, God will make them better.
Okay, you’re praising God and your school fee is not complete. ChurchGist. Praise him because you have part of it. Then in the praise there will be multiplication. Jesus would have complained for 5 loaves of bread and 2 fishes in the wilderness. He would have said: Father I am your son. He was without sin, You and I are full of sin, even this morning you committed one, plenty of sin, you abuse people, you quarrel with them, a lot of backbiting, Jesus was without sin, yet he has no food in the wilderness yet he didn’t complain. ChurchGist. Now, with all your sins and you’re still complaining. If God was to open you up, will you survive tomorrow? Stop complaining; complaint is an attitude, some people when the sun is shining they complain, if rain falls they will complain. If AC is available they will say this AC is too much, if there is no AC, they will complain about the absence of AC.
They complain about everything, it is an attitude, there are some people who just complain about everything. They visit you, they complain, they don’t visit you, they complain, if you visit them, they complain, if you don’t visit them, they will still complain. If you greet them Good morning or afternoon, they still complain. They complain over everything, stop complaining. If you complain you can’t praise God, even this morning you can’t praise God, you will be complaining, see the whole Israel they were complaining. Somebody is complaining about Nigeria, do you want to live long? Nigeria is a complaint in herself. Yet you’re complaining about Nigeria. Just live your life in Nigeria and go ahead, if you’re complaining about Nigeria, you will just die. ChurchGist. In one hour they switch off the light 4 times. Some people have not seen light in Nigeria for two years yet they bring bills. Just live your life without complaining. Just thank God that at least you have sunlight, that way things will get better.
Say with me: I am grateful to God for the gift of life. Some people are struggling in the hospital, gasping with oxygen. I was listening to a message, this oxygen is not free oh, they pay for oxygen. Hope you know, people are gasping and they put oxygen on them for them to live and they pay daily. Yet you just take it anyhow and some of you snore with it in the night, some of you snore heavily with it, free of charge yet you’re complaining, there are people who oxygen is luxury to them. ChurchGist. As we are talking now, someone is gasping and they are putting oxygen on him. Yet you’re complaining that all your mates are married, that someone proposed to you won’t you thank God and dance to that proposal. Some people are finer than you and nobody has told them I love you for a whole year.
Yet, somebody came to you, even if you don’t like him, still thank God that somebody saw you and said to you that he loves you. Even if he’s a short man, thank him and short men like to marry tall women. Check and short men, brief people they like giant women. So thank God for giving you this short man. Zacchaeus was short but he had money. ChurchGist. Most short people have money. You know why? If you can’t recognize them with their status, you will recognize them with their money.
Doing the same thing and expecting a different result is insanity. You have been complaining and nothing has happened, turn away from complaining and thank God. Whatever is remaining in your life God will perfect it.
Luke 17: 11-19. We have come back to acknowledge God for the whole 21 days of fasting, for the Glory Reign week and to say Lord, for all that you’ve done we are here to say thank you.
Everyone that has come this morning, to acknowledge what God has done in 21 days of fasting and the 5 days of Glory Reign I decree whatever that is remaining in your life shall be made perfect. Because you have come to acknowledge what God has done in this service, everything remaining on your expectation form, in your life and my life shall be made perfect in the name of Jesus. We have come like the one leper and say thank you, for all that he has done to us as a Church.
