Praise the name of God!
I want to thank God for Pastor David, Pastor Bimbs and the entire leadership of this house for the opportunity to come share God’s Word and I believe our time together will bring blessings to us in Jesus name.
If we have all the time, we can’t exhaust all there is to talk about and so we have some materials here that will bless you. So, try and visit the book stand between today and tomorrow and get all this material. The first one here is called the Pathway to wealth, this book will be a blessing to you if you want to understand anything that has to do with Kingdom wealth. ChurchGist. The second book here is called the school of money. It’s a Bible of wealth creation, it’s a book that teaches you how to manage and multiply your money and it also serves as a blueprint for entrepreneurs. Most of the time people steal because they don’t know how to create wealth, they are not sure of tomorrow. So, it is like get all you can and can all you get.
The next one is a jubilee pack, there are four books in there and an audio program called the secret of my journey, one of the challenges we have is that we see the glory but we don’t know the glory. You need to understand that principles make life predictable. Personally, as an individual there are two major things that God has helped me with in the area of wealth creation. Number one is my book ministry, I have written over one hundred books, 56 of them have been published, so there is a pack here that says how to be a bestselling master class. Secondly, it’s real estate. We have raised and trained most of the guys that are doing exploits in real estate now, we are here with the materials we use in training them. Finally, cracking the billionaire code. These are all my materials that are out there. Take advantage of them and you’ll be blessed as you do.
Deuteronomy 8:18. Spirit of the living God, open our eyes to see, our ears to hear, open our heart to gain understanding. Lord, let no one leave here the same. I pray for everyone listening to the sound of my voice, directly and indirectly, that there will be an empowerment from Heaven, there will be divine illumination and transformation. Thank you Father, in Jesus mighty name we pray.
As God children we need to understand that God wants us to be empowered, God wants us to be empowered in different dimensions of life as his children. ChurchGist. But there are three areas of empowerment that God will want us to have, because these three major areas affect all the other cardinal areas of our lives.
- God wants you to be spiritually empowered. So that as a child of God, you will understand who you’re in Christ, you will understand the price that Jesus has paid and you will understand the power that is available to you so that you can walk in dominion and walk in the realm that God wants you to walk in.
The Word of God declares that those who know their God shall be strong and they will do exploits, the derivative of that statement is that those that do not know their God, shall be weak and they shall be exploited. So, God wants you to be spiritually empowered so that you won’t need to queue in anybody’s office in order to connect with your God because God does not have grandchildren. ChurchGist. You’ve got to understand that when you come into the Kingdom, he doesn’t want you to come into the Kingdom to be an echo of those that have gone ahead of you but to have a firsthand interaction with Him. So that He can raise you to represent Him.
But it’s not just enough for you to be spiritually empowered as a child of God. God also wants you to be relationally empowered. Because you need to understand that whatever God will do in this earth realm, he will do through a human vessel. God will not do anything in your life without requiring a human vessel to be used as a vehicle to convey to you what He has in mind for you. So, it is very important for you to be relationally empowered.
As a child of God, in this world that you and I live in, you don’t need everybody but you need some people. ChurchGist. You don’t need to know everybody but there are people that you need to know. John 1:6. There are people that are sent by God into your life to help you enter into the dimensions that God has in store for you. Guess what? When God wants to bless you, he sends people, when the enemy wants to mess up your life, he also sends people.
Thirdly, God also wants you to be financially empowered, he wants you to be economically empowered, so that you can come into a place of wealth, you can come into a place where you have enough of God’s resources to fulfil God’s assignment for your life. ChurchGist. Money is nothing but a tool for the fulfillment of purpose. So, God wants you to be financially empowered so that as a child of God you will be able to fulfill the assignment that He has in store for you. That why the Bible says I am the one that gives you the power to get wealth. Why? So that I can establish my purpose.
So, I got born again as a teenager, went into the ministry as a teenager, by the age of 21 I was already ordained as a pastor and I was already doing ministry and then in 1997, I got married, I made one of the greatest mistakes of my life. ChurchGist. Now, the marriage was not the mistake but getting married as a poor man was the mistake. I fell into the trap of I love you the way you’re and I suddenly realize that I love you the way you are does not mean I love you to remain the way you’re.
