Part A||Day 2 Morning Session
Father we are gathered in your presence this morning, we ask you that you will do what you alone can do. Church Gist. Pastors, Ministers, Leaders, have gathered here; let nobody leave here the same. Thank you master in Jesus’ precious name.
I welcome everyone to this auspicious meeting in the name of Jesus. I am aware that people have come here from different countries other than Zambia. What I sense and what I perceive in the spirit is a very very unusual move of God that is about to hit the nation of Zambia; and hit nations that are represented here. Church Gist. Altars of evil, of darkness, of falsehood, are about to be devoured. There was a time that Zambia was declared a Christian nation and I am sure that there was a reason for that declaration at that time. No devil can overturn that declaration!
Isaiah 43:13 (KJV, HCSB, Classic Amplified). Lift your hands and say after me, “Father, you are set to work, work in Zambia, work in my nation and no devil can stop you.”
I am speaking on the subject, “CREATING THE ATMOSPHERE FOR HIS ALMIGHTINESS” that is, setting the pace to make God work. Church Gist. To make God be who He is, do what He wants to do. Our objective is to understand what it takes to experience the almightiness of God.
Many Pastors, many Christians, many people around the world want to see God at work, want to see the supernatural, want to see the almightiness of God, want to see God take charge. Church Gist. This craving to see the unusual, the supernatural, pushes people to demonic altars. People consult all manner of familiar spirits especially in our Africa – witchcraft, and all the things that go on with it. And even those at times who claim to be on the side of God turn themselves into more like a high priest, a juju priest by all manner of manipulative things that have nothing to do with God. Even though they may stand and call themselves, Apostles, Prophets, Pastors or something, yet the source is very very questionable and diabolical. Church Gist. All in the name of search for something unusual, supernatural, and different. And it is the working of God that counters the working of satan. So we need God to work.
Question is: how do I create the atmosphere to cause God to work?
- Love for God: genuine, passionate love for God. Lovers of God are commanders of the acts of God. Show me a man/ a woman, who loves God passionately and I will show you a man who walks in the supernatural naturally. Church Gist. 1 Corinthians 2:9-10. The things God has in store for those who love Him are things that eyes have not seen, ears have not heard, things that have not entered into the heart of men.
I want you to get ready beloved brothers and sisters because this world is not yet ready for what God is about to do. You heard of yesterday how somebody was flying from Malawi in witchcraft realm and then landed physically on the ground. Church Gist. We are about to see things that will shake whole nations in the name that is above every name.
So, don’t forget this: the deeper your love for God, the stranger the acts of God in your life. We have seen people who loved God and they saw things others never saw. We saw the man called David. The Bible called him the man after God’s heart. Church Gist. David was a passionate lover of God. It was David who said, “one thing have I desired of the Lord and that will I seek after that I may dwell in the house of the Lord…” Psalm 27:4-5. He also said Psalm 63:1-2. It was the same David who tore the lion like a chicken, who tore Goliath that humiliated the whole nation, who fought 66 battles and never lost one, who was the priest, the prophet and the king, and who wrote the book of Psalms and was the instrumentalist. Church Gist. He was everything that was available in the Old Testament because of his passionate love for God. It is possible to love the things of God and not love God Himself. It is possible to love preaching but not love God. I am talking about God taking the first place in your life. Is God speaking to anybody here? Shout the loudest Amen!
“And Solomon loved the Lord.” You know the story of Solomon in 1 Kings 3:3-5. Every lover of God must experience the appearance of God. God appears for and appears to those who love Him. Every lover of God experiences an open cheque with God. “Open cheque” means ask me what you want. Church Gist. When you love God you are in the realm where the things you cannot see are the things God cannot do. The only things you can’t experience are the things God can’t do. I need to ask a question: what is it that God cannot do? God cannot cheat, steal, lie, or do evil. He is beyond that. Love for God makes you a commander of the almightiness of God.
