Lord Jesus, we are here at your feet one more time, speak to every one of us uniquely tonight in the precious name of Jesus Christ.
COMMANDING THE SUPERNATURAL has been the teaching series for our midweek services all through this month and this is the last night of it. God always reserves the best for the last. So expect the best experience in the word tonight. Church Gist. One word came to Jacob and it translated him supernaturally forever. Somebody’s word will come tonight. When the word of Joseph came it changed the entire world. May someone catch his word tonight that will change his world.
Commanding the Supernatural, the supernatural has to be commanded to manifest. Without a sound from our lips, we cannot experience signs and wonders in our lives. It is the sound we make that provokes the signs that we see. John 3:8. Without a sound, you can’t see signs. It is the words you speak that God confirms into signs. Acts 14:3. “I am sick” He confirms it. “I am well hale and hearty” He confirms it. When you speak the scriptures, you have created the future. We can’t wait for signs, we have to sound our signs in. As anointed as our Master, Jesus the Saviour of the world, when he closed his mouth, what he carried had no expression. Isaiah 53:7. When He opened his mouth in John 18:4, they fell to the ground backwards. (John 18:4-6). That’s dynamics of gravity, people should fall to the front. They went backwards and fell. Your authority is in your tongue. A closed mouth equals a closed destiny. What you are ashamed to declare boldly, God won’t confirm openly. You have been saying what they say that is why you are seeing what they see. “Nothing is working in our country” and nothing works for you. Church Gist. “Everything is working together for my good ” and everything works. Proverbs 18:21. Many very great believers in Christ have had their tongues cling to the roof of their mouths and that has not given expression to what they carry. They say it when they say it timidly and diplomatically. They just want to be like the world, so they suffer like the world. Did you hear me shouting down Coro? If you were not there go and check. I shouted at it until it shrank. If you don’t shout down your issues, they will subdue you. Even Jesus who was given the Holy Ghost without measure when his mouth was closed, he had to pay the price of redemption otherwise who would dare him. David said to Goliath “today I bring down your head” and God said stamped. So when he threw the sling, an angel took it straight to the head. He fell and David took his sword and cut his head. All your Goliath will collapse as you engage your tongue in faith.
Mark 11:23.
These are not idle words, they are from the Master himself. I pray that everyone will be strengthened in their inner man. Jesus commanded the supernatural at will. “Come out of him” and they did. “Lazarus come forth” and he came out. Church Gist. We can’t command the supernatural with a closed mouth. When our declaration is revelation provoked. God is committed to confirm it. When they are faith-filled, God is committed to confirm it.
What forces are we engaging in commanding the supernatural?
Among heaven’s forces are His angels.
We saw their diverse operations all through scriptures. The fourth man in the furnace was like that son of God. That is an angel of God that entered the fiery furnace. Daniel even said my God has sent His angel and has shut the mouth of the lions. Daniel 6:22. Angels are God’s warfare generals. They step into a matter and they are sure to get you the victory. So whatever time your jungles mature, call for your angels to show up. Matthew 26:53. Jesus recognized that these angels are available to step in when we are confronted. Church Gist. So we make demands of them based on the truth that they are ministering spirits sent to minister to those who are heirs of salvation. Angelic intervention is one of the vital forces of spirit to engage in our battles. Psalm 34:7. Angels are not flapping wings and entertaining you, their mission is a rescue mission when you are edged in. In the name of Jesus, you never suffer any defeat in the battles of life again.
Are you facing danger? “Angels of God show up”. In 1984, we were travelling at night as was our custom. Around 1:20 am we found ourselves on a narrow bridge, meanwhile, another vehicle entered on the other side and there were no guardrails on the sides of the bridge and it couldn’t take two vehicles. “He will give His angels charge over me whenever I am on a narrow bridge, they will bear me up on their wings lest I dash my foot against the stone”. Until we get to heaven that is when we will find out how we went through it if they allow people to watch videos of their lives. No bashing of the vehicles. The other people with me in the vehicle when they breathed down, you will know that they have died and come back. They said Sir, did you see that? No, I didn’t see it. I thank God I was the one driving. He would have just driven us into the river. You have angels at your disposal, engage them. Church Gist. You are going to see wonders this coming Sunday because we are going to release vengeance angels. Every assault on your life as a child of God, all the agents of darkness will pay for it. One angel went forth and cleared 184,000 soldiers of the army of Assyria. They woke up to meet dead men and the king took off according to the prophetic word in the same way he came. He got back home in shame and reproach after making unnecessary mouth, highly insultive things against our God and his two sons killed him. One angel went forth, not two. Angels of God, excel in strength. Psalm 103:20. So when you are operating by the word you have the right to engage angels. When we are engaging the word we have the covenant right to engage angels in our battles. You can never be stranded with this ministry at your disposal.
- When the written word translates to spoken word in your mouth you gain supernatural command of the supernatural.
This word puts you naturally in command at all times. Mark 16:20. The word that they declared committed God to confirm with signs and wonders. Let the word of God dwell richly in your heart, it will flow freely from your mouth. There is no way to train your tongue without repositioning your heart. What comes out at any time is what is in there for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. We have to start from inside. How much of the word is inside determines what comes out of your mouth. You can’t carry the word of life and be speaking death. When the word of life is in you it comes out naturally, face to face with death you are still speaking life. Because it is firmly rooted in your heart. Matthew 12:34. It is not just speaking slang and charismatic styles. Church Gist. It is having this thing on your inside. Somebody asked me when my wife’s health was under attack, did you think that she died? There was no space to think about it and I am sharing this before the Lord. There was no space to think about it. I did a seminar on Victory over Death in 1983, it’s not a yesterday affair. I did a study, God gave me insights and I knew that death has no final say. Church Gist. Jesus has the key, the devil doesn’t have the key. We appropriate to him the power he doesn’t have. I stopped counting when I was 50, after counting 25 times I was face to face with death. The devil should be counting the remaining. You need to get the word on the inside and you will get the effect on your tongue.