I love you the way you’re is a statement of Faith, if I suffer with this guy for 3-5 years, his story should change but if after 3-5 years your life refuses to change, the story will change. ChurchGist. I realize that I love you the way you’re is not the solution because there is no romance without finance. I had to learn by experience. 1998, I impregnated my wife, mistake number 2, a poor man impregnating a woman. Then I realized that when the responsibility of life hits you, you need funds to fund the fun and then in my frustration I had gone into deep depression, this happened in 1998. ChurchGist. You don’t know what it means for you to be a father that cannot pay rent, you don’t know what it means for you to see the pregnancy rising and your frustration is rising because there is no money anywhere.
The problem was not that there was no money, the problem was that even though I needed money there was nobody who could help. In my frustration I cried out to God, I said God I’m tired, I have served you all my life, God this is not the way it is supposed to be, this is not what your Word said. Right there God asked me, are you ready to be free? I said yes and God took me on a journey.
One of things that God began to help me understand is that many of the things that we believe in the Church, we believe based on what somebody said, not based on what we have discovered in God, it is what the pastor or bishop said and that was a problem for me.
God began to reschool me in the school of the spirit and one of the things God made me to understand is what I want to teach you today and we are going to go as far as we can go today based on the time that is available to us and then we will take it further tomorrow. ChurchGist. So, I want to take you on a two days journey on what I have simply titled: UNDERSTANDING AND MANIFESTING KINGDOM WEALTH.
Let me start by laying a foundation, in order for you to become rich, thank God pastor said there would be question and answer time tomorrow because there are some things I will be saying that it will take 3 hours to decode. ChurchGist. You don’t need God to be rich. Because the richest people on earth are not in the Church. If you’re going to be rich on earth there are two options.
Option one is to do it Babylon way or do it via the systems of this world. Option two is to do it Kingdom way or covenant way. Because you’re either in the secret cult or you’re in the secret place, there are only two options.
Now, one of the challenges we have is that we don’t have a clear understanding of the way God has structured the earth. God is the creator of all but the saviour of some, because He is the creator of all, whether you’re born again or not, you’re still a creation of God and by virtue of His position as the creator, as the one the one that created everyone, He has an obligation, a responsibility to His creation that has nothing to do with redemption. So, the rain will fall on the righteous and the unrighteous, you don’t need to be born again for that.
When you see people sleep and wake up is not because they have faith, when you see people sleep and wake up, it is not because they are serving God, it is because God created them and His long suffering towards us is that all men should be saved. Now, by virtue of the fact that He is a creator, what He did was that, He understands that for anything to have longevity there has to be systems and structures in place.
So, when God created you from day one, there are systems and structures in place in you, to make happen what needs to happen without any extra effort from God.
When you were born, you had the skeletal system, so your skeletal system was there from day one, alongside the respiratory system, digestive system. All these things were there because once He created you, He does not need to come every day to prophesy for your bone to grow or to speak for you to use the loo, He made sure that there are systems and structures in place that helps you to do what you need to do without having to come back to him. ChurchGist. Now, He also put systems and structures in place that when a man and a woman comes together because the first man was created without any family being pregnant and producing the first man. So, when the first man was created everything that was required to perpetuate the human race was put in the first man and the first woman.
So, what God did is that He put the seed in the man and the womb in the woman, so that when they needed to have a child, they don’t need to come to Him on the mountain of prayers. If they activate the principle, the principle of releasing the seed into the womb, what happens? She will be pregnant, whether they are born again or not. They get pregnant. The only time they can now come to Him is if they have done what they are supposed to do and nothing is happening, they say now we need divine intervention.

When He planted the first tree, every other tree was in the first tree as a seed. So, He said this tree I am planting, in this tree, I am putting in there a principle of seedtime and harvest and as long as the seed from this tree is planted in a good soil and watered and the right thing is done, all things been equal, this one tree that I have produced will continue to produce other tree without me having to come and do it again.
When you now come into the Kingdom, the problem with many of us is, when we come into the Kingdom, we have now forgotten that we have been translated. ChurchGist. If you relocate now from Lagos to the United Kingdom or you relocate to Canada, the very minute you relocate a lot of things changes. You have translated, the currency changes, the geography changes, the way you drive car changes. You cannot say because you have spent 35 years in Nigeria and then you get to the United Kingdom and then you’re arguing with Pounds.
You need to know the following.
- God is my source not my Job, not my investment, not my business, not my qualification, God is my source.
The Bible says in vain do they wake up in the morning and still come back at night to eat the bread of sorrow. Listen, God is your source. ChurchGist. Once you understand that God is your source, you will no more put your trust in what you’re doing, you will put your trust in your God that is your source because God can decide to change what He is using to supply you.
