Again for the life of your son and his family, and this great ministry, we say, “Thank you Jesus.” This is nothing but grace at work. We celebrate your grace upon your servant and this ministry. Receive our thanks in Jesus name. Church Gist. May every blessing poured out by every anointed vessel in writing, on the screen, whichever way have full expression on each life and family and this great ministry in the name of Jesus Christ.

I’ve travelled a bit, when I used to travel, I’ve never seen a cake of this size. Even when you put it on the floor it is still taller than me. Church Gist. And I saw fire burning and because I have bald head it was just lightning on my head. Well, this cake must be cut before I leave because I must take part of it. Congratulations.

Many people have tasted some success but can’t see it again. I want to address that tonight as a word of encouragement for my beloved son in the Gospel. That’s not God’s plan; but because you have not discovered His way things keep going up and coming down. Church Gist. Please note that no man can make himself. Genesis 12:2. When we stop acknowledging the maker, we stop being made. Abuse of grace is what gives us disgrace. We serve the God of all grace but when He is abused, it degenerates to disgrace.

How then do we preserve the grace that makes great? 1 Corinthians 15:10, Paul was speaking to all of us because we are in the days of exploits in the body of Christ; unusual breakthroughs here and there. Grace not acknowledged is grace abused. Church Gist. Grace abused will result in disgrace. Malachi 2:1-3. What used to shine becomes a stench; and one would take you away captive. This is why you have plenty of ups and downs in the body of Christ. It’s not God’s design. Nobody wishes his children up and down.

We are celebrating the impact of grace and I love the way you have always put it. He never shares His glory with anyone. You don’t give it to Him, He withdraws it. When He withdraws His glory, reproach takes over because nature abhors vacuum. Church Gist. I’m keeping to my observation of your life that I am privileged to know. The meekness of your spirit is behind the outflow of grace coming through you. Don’t stop it. The day a pipe disconnects from the mains, it runs dry. Experience is not the substitute; connectivity is the key. Church Gist. Connectivity is the key to continuous flow of grace. Stay connected to the God of all grace and His grace will keep flowing without hassle, without stress.

To preserve the blessings we must keep giving Him the glory. That’s the essence of Malachi 2:1-3; preservation of the blessing. It is not this today and that tomorrow. Church Gist. But this today, that tomorrow and that next tomorrow, that forever. 1981, October 4 the Lord opened unto me Proverbs 4:18. He said, “I’ve not designed life for ups and downs; but for ups and ups.” With this mystery in place, that’s how your life and ministry will be: more and more and more. It’s not a matter of the tongue but a matter of the heart. Malachi 2:1. Church Gist. It’s emanating; not that there is a private personal experience behind closed doors – “Yes, if I were not there, what will have happened?”

We were celebrating 20th year of Covenant University and I told them, if I was not here, God will still be doing what He is doing. No! The one behind it does not die. We are just privileged. We are beneficiaries of the grace of election; not skill. Church Gist. People should be careful; young ministers be careful. Every time when you ascribe the glory to yourself you lose it. (Romans 11:5). “Virtue left me” – No, it didn’t happen; your virtue can’t heal an ant. Virtue has never left me, I’ve seen the dead raised; relaxed! Not that virtue left me and I am now shaking. No! All these are things that can mislead people. But if there is heat you can sweat; that’s not virtue it’s just natural sweat. Church Gist. To say virtue left you? It hasn’t left me once and I’ve been in this thing for 41 years. Let’s put self out of the way so God can have His way. That’s how to preserve the blessing.

Now, to expand the blessing? The same mystery: John 6:11. Ascribing the glory to God, giving Him thanks all the time is the mystery behind continuous expansion. I remember one time when we had our first Church planting experience it was 5 towns and villages but one time He said, ‘Plant 5,000 Churches,’ and He did. Why? Church Gist. The celebration of the few multiplies it back. Just enjoy ascribing glory to God. Don’t give it to any person; don’t give it to any group of people, don’t give it to yourself, don’t ever! Expansion will be unending when thanksgiving becomes a lifestyle; for every bit of thing we see, “Thank you Jesus.”

This Church began with 10 people and look at the 10 today. What made it happen must be jealously guarded to keep it happening. And then, to have the multiplied blessings perfected, is the same mystery. That leper returned with a loud voice glorifying God and he returned perfected (Luke 17:17-19). Church Gist. The others were cleansed; their hands were still cleaved; they still had contours on their cheeks. But when he came back with a loud voice, “The itches have stopped under my skin,” He said, “Thou art made whole.” He perfected it.

