Wherever you are hearing the sound of my voice tonight, may I ask you to raise one hand towards Heaven as a point of contact with the Holy Spirit. Omnipotent power of mercy and grace, bless your people tonight. Let the entrance of your word bring light, healing and hope. Church Gist. Glorify your name, in Jesus’ name.

Tonight, I pray that the light of God will shine upon you, not only will the light of God shine upon you, you’ll be the light, you’ll shine to your world. The world will hear from you, you’ll be a blessing to your generation and beyond your generation. You have stepped into this camp, you’ll not leave empty-handed. Church Gist. You will go with an unusual and uncommon testimony, in the name of Jesus. Shout “Amen” with power.

Everything in the Bible has a reason. There’s a reason why they clap in the Bible but please don’t clap yet. Church Gist. They clap in the Bible to announce victory over certain, they also clap in the Bible to announce war over the kingdom of darkness and finally, they clap in the Bible to welcome the King of all Kings and the Lord of Lords.

• let everybody in the house roar with their clap. Give God the glory.

I want to take this time, first of all, to say it’s a great joy and privilege to be here again tonight and I trust I will be a blessing to you in Jesus’ name. Church Gist. Giving glory and honour to our Lord and saviour, Jesus Christ, who saves us, heals us, delivers us and washes us with His precious Blood.

I cannot forget the day when I was 20 years old when reading a tract in a drunken state, I received Him as my Lord and saviour. Church Gist. From that day, I changed from Ahmed to Mathew and my sister Hadijat changed to Rachel and my brother Budashiru changed to Caleb and my mother, Aisha also changed to Jesus and I believe your family will know the Lord, the light will shine in your household. Shout “Amen” with power.

We must always give honour to whom honour is due. I want to take this time to celebrate and honour and appreciate our father and our mother in Israel, those who are our parents in the things of the Spirit. For all of us who are here today, you’re standing on the shoulder of some people, a father and mother who believed so much in this Redemption camp and they came when it was still a bush and they lived alone in this place and today it is a city and their voice have roared from this place and have entered the four corners of the earth. Help me celebrate Baba and Mama Adeboye in a big way tonight. Church Gist. Thank God and give God the praise for them. Bless the Lord for them. Amen.

I want to say that I didn’t know I was going to speak this year, really didn’t even want to come – I apologize for saying that but Pastor Belemina Obunge broke the gate of my house and forced me to come and said, “you have to come, if you want me to really continue to hold you as one of mentors, you have to come”. I’ve written a book, “30 reasons why you ought to own your own company”, instead of working for other people’s company. Deuteronomy 28:5-12. If you present a hand, God will give the blessing that is a handful, if you present a basket, God will bless your basket, but if you present a storehouse, God will bless your storehouse.

• somebody say, “I am”

The second book I’ve written is “The creative edge”. You need to step out of the box created for you in Nigeria and create your own box, tear their box up, be creative, change your world and God will prosper you.

The third book you can pick there says, “Don’t date devils”, because some of them show up in Church, so be very careful not to date devils.

The last one says, “The coming wealth transfer”. In other words, there’s a wealth that God is going to transfer to the body of Christ in the name of Jesus.

Isaiah 60:1-2. I came all the way from London, England to announce to somebody, “it’s your time to shine!” I declare and decree, “you will shine!” The devil likes, you will shine! I said, you will shine. Isaiah 60:1. Church Gist. God wants you to be a carrier of glory and light. There’s darkness in our world today, there’s darkness in our nation, Nigeria, there’s darkness in all the places and the darkness is ever increasing and people seem to prefer the darkness. Church Gist. Darkness is the absence of light and symbol of doom and gloom. Darkness is obscurity. When the enemy hides you, you’re in darkness.

• but you’re coming out. I hope I’m preaching to the right people tonight? If you hear me, say Amen.

Darkness is concealment, darkness is the lack of knowledge, darkness is the lack of sight, darkness is a realm which has a king and its own government, the devil himself. It is the kingdom of evil. Church Gist. The kingdom of darkness has an attitude, the kingdom of darkness is evil, the kingdom of darkness is a realm that is demonic. We were born into that realm but one day, Jesus came to bring us out of darkness into His marvelous light. That’s why I came all the way to let you know, the devil likes it or not, it’s your time to shine! You will shine!

Darkness is the abode of spiritual blindness – God will open your eyes. Darkness is the one the world prefers but you will walk in light. Church Gist. Darkness is the place that holds people in limitation but you’re coming into the limelight. Darkness is the place of gloom and calamity but tonight, I came with a mandate for your release for you to walk in the light of God, in the name of Jesus.