That is why you see people, when they lose their jobs, they get sad. Why? They are sad because they believe their Job is their source and they start crying. No! You’ve lost your job but you have not lost your God and because you have not lost your God, once you lose a job, you have not lost your source, you have only lost one resource and the God that is your source has the ability to open other sources.
I’m a business consultant and I can tell you; there is so much money in this Country, in this Nation, people are making money like never before and at the same time I can tell you, there is so much poverty and there is so much struggle, there are people with loads and all kinds of products in the warehouse that nobody is buying, they trusted in their product, they trusted in their formula, they trusted in their machine, they produce the products and now the product is in the warehouse and nobody is buying. They have done all kinds of publicity, they have boosted it in social media, they’ve tried everything and nothing is working. Why? Except the Lord builds the house.
But when God becomes their source, even while they are producing the product, they are saying Lord I thank you for the power to produce this product but my trust is not in this product, my trust is in you and I believe very strongly that you that has given me the ability to come out with this product and service, you will also create a market for it and without any special advert or publicity, God will just connect them to somebody that knows somebody that needs the product and before you know it, trucks upon trucks of the product are going out. Let me tell you something, the people that are making real money, you don’t see their advert.
- The Kingdom of God is the purpose for wealth. This year makes it 33 years in the ministry, I have been around for a while and I have seen all kinds of stuff. Years ago, there was a wind of message that was all over the Body of Christ called the prosperity gospel. But what you did not realize is that most of what was called the prosperity gospel was nothing but the gospel of materialism. ChurchGist. Because the prosperity gospel is the gospel that empowers for Kingdom purpose and not a gospel that empowers for personal aggrandizement.
So, we need to begin to tell people that God wants them to be blessed, God wants them to prosper, yes, it is true but it is incomplete. So, most of the time the message that has gone ahead is not incorrect but it is incomplete but the problem is that we were told that God wants us to prosper but we were not told why we should prosper. So, it was prosperity without a purpose. Money without a mission. So, we now raised a generation of selfish centered believers that began to prosper but because they do not know the purpose of the prosperity, the prosperity of the fools started to destroy them. So, you now have people buying houses, buying cars and acquiring all kinds of stuff and after a while they started acquiring wives and side chicks and side cocks. Why? Because they have come into a place of prosperity without purpose, you’ve got to understand. When we talk about Kingdom wealth, the Kingdom is the purpose for Kingdom wealth.
God does not give you money so that you can show off. Listen, you’re too small to be the purpose of God for your life. It’s not about what you will eat, how much can you eat? It is not about what you will wear, how much can you wear? All your clothes and your shoes and your bag and all the stuff that you have where did you wear them to during Coro and lockdown. Kingdom wealth is for the Kingdom. It is not for you. Kingdom wealth is not about cars or houses. No! You don’t need to have God to have that, the Bible says all these things the unbelievers have them. So, if having a car is a proof of having God’s presence, something is wrong.
Matthew 6:33. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, please read the Bible very well, it did not say seek ye only. Why? Priority, seek ye first the Kingdom and every other thing shall be added. It didn’t say seek only the Kingdom. So, God is not against you seeking a wife or a job or a miracle or a visa. But guess what He is telling you, if you want to do it the Kingdom way, seek me first. When you seek me first everything that you’re looking for will be added, because in the dimensions of God blessing, there are three dimensions.
There are general blessings of God, there is the added blessings of God and there is the sure blessings of God.
When we talk about the general blessings of God, that is what I started with, it is a blessing of God that comes as a result of its creation, as a result of His position as a creator, it’s the blessing of God that comes as a result of His sovereignty, because He created everyone, rain must fall on the righteous and the unrighteous. But if that is all you have to live by then you’re limiting yourself in your walk with God. The song writers say: There shall be showers of blessings, this is the blessings of God, mercy of showers are falling but for the shower we plead, what are the general? What is the mercy drops? The general.
There are many testimonies we are sharing, they are mercy drop, you bought a second-hand car and you’re giving a testimony, thank God for the car but somebody has used it for 15 years. So, you’re saying that is the best your God can do. You’re believing God for bread when you should own a bakery, you’re believing God to buy 10 litres of fuel when you’re supposed to own a refinery, because we are always thinking from a small dimension.
