Uganda’s president, Idi Amin heard about the Osborn crusade in the neighbouring country. He thought about giving them a surprise visit.
Was Amin changed? No. But he wanted to see what God was doing in Kenya to happen to his people in Uganda.
In this photo he was having a simple chat with Archbishop Silas Owiti in the late 1970s at the largest soulwinning Institute in Kenya’s church history. It was attended by over 5,000 preachers and workers from 7 different African nations.