• No blessing upon this ministry and upon your life my beloved son will suffer a downward trend.

Consciously, intentionally, deliberately, continuously, tirelessly, keep ascribing the glory to Jesus.

The Bible said, “Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the Earth.” Matthew 5:5. A man rose by name, Moses, he was said to be the meekest of all men that were on the face of the Earth. Church Gist. He ended up being the meekest man on the face of the earth Numbers 12:3, Exodus 11:3-12. There was no Prophet that rose in his days like Moses. That’s the exceptional Grace that meekness attracts. It is unending!!!

I was writing some piece and I said, ‘These are recognitions and awards to the most unlikely! Grace! Church Gist. Nothing else but Grace! Just check out on your life at the root of disgrace, when that is acknowledged, you grow in Grace, you grow in greatness, you grow in Grace, you grow in expansion! You grow enjoying perfection, in your walk with God and in all that concerns you 2 Peter 3:18.

My prayer for you, your wife and the entire family and this Church family is that this Ministry will never know a downward trend, Amen! Church Gist. For men of God that are here today, no man’s ministry will suffer any more setback, Amen.

For my people, not the people, are destroyed for lack of Knowledge Hosea 4:6. They need to know how to attract My Grace, how to sustain it and how to keep growing it! Church Gist. What I see here is Grace- an unusual Grace! It is available to everybody but not everybody knows how to jealously guard it.

My prayer again is that for everyone who is under the sound of my voice and the millions who might be connected to us via online transmission that the Grace for the required meekness to fulfill everyone’s destiny be released today! Amen!

I really couldn’t tell what I will be preaching that will still be making meaning in a particular year and I was crying, I wasn’t pretending! When you go about preaching from place to place that’s okay but when you are in one place, you will know that you are saying the same thing. Church Gist. But Grace came, Grace was acknowledged and Grace kept growing!

My prayer is that pride will not get on your way, Amen! All of you who are seated here tonight, pride will not get on your way, Amen!

For by strength shall no man prevail 1 Samuel 2:9. Without me, you can do nothing! John 15:5. It is not of him that runs or wills but of God that shows Mercy Romans 9:16. When God is out of the equation, frustration sets in, when God is out of the equation, stagnation becomes the order of the day! Church Gist. And when God is taken out of the equation in a man’s life, things begin to fall apart!

You know why this is so important? Some fellows who have worked with God closely just go off after 20 years. We have Hosea who led the Mighty Revival in Judah, he went off. Solomon the great, just went off like smoke from the kitchen. The wisest man became the most stupid man. No one can beat his record of foolishness- 300 wives to one man. Church Gist. I mean that is mischievous madness! And then 700 hundred concubines on top of it. Nobody in human history will ever come near him! Solomon 6:8.

From the wisest man to the most crazy man! Why? ‘I’ got on the way! ‘I made myself’! ‘I saw my labour’!, I looked upon the works of my hand’! Ecclesiastes 2. He crashed under ‘I’- a caution for everyone here!

Many know so much about what to preach, so they have nothing more to preach. Church Gist. The fountain is just dry! Your fountains of Spiritual and material supplies will never run dry! Amen!

Everything that God does is significant to me. Somebody said to me years ago, ‘Bro. David, I learnt that you got a car and I said, ‘Yes, God gave me a fantastic car’ He said, is that not a ‘Beetle’? And I said, ‘Yes’ and he was disappointed. Church Gist. I mean, is that a car? He said ‘If this is the only way to ride a car, may I not ride one’! Eh! God doesn’t know joke!

But we have been flying now since 1996, and changing plane to plane without stress or strain! If you don’t magnify God for what He has done, you won’t see any more! Life is so simple!

I was giving you a testimony in 1986 or something, that you can’t imagine that I got blessed with a thousand naira every week. Isn’t God wonderful? Church Gist. Isn’t God amazing? But you know now that levels has changed!

You acknowledge the Lord for a thousand naira and He says, ‘Look at the way He is rolling before me just for a thousand naira, I’ll decorate what he does’!