- Somebody is here right now, God is changing your story, God is enlarging your territory, enlarging your capacity, you cannot serve a big God and be small. Somebody say God is my source and the Kingdom of God is the purpose for wealth.
God is saying I sent you on an assignment and because I sent you on an assignment, I have already made provision for your sustenance. Before you came, the Oxygen that you will breathe till you die has been settled, God doesn’t need to buy Oxygen.
Ephesians 4:28. Why are you working? I’m just working so that I can take care of my family. Wrong! I’m working so that I can meet my needs. Wrong! All those things have already been taken care of, the reason why God wants to prosper you is because there is a Kingdom to fulfill.
There is a Kingdom to advance, there is a world to reach and every time you’re going to your business, to your office with that sense of revival. So, that you can have something to eat, something to wear, something to drive. ChurchGist. You’re misplacing the priority. That’s why, when you finally have those things, you’ll backslide.
Because when you have nothing to live for, you’ll die. If you live for nothing, you’ll die for nothing. If you’re praying, I want to blow, I want to blow. When you finally blow, you have all the money, you have all the cars. By the time you finally have money you will discover how useless money is.
Money can get you a woman but it can’t get you a wife. There are many rich people today but they can’t get a wife, they have so much money but they have problem choosing a wife, they can’t choose a wife. Money can buy you a nice suit but it can’t buy fitting, money can buy you food, it cannot buy you the appetite to eat, money can buy a bed and not sleep, buy you a house and not a home. ChurchGist. You know suddenly realize that all the money you’re pursuing is limited because you now have all the money, because it’s money without a mission, you’re now looking that what will I do with this money, you know run mad because the money is too much. Because you don’t know what to do with it.
Why do you think all the rich and wealthy people that do not have God end up in drugs, end up in suicide? and you’re saying if I have that kind of money. No! If you have that kind of money without Jesus, you will kill yourself. The Bible says because they did not retain God in their heart, He handed them over to themselves, you’re more dangerous than the devil. I’m telling you. If God hands you over to yourself, you will do yourself.
Have you noticed that a lot of believers by virtue of the Kind of message they are exposed too in this Continent, when they finally relocate, they backslide? As a result of irresponsible government in our society, we pray for a lot of things, in those days we even prayed for dialling tones and we thought we were applying faith. It used to be Nitel. So, when you want to make a call, you start praying in the Spirit, if it goes through you will start thanking Jesus and you thought you were applying Faith in a useless environment. ChurchGist. But how many of you have prayed for dialling tone in your phones now. Most of us are in Church because we are poor, because in Nigeria there is no health care, there is no social welfare, everywhere is hard. The only place you can get free healing, free counselling, free support is in the Church. By the time you finally relocate to London or Canada and you realize you don’t need prayer to buy a car, you can get to Canada today and next week you’ll pick one and you pay for the next 7 years. That’s how you will become prayerless, because all your prayer is not about intimacy, is not about a deeper life, a deeper walk with Him, it not about growing in a secret place, it’s about getting something because you came to use God and because you came to use God, God also now raise fake pastors that will use you. So, everybody is using everybody. ChurchGist. So, by the time you now get to Canada, you’ll now start changing revelation, it is not by fasting, it is not by tithing, you’ll start changing revelation. Why? Because you suddenly, I didn’t fast and I didn’t pray, yet I have a car. Everything works.
Number three, Kingdom wealth is entrusted, in this Kingdom God must trust you before He makes wealth available to you. So, you don’t acquire the wealth, you don’t labour to get the wealth, you rest to enter it. The way God works is that He finishes the work and then He comes to you to promise you what He has already finished and then you believe Him and you go to where it has been finished. But between the promise and the manifestation He will not tell you the process. So, when you begin to go through what you’re going through, you will get confused. But God told me. No! Don’t forget in darkness what God told you in the light, because what He told you in the light is supposed to be the touch light that will be a light to you in the darkness. 2nd Chronicles 6:25. In this Kingdom wealth is entrusted and as long as you continue to seek God and serve Him, God will take you from one level of prosperity to another level of prosperity. Why? Because everything you’re looking for is in Him but He wants to check whether you can be trusted. God cannot give to you what He cannot get through you. ChurchGist. Many of us are looking for the Hand of God instead of the Heart of God. Listen, when you please the Heart of God, He will bring down His Hands for you to pick whatever you want, but when you go for the Hand of God, you will struggle because the Heaven is His throne, the earth is His footstool, His Hands are hanging in the sky. So, for you to touch His Hands you have to jump but if you touch the Heart of God, He will bring down His Hands and say my son/daughter what do you want.
