Spiritual Week of Emphasis, Day Two
Give the Lord a big hand of praise!
Shall we lift up our two hands and give Him thanks for answered prayers tonight. Give Him thanks for His presence with us all through this second day of Spiritual Week of Emphasis, after two days He will revive us; on the third day, He will raise us up and we shall dwell in His sight. Now give Him thanks for His good hand upon your life; give Him thanks for making You a partaker of this season of change. He is worthy of all praise, in Jesus precious name we pray.
No one can see the power of God without faith; through faith they crossed the Red Sea as on a dry ground. Every time you see the demonstration of His power; there is faith at the background. Church Gist. Through faith, they subdued kingdoms, they wrought righteousness, they stopped the mouths of lions, they quenched the violence of fire through faith. So, faith is a master facilitator of the power of God. Without faith, you can’t see His power; as many as received Him, He gave power to manifest as sons of God, even to them that believe on His name.
Nobody is entitled to see God’s power at work in his life without faith. Wake up!
Wake up out of your slumber, please wake up. God doesn’t know pity; He doesn’t know tears, wake up. Let your faith stirs life. You are not qualified, I am not qualified to see the power of God without faith (Hebrews 11:2). You can’t have testimony without faith; you hear the Word, you run with the Word and God turns it into a testimony. That’s the way it works (Habakkuk 2:4). Church Gist. You can’t see God’s Word come to pass in your life; I can’t see it come to pass in my life without my faith at work. I think that’s enough to revive anybody.
Let your faith come alive. Your look won’t change your things; let your faith come alive.
The sympathy of men won’t change your story; let your faith come alive.
Lift up your two hands and ask Jesus: “Speak to me tonight, I want to be a beneficiary of the second day, prophetic day, a day of revival. Thank You for stirring my spirit already.”
In Jesus precious name we have prayed.
Lord Jesus, speak to us again tonight. Let Your Word fire us up. Let it further establish our walk with You. Let it be the dawning of a new day for every one of us in the name of Jesus Christ.

Psalm 11:3
We had a Federal Housing Estate in Kaduna years ago, it’s called Barnawa Estate. They began to see cracks on the walls of the building and so, they decided to do another soil test and discovered that the foundation was faulty. Church Gist. Government cleared the whole house; it’s one good thing government did. It is better to put down the building than to put down lives. They put down the whole buildings because foundation cannot be renovated. If the foundation be faulty, the believer is helpless.
So, there are foundations stones to every of our inheritance in Christ, including our inheritance of success. We are redeemed to be the light of the world (Matthew 5:14). So, we have that mountain top heritage in Christ and we started yesterday by saying, vision is the foundation. You can’t accomplish a goal without knowing the goal. You can’t score a goal in a football match without a goalpost. You must know where you are going before you can determine whether you are getting there or not, otherwise wherever you find yourself will be like it.
Now, it is not enough to know where one is going, it is important to know how to get there (1 Samuel 2:9). Every vision delivers by faith or never sees the light of day (Habakkuk 2:1-4). Again, you are on an advantage platform where faith is a core mandate of your Church. We’ve seen visions come to pass over and again in this Church because of the faith at work in this place. Church Gist. You just have those visions stuck up in archives without seeing the light of day; it takes faith to see any vision see the light of day. Faith is therefore fundamental to access the world of outstanding success (2 Peter 1:5-10).
Add to your faith; faith is fundamental. Build your faith, let it come along with the following virtues and you will never fail.
Remember it is to everyone according to his faith, not according to our faith (Matthew 9:29).
“Am I redeemed for an enviable destiny?”
Yes!
“Do I believe it?”
Yes!
Now, how much you believe in it will determine how enviable your life becomes.
“Do I have a glorious destiny in Christ?”
Oh yea, I believe!
How much you truly believe will determine how glorious your life becomes. So, faith is what determines what becomes of every believer (Matthew 9:29).
Faith is not a principle; it is the force of the Spirit. A force that is able to silent any devil in hell. Faith is not a ideology; it is a weapon of war (Ephesians 6:16). Faith is not a belief system that psychologists teach. I once defined faith as a living force, drawn from the living Word to command living proofs.
“Who touched me? Virtue is gone out of me!”
Peter said; no, don’t talk like that, we are all rubbing you. Church Gist.
“I say virtue is gone out of me” and the woman came trembling and He said, your faith has tapped into virtue from me and has produced a living proof in your life. Faith is a living force drawn from the living Word to produce living proofs.
There is no belief system that can do what God has done by His power on this site. What belief system, where did you get the system from?
Luke 8:40-48
So, when you believe any truth, you have drawn a living force that has capacity any day, anytime, anywhere to produce living proofs. “This is the place!”
“I believe it.”
“Don’t open any church in town!”