The word you speak in the open and you are shaking behind the door won’t work. It won’t work. When you hear me saying one billion witches can’t stand on my path, I know what I am talking about and I don’t need to pray about it. As I have said, they also agree. I am not saying it to impress anybody. I am saying it as a show of authority given to me in Christ Jesus. When I said “I can never be poor” you need to see the video when I said it if they have the video. It didn’t look real but I caught the light and it was inside of me. Until you can change the moon and change the sun you can’t change it. Church Gist. When I found the word on hitch-free marriage, not one doubt and it has come to pass. Therefore grace to be grounded and rooted with the word becomes yours today. There are givers who are also paupers because they speak poverty. They join their peers in their community to speak about the poverty ravaging their country. He might not have said anything, but they nodded their heads and Satan said thank you, I have another one to deal with. Anything you agree with contrary to the truth will trap you. Therefore, let the word of God dwell richly in your heart and it will always show because God confirms His word in the life of those who believe.
Psalm 81:10
You saw how Moses opened his mouth wide at every point and every time God said he should say God confirms it. Ezekiel said what God said to the bones and they came together and lived again. Ezekiel 37:8-10. Just say what He says to say. Psalm 118:17, Matthew 8:17.
- The force of Praise.
It looks ordinary but so potent. Exodus 15:11. Psalm 22:3. Wherever He indwells, His acts manifest. When we begin to live a lifestyle of praise, we start commanding the supernatural naturally. Everything that bows to God bows to you when you are truly a praising believer. You carry His manifest presence not just His presence. 2 Chronicles 20:22. You invoke His manifest presence when you live a lifestyle of praise. Jesus said “Father I thank you”, is that the way to pray when someone has been buried for four days in the grave. John 11:42-44. That is one day extra to the resurrection mystery, Jesus was in the grave for three days, and Lazarus stayed for four days. That is how potent the force of praise can be. That is why the enemy goes around to make God’s people murmur and complain to disconnect them from His manifest presence. Church Gist. Psalm 67:5-7. Murmuring never secures murmuring, it complicates situations. 1 Corinthians 10:10. Murmuring is not safe, murmuring is a risk. Numbers 11:1. Complaining holds negative values. Murmuring brings destruction, complaining brings destruction. Whatever murmuring and complaining have done to your life, God’s mercy will prevail. You will never be found with that again.
In everything give thanks. Nature abhors a vacuum, if you don’t know the right thing to do, the wrong thing will flow naturally. It may not look like what you want, but it could have been worse if God was not there. That’s how powerful the weapon of praise can be. I pray that everyone’s life shall be saturated with joy and rejoicing turning into unending praise. As an illustration, you broke one leg if you don’t give God praise. Church Gist. You will break the second leg. If you give God praise He will heal the one that is broken so which one is better? You complain, He breaks the other one. The one that is broken give God thanks for it and He will make it whole. The more you complain the worse the wounds become. If you want to see God’s hands give Him thanks. In the name of Jesus, no one will be his own enemy anymore.
It is the absence of light that empowers darkness. When you are walking in the light, you have weakened darkness. Put these things to work and you will be in command for life.
- The last battle anyone of us may have lost is the last for life.
Psalm 92:1-2,10.
Now listen to me, one of the great blessings of a praise-full life is fresh oil. The fresher the oil on our life the greater the impact it engenders. Psalm 92:11-14. You keep scaling new heights by the power of God provoked through praise. Praise is powerful. In the name of Jesus, no enemy shall take you for a ride anymore.
Psalm 89:20-24, Luke 10:21
If your heart is not rejoicing your songs are empty. In my place where I come from, when two women are fighting, they express their fight in songs. You sing your own and the other one sings her own to you. So not every singing is praising God. Some are fighting God with their songs.
Lift your hands and give God thanks for His word that has come to you tonight. The good news is:
- Your year of decoration has finally come.
- Everyone that has ever mocked you will envy you.
It is our year of release, it is also our year of the reenactment of the Liberation Mandate. No devil can stop your change of story. Any devil that wants to stop it God will hack them down. It took 30 years extra before Israel could come out of Egypt. Going through Pharaoh was standing against their liberty until God came and invoked vengeance. Every force from hell that won’t let you realize God’s agenda for the decoration of your life this year must come down for you.
- You will not miss your price
- God will show that He has come down to change your story. Your dramatic change of story shall be seen by all.
Man’s commendation is just an accolade, when God says well done He changes your level. Every one of us by the grace of God will earn Heaven’s well done in this operation. We are going to be entering into the seventh year that wonder double came alive on Monday. Deuteronomy 15:1. Let’s work towards earning a full-blown release package ordained for us. Work the hardest and believe in God for His grace and demand for angels. Church Gist. Please don’t watch this, participate. I said we are not going out to be good people. Luke 18:18. We are not just giving them food to impress anybody. We are not out there as philanthropists, we are gospelist. Our interest is in bringing their soul to the kingdom. We are not going after numbers we are going after converts.
- You will never know weakness again. As you invest your strength in this, your strength will be renewed.
- We will be a people with a seal of longevity.
- I proclaim blessings upon your family.