Darkness is a place of spiritual ignorance and misalignment but today, God will line up your life for favour and testimony. Darkness is a place for the unbelieving but I came to let you know that when Jesus showed up, He came that we may have light. John 1:1-3.

• I declare into somebody’s life, this year, 2022 Youth conference, your light is so about to shine. Church Gist. Nigeria will not be able to stop you. Darkness will not be able to stop you. The world will not be able to stop you. If you believe it, shout Amen.
• I declare today that your light will shine.

When light comes, darkness disperses The difference between light and darkness is that scientifically, darkness has no substance. Church Gist. Darkness is nothing, but light is a gathering of electrons and power and energy, that is why we are called to something, not nothing. You have been called to a place where the glory of the Lord is. Light replaces emptiness.
-Every empty area of your life, empty joy, empty peace, empty glory, light will shine in your life. You will come out of the darkness.

• I said you’re coming out of darkness, if you believe it say a good Amen.

Light attracts attention. Here in Africa when we turn on the light, and the first rain, the second rain falls, all the insects come out the earth, they come after the light. Church Gist. They don’t come out for darkness, they come for light.

• Favour is looking for you.
• Blessing is looking for you.
• Glory is looking for you.
  And I declare your light will so shine. Church Gist. You will begin to attract testimonies. You will begin to attract glory. Your light will shine, somebody say amen.

Light guides a person’s steps, your light, your word is a lamp and a light unto my feet. In the coming years when the world is in darkness, the light will from the Lord will guide your life. When others are making mistakes, you will have a testimony. I came to let somebody know, it is your time to shine.
Light exposes reality. From today, every darkness around you, light will expose it.

Light discovers danger. It is much easier to travel during the daytime because there’s light, during the night time, you don’t see everywhere. Church Gist. Light exposes danger. Every danger the enemy is planning for your life at the end of this year, the last three months, may the light of the Lord shine upon your life. Church Gist. Expose the enemy, expose the darkness.
Light determines direction. The path of the just man shines to a brighter day. When light shines in your way and you begin to take steps, you don’t need a godfather, you don’t need a godmother, you just need the light of God. And every step you take will bring you into your testimony, will bring you into your glory. There’s a young man or young woman tonight, the next step you will take will result in testimony. Church Gist. It will result in glory, it will result in favour. If you believe it shout yes.

I came to let you know the Bible says “Arise, shine, for your kahil will come” the Word light there and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. There are three Hebrew Words. The glory, Kahil, Kabod and Shekina. Shekina is the glory that rested upon the temple. Kahil and Kabod are the symbols at the presence of God. Church Gist. When a Man carries Kahil, when a Woman carries Kahil, They walk in the dignity of Jesus. They walk in the power of God. Kabul means fame, Kahil means praise, Kahil means honour, Kahil means blessings.

• I declare upon this Altar tonight, for somebody who is hearing me. The fame of God is coming to your house. The praise of God is coming to your house. Honour is coming to your house. Blessing is coming to your house.

You were created for fame and not for shame. Fame is healthy, when it is rooted in unselfish ambition. That is the reason why we follow those people who have a fallen nature.

• Somebody is here today, young, You have a music anointing. You have an artistic gifting, You have an ability to write. You have an ability to do business and they have not heard of you, by the mantle of Jesus on my life today, I prophesy your rising.

You will shine. Kahil, arise and shine for your light is come, because the shine is not even the emphasis in that passage. Church Gist. It is what causes the shine. Arise and shine, why? Because your light is come, why because your glory, The Kahil of the Lord has come upon you. I want to announce to a young man here that your struggle is over. Your struggle is over.
Kahil is the restoration of God’s praise and God’s honour in your life. Glory is when your life is crowned with honour. Psalm 8:5. For you have made Him a little lower than Elohim and you have crowned Him with glory and honor. Psalm 8:5 is not talking about God, it’s talking about you. For you have crowned Him a little lower than Elohim. Some translation says “Angel” it is Elohim, It’s a Trinity God, You’re higher than Angels. Hebrews 1:14 says that Angels are made to serve you. So if you are such, A little lower than your Daddy, The Heavenly Father, then how come you are having to pick bits and pieces in a country called Nigeria.

Sometimes you will do that if you don’t know who you are, so I was sent to You, to prophesy into your life.

