Coach Kayode Yaya is the coach of the African record holder, Olympics bronze medalist, World Championships silver medalist and now Commonwealth Games champion (GR) in the women’s long jump ‐ Ese Brume.
His exploit as a coach has seen him producing Olympians and athletes who are doing well for themselves.
He is a born again Christian and professed soul winner. A coach with positive mind-set who ensures that his athletes are not only trained as sportsmen but taught to be soul winners and to engage in Kingdom advancement endeavors. Additionally, he is knowledgeable and goal-oriented.
While we appreciate the achievements of our champions, it’s noteworthy to give credit to home based coaches who are making huge contributions behind the scenes.