So, He tests you with a little, maybe 100,000 or 1,000,000, He wants to see what you will do with the money. God is the owner of everything, so I don’t know why we are hung up on this 10 per cent thing. The whole 100 per cent belongs to God, except He is not your source, if He is your source, He owns the entire 100 per cent. So, give Him everything He asks for. If 10 per cent is your problem give 50, give 70, just give. ChurchGist. When God tries you with little, if you’re not faithful and you fail, He says to Himself, I can’t trust this one with the next one. Most of the time, the reason why you’re where you are (poor) is because God loves you. The judgement of God is redemptive in nature, it is to put you in a position where you can be redeemed. So, when God tests you with little and you misbehave, He keeps you away from plenty, so that in your suffering you will say God why, then you will hear what you refused to hear before.
Can God trust you with glory?
Joseph, can God trust you with a pregnant Mary and you will not pollute the process in 9 months?
Can God trust you not to say after all we are betrothed, let me do my own too and mess up the process?
Can God trust you with power and glory?
Just One self contain, three sisters has the key, one slept overnight, one came from the market with material to come and cook soup and she met the other one, while they were arguing the third one came with a cooler of prepared food and you think God will give you a duplex.
You have proven that you’re not qualified. So, from that self-contain He will have to send you to a boys quarter to go and squat with somebody. Share toilet and bathroom. So that in your tribulation, in your suffering you will remember God and cry out to Him and He will now bring you to the right place.
Let’s close with this, addiction to God is and His Kingdom is a trigger to Kingdom wealth. Matthew 6:33. You have to become addicted to the Kingdom, addicted to the will of God, to the ways of God. ChurchGist. In this Kingdom, there is a connection between Worship and wealth, intimacy and income, because you are either in a secret cult or you’re in the secret place. Those who dwell in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the almighty. The secret place of the most high is the place of intimacy with the Holy Ghost, the place of worship and prayer. The Bible says you cannot serve God and Mammon.
You need to understand that money is tripartite, it’s a spirit, soul and it lives in a body. If time permits, we will look at the second trinity. Money has a past, present and future. Every time money comes into your hand until you activate the tripartite dimension of that money, you can’t grow in wealth. The money has to go into your past to settle incurred bills, there is also a portion of that money that goes into your today to take care of your obligations and there is a portion of that money that goes into your future to prepare a future for you. Because there is actually nothing called future or tomorrow, the future is a concept and tomorrow is also a concept. Because today is the tomorrow you spoke about yesterday.
Every time you dip your hand in your pocket and you bring out a note, this is not money, it is currency which is the body of money, this the body that money must wear to have access into this world but money is actually a spirit, it is called Mammon. The same way God had to need the human body for His spirit to have access on earth, that is the same way money needs a physical body to have spirit.
The body of money is currency. Money is universal but currency is geographical. The soul of money is the value of that money in the marketplace.
When you have #1,000, $1,000 and £1,000 you have 1,000 of each of these currencies but their value is not the same, that is the soul of the money. But the spirit of money is mammon. All through scripture there was only one thing that was compared to God. You cannot serve God and mammon; you can’t do the two. So, if you decide to serve money and go through the Babylon route, God will watch you go and guess what, money has wings it flies but if you decide to go God’s way, it will take you through the process, acknowledge that I am your source, understand that the Kingdom is the reason for wealth, you must understand that I will test you to trust you. Once you get that and get addicted it will begin to flow. So, addiction to the Kingdom is the trigger.
The spirit of the addiction provides for the addiction. Whatever you’re addicted to, the spirit behind what you’re addicted to is what provides for you, listen to me, a drunkard can wake up early in the morning without any money and by 6pm in the evening, he will see something to drink. The man will enter a bar without money but he leaves there drunk with 7 bottles down. Why? The spirit of the addiction provided for the addiction, whatever you’re addicted to provides for you. The reason why you’re running Helter skelter is because you’re addicted to work. You’re addicted to hustle and struggle and struggle is providing what struggle can provide but if you can be addicted to God.
If a drug addict relocates from Abuja to Lagos and he is a drug addict, within 48 hours he will know where they are selling drugs and cocaine and you will know ask him. John Bull, I have been in Lagos for 30 years, I don’t even know where they sell all these things, how did you know? He will say I just know.