• You will rise to a new height. Church Gist. You will soar to a new height. You will reach your zenith. You will move to significance. You will be a pace setter. You will glow. You will dazzle. You will sparkle. Shout Amen three times. Put your hands together, give the the Lord the biggest praise. Look at your neighbour, tell them “It’s your time to shine”. Look at somebody else tell them “it’s your time to shine”. Some of you the enemy thought he has been hiding you, he didn’t know it is because your time has not come, but when you time comes, the devil cannot stop you. he cannot stand you and there’s nothing he can do again about you. Give God some Glory. Church Gist. I like you to say with me “What God is set to do in my life, the devil can’t stop it, he can’t stand it, and there’s nothing he can do about it” the devil cannot stop you, he cannot stand you, there’s nothing he can do about you, if you believe it shout a big Amen. So tonight, I came to announce to somebody, you will manifest the Glory. Shout Amen three times. rags cannot hide your glory, lack of education cannot hide your glory, who likes you and does not like you cannot hide your glory. All those flying eagles of the night cannot stop your glory. For the Bible says, The People that dwell in darkness have seen a great light. You have been dwelling in darkness, they have been hiding you in Ajagbandi, Okokomaiko, Eziano Obiator, Labo Ibadan, Bere, Ologun Eru, but when your season comes, God brings you out of darkness, He brings you out of darkness. The People that dwell in darkness have seen a great Kahil. Church Gist. For a long time, the enemy tried to hide you, tried to keep you. The Mother of Jesus, the day He was born, could only wrap the Baby, The King of all kings in a swaddling clothe. Church Gist. You know what a swaddling clothe is? When you cannot buy the right blankek for a new born Baby, you go and buy the cheapest of the cheapest to wrap the Baby. But despite the fact that the Baby was wrapped in “teru” a star shines on top of Him. Somebody scream “Shine” You will shine.
  Light so shine, the star so shine. The kings left the Mesopotamian valley of Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Seria, to begin to travel to follow His light, unknown to them, The Baby They’re looking for is in a manger, but you cannot hide it, He is in a swaddling clothe, but you cannot hide it. He was carried by a teenage Mother, Mary was not more than 16.

I came to let somebody know, whoever picked this year’s theme, they heard from the Lord. Because I have news for you, your time has come. I like you to say “My time has come”. Put your hands together, bless the Lord. Church Gist. Magnify the Lord.

• I release glory into the house right now. I release the glory of the Lord upon the house right now. I release the glory upon the people. I release the glory upon your life, upon your calling, upon your family. Church Gist. Upon your destiny, upon your purpose. You will not walk in darkness. You will not walk in the flesh. Glory will be on your life. Glory will be on your ministry. Testimony will follow you. Everywhere you enter glory will move with you. Those of you who are in ministry, that is Youth Pastors or in various cadres, from today you will be a carrier of Glory. Shout Amen with power. Say Amen with fire. Remain standing I’m about to close. And the light shine in darkness and the darkness could not comprehend it.

I used to be part of the Foursquare Church and the Foursquare in the UK. Church Gist. We were to host some Foursquare members from America at a dinner and they said I should be there as one of the Pastors. When we got to the dinner, as we sat around the table, 66 of them came from America. Church Gist. You know Americans they like to tour, tour to England and they invited us to this 5-star hotel free of charge, free food, “Charlie, I go oh”. 36 years ago “that time nothing dey for pocket, so I come sit down dey look the faces of those wey dey there” there was one woman I could not look at her, who is she that I cannot look at her? Every time I was just looking at everyone at the table, when I came to her, there was something that made me not to be able to look at her, I said what is it about this woman? she did not wear unusual jewelries like Americans will do, because when Americans want to dress they wear the whole bank on their neck. Church Gist. They wear the bank of America to be around their necks. But this woman just simple silk white, but everytime I try to look at her, I could not. There was a glory, there was a presence, there was an anointing, there was a power. I was asking in my heart, who is this woman? The man who led the tour, probably heard my heart. He came to me and said “Pastor” I like to introduce to you Doctor Thompson, I forgot her first name now. He said herself and her husband, used to be missionaries to New Guinea, near Australia, and said that woman you are looking at has raised four people from the dead. Church Gist. I said “abajo” when you carry enough glory, raised four people from the dead, who go look you anyhow? There are some young men and young women here today, you are going to change in Nigeria.

• You will change your world.

When I call you to ministry tonight, I don’t want you to go and join the new generation in town,once they have 1,000, 2,000 crowd you can’t even talk to them. No father is a father, they now have a crowd and they don’t realise, crowd is not proof of glory. Church Gist. You can do some things to get the crowd, but do you carry the cloud?

There is a generation out there, because they drive and have four policemen to follow them, they think that is the proof of grace. I travel alone, because the grace is not in the title, I am still Pastor Matthew, after 48 years in ministry, I have no title, because He said I will make your name great not your title.