“I believe it.”
“Put up this building in one year!”
“I believe it.”
So, the living force of faith drew on the living power of God to produce living proofs that now, eyes can see and hands can handle. You know, He sent me to liberate the world and to preach the Word of faith, so He put His Word in my mouth. Church Gist. I didn’t read that from any book Sir. So, it is not “I believe, I don’t believe.” No, that’s not business talk; that’s joke. You can’t believe and not know it Sir. My wife knew that I believe hook, line and sinker that God said this is the place. So, there was no day she came to ask me; “Are we…, is this going to be the place?” He told me and I believe Him.
There was no question Sir; “What will now happen to the building we have in town?”
“Were you the one who built it? Let the One that built it decide what to do with it”
Faith is a living force, when it comes alive, you know. Sir, I believe with the last fiber of life in me that if I will do and keep doing what He says to do, I’m not going to end up in a nation, I’ll be speaking to nations; imparting all nations. We all have a place on top but how many will believe it? How many will obey God and believe it? (Luke 6:46). Faith is fake when it is void of obedience. What gives credibility to faith is our obedience. We call it obedience of faith.
“Fill the waterpots with water!”
“Okay Lord.”
We can’t do that in public; that’s your arrangement.
Now, “blind man, there is a pool called Siloam, go there!”
“How will I know?”
“Find out”
“How will I get there?”
” That’s your cup of tea.”
He went and washed and came back seeing.
“Oh professional fisherman, cast your net on the right side!”
“Right side? What are You talking about? What’s the difference between the right side and the left side on the same water?”
“Be arguing; you are a psychologist, you are oceanic scientist. Be arguing.”
They cast the net on the right side and they caught great multitudes of fishes (John 21:5-6).
Don’t just say; “I believe,” where is the proof of your faith? Show me your faith without your obedience and I’ll show you my faith by obedience (James 2:18). Faith without obedience to validate it is fake. Church Gist.
“I believe in God’s prophetic agenda” and you are not a tither, you don’t believe it. You only have a mental assent. “I agree and I believe” are not the same thing.
Daniel 12:3, Proverbs 11:30, Proverbs 3:35
If you want to emerge as one of the stars, then engage in turning many to righteousness; turning many into righteousness is the deal for emerging a star in the Kingdom. You know there’s a difference between a sun and a star; it’s real. Go win souls and be free from shame and reproach (Hebrews 13:13). It’s a deal; faith is not a sit-down type religious principle. It is a dynamic force. You can’t be living by faith and not know.
There is room for everyone on top but each one has to make his way there. The sky in the firmament is filled with birds; they are in their billions and yet, they have not been able to screen off the sun. That’s how much space there is for every believer to become a high flyer. The sky is too wide for two birds to collide, so there’s nobody’s success that is the reason for anybody’s else failure. Every true father has equal will for his children. You don’t say because you have many children, some should fail, others should pass or succeed. Church Gist. Have you ever heard any father like that, that is not a witch?
God came and announce that if you will hearken to my voice, I will set you on high above all nations of the earth (Deuteronomy 28:1) – all of you.
“Are we not going to the same Heaven?” Or you think there is first class, second class and third class Heaven like we have on the airplane? It is one class – everybody whether you have a house here or you don’t have a house; you have a mansion in Heaven, glorious, gorgeous, same. They don’t share people according to classes; first class believers, second class believers; Heaven is one place. We are bought with the same blood; same value He place on us. So, we have right to same order of success on the earth.
- Somebody’s story is changing!
It is not doing what to do or not knowing what to do and not interested in knowing it has kept most of us at the same spot. Look at the number of books on success that came out of this local place; it has turned the lives of many around the world and yet, somebody is sitting down right there, maybe even working in the press and does not know the meaning of success till now. Church Gist. He’s the one that printed success book; Success strategies, success systems, exploring the secrets of success, the path of the eagle… He saw it the beginning and he is still there in the middle, he’s going to be there till the end but he has not find out what is in it.
“Who do we blame then?”
Your choice or dis-choice?
You don’t make any choice; “well, what will happen will happen. I’m just glad I’m saved.”
Lazarus made Heaven but he didn’t have any taste of the goodness of life. You know what it means for dogs to be licking your sore? Even the power to chase away the dog is not there. Have you picked this one finish? Lick this one too.
- No one will go to Heaven like that!
- You will maximize the value of the death and the resurrection of Christ on this earth and make Heaven on top of it!
WHAT IS FAITH?
1). Faith can be defined as engaging divine capacity to handle humanly impossible tasks (Mark 10:27, Mark 9:23). Now, 75 more nations, we are already on 46 of them that we are marching into by the grace of God – humanly impossible tasks.
A hundred thousand seats sanctuary without temperature, without pressure; in truth and in deed – Humanly possible tasks.
Ten thousand churches to be planted in one year.
How? By economic projection, it is impossible; it is unthinkable. It shouldn’t be uttered except for people like Papa and suddenly, the obviously humanly impossible task of planting ten thousand churches came to light. Faith is engaging divine capacity, tap into what God can do. That’s what faith is.
When God stretches forth His everlasting arm to pick you from that back into His everlasting height, so engage your faith in provoking the outstretched arm of God that throws men into impossible heights.
2). Faith can be defined as a spiritual force that establishes our active partnership with the invisible God, thereby empowering us to do the impossible (Hebrews 11:24-29, Exodus 14:15). In those days, when I walked through this forest and I would tell my wife when I got home, I just feel God here – active partnership with the invisible God, empowering ordinary people to do the impossible. Church Gist.
2 Corinthians 5:7 – you are not assuming, your faith has come alive to capture the reality of His presence, though you see him not, yet believe Him (1 Peter 1:8). These are dimensions of faith that will help you to just change levels.
3). Faith is a spiritual engraftment of our humanity into divinity, thereby empowering us to command dominion (Romans 11:19-23). It brings you and me into God so we become divine entities on the earth. So, we become the partakers of the root and fatness of the olive by being grafted into Him, we begin to manifest His divine virtues in our lives (Exodus 7:1). Church Gist. You remember the testimony of this Winner that was captured by very wicked man who wanted him killed for whatever reason, we don’t know. They shot at him, it won’t answer. They put cutlass on him, it won’t show. Winners are gods, Winners are not human beings. They packed up Sir. That is divinity speaking through the engrafting power of faith.
That’s God’s agenda through the mystery of faith. You are conscious of your divine nature at all times, endearing issues as Moses was.
4). Faith is sharing responsibility with God in the light of scripture so as to have our desires delivered. Any faith like I once said, that seeks to make God absolutely responsible for the outcome of our lives is irresponsible faith.
Genesis 12:3-4, Genesis 17:11, Genesis 22:3
Without taking our path of the responsibility, faith cannot deliver (Deuteronomy 28:1). Faith is no cheap work, cheap talk; faith is hard work. Therefore, as success is concerned, believe what God says to do to emerge a success in life (Proverbs 22:29). Be diligent; He is a rewarder of them also that diligently serve Him. Serve Him diligently; engage your business diligently (Hebrews 11:6, Job 36:11). Church Gist. If you claim to believe Him, then serve Him. There is no free lunch in life; everything of value carries a cost. A valuable asset, everybody is looking for it but the answer is right there in this book; this smiley ancient book; this book that does not have any modern language and expression – carries all you need, all I need and all you will ever need to swim in the ocean of supernatural success (Psalm 112:1-4).
- My prayer is that, we will not watch this year pass you by like any other year!
When we were doing our personal supplication just now, Jacob was asleep the first time (Genesis 28), he was dead asleep, he saw a ladder with angels climbing up and down and Jaco awoke out of the sleep; “This is no other but the gate of Heaven. Church Gist. This is the house of God.” He was asleep, he couldn’t do anything but next time an angel appeared in chapter 32, his eyes were wide open; “I won’t let you go this time until you change my story” and he gave him a brand-new name.
- Every one of us must end this year with a brand-new name in the name of Jesus!
That’s the faith factor in our quest for outstanding, enduring, lasting, life long success. As I close; profound things were spoken to Mary, just like God is speaking to you and me now; we don’t just belong to the top, we belong to the topmost. That’s profound for a number of us that are deep down in the valley. Church Gist.
Luke 1:31-33, 37
When you believe, you tap into the power of the Highest that knows no limit. See the power dimension of faith and don’t mistake it for a psychological belief system. They are far apart. There is no power element in that, it is just natural rearrangement. Our success level will be limited to our faith level. The dimension of success that anyone may ever experience in life is a function of their measure of faith in which you operate. There are giants in everyone’s Promised land that want to scare you; it takes faith to subdue them. No matter what God says to us, it is our faith that determines which of them will come to pass in our lives – nothing else. What He speaks with His mouth, only His hand can perform it and it takes faith to engage His hand for performance.
Lift up your right hand and give God thanks for the Word tonight. What a bright, gorgeous, enviable, colourful future awaits you, in Jesus precious name we have prayed.
Whatever you choose to believe from His Word, He supplies grace to deliver. Don’t look down on yourself, faith makes the unbelievable out of the most unlikeliest. You don’t need to prove or boost that you can do it; just believe God and He steps in, otherwise how can a man at 75 embark on an adventure into greatness? – Abraham. Faith will turn the unbelievable from the most unlikeliest. Don’t let anything tamper with your faith in His Word, it can never lie. God’s Word never lies; ever reliable, ever dependable.