Get pride out of the way because ingratitude is an expression of pride, nothing else! You are just going into captivity, God forbid forever! Jeremiah 13:15-17. All through your life, I say to everyone here, may we keep acknowledging God forever as the source of everything good that we have ever seen James 1:17. Church Gist. Anybody can do anything but only God can do marvelous things! Like the man who is in this Ministry, is a proof that God is the one at work. We must not mistake it for expertise, diligence or labour. Paul said that, ‘I’m not even worthy to be called an Apostle, but I am all that I am by the Grace of God, though I labour more than everyone else, not I but the Grace of God at work’! 1 Corinthians 15:10.

If you are offended, can you labour? Pain today and tomorrow, you can’t labor! It’s all Grace! Behind our labour is God’s Grace. Every result that comes out of my life is Grace! The strength for the labour is Grace! Everything that makes things work answers to Grace! Church Gist. Grace is preserved by constantly, actingly and intentionally acknowledging it. You have not seen anything yet! If you stir your Love for God and proof that Love, by doing what He says that you should do, then, eyes have not seen nor ears heard, it has not entered into the heart of men what God has prepared for you- those that truly love Him.

We are in the days of exploits in the body of Christ and the greatest enemy of this season is Pride. The greatest battle we are confronted with is a battle against pride. You can be very meek in words but what of in heart? And God searches the heart, he tries the reins to determine what He allocates to anybody. Church Gist. So, when he cannot be satisfied with what He finds, then that puts a check on what He allocates. You haven’t seen anything yet.

I’ve always prayed that in my lifetime that I’ll see my sons in the ministry soar and scale higher heights than I ever smelled. Church Gist. Get ready, greater days are ahead. You’re on course with this and He brought you here, keep it. You’re scared to tamper with His glory, don’t ever. I’ve not been able to say “my Church” once, no, the Church is too much for a man to own. He purchased it with His own blood. Even if I die, it doesn’t matter. Church Gist. I’m a forgiven blood, He’s a sinless Blood, the Blood that purchased the Church is a sinless Blood.

People misbehave in Church, they don’t know what they’re doing, “my Church, my Church”, see all the Church around the world, they’re just dying like nothing. “My Church, myself, I bought, I built” my God. “I” is a killer, don’t give it room.

• I pray that beginning from today, He said, “Take on the ornament of a quiet and meek spirit which in the sight of God is of a great price”, it’s a highly valued virtue – meekness of spirit. 1 Peter 3:4.

Philippians 2:5-9. It is always humility before honour. Proverbs 15:33. When pride came into lucifer, he sent him out of Heaven. No one is qualified for enthronement in the sight of God without humility. Church Gist. No one will ever be enthroned in this Kingdom without accredited humility as counter by God.

Beloved son, please come and your wife, let’s pray over you.

• lift up your hands everyone and give God thanks if you got anything from that Word.

We’re all products of grace, no one among us will suffer disgrace anymore, no more setbacks, no more downward trend in the name of Jesus.

(Turns to Pastor David Ibiyeomie and his son);
Beloved, Moses was 120, he was a very meek man. Meekness is one of the endowed virtues at work in your life. A tireless learner. “The meek will He teach in the way that he shall go, the meek will He teach His ways”.

• You will never lack access to his ways
  We have what it takes to be 120 years strong and healthy.
• I therefore decree that this virtue continues to multiply in your life.
  Your eyes have seen the faithfulness of God in no small measure but the best is still yet to come.
• I, therefore, decree an overflow of the virtue of meekness and humility.
• you will never suffer the trap of success
• I pray that what grace has done in your life till now shall be preserved
• the grace we have seen on your life today shall be multiplied and the grace you carry today shall be perfected

Look up here, the Lord said to me and you have heard it several times, “Behold I’ve touched your tongue with the coal of fire and as you say it, you shall see it”. Therefore, I lay my hands on you;

• I decree the fresh grace that will start speaking from now on in the name of Jesus Christ. So shall it be.
• this ministry shall keep growing from strength to strength, glory to glory
• your life shall keep growing from strength to strength and from glory to glory. In the name of Jesus Christ.
• the glory we see today shall only be multiplied, it’ll never suffer reduction, in the name of Jesus. So shall it be.

Congratulations!

For all of us in this service tonight, lift up your two hands and thank God for the grace of God at work in your life, ministry, family and your home. Give Him thanks, glory and praise. There’s no one like our God. Ever faithful, ever sure.

Those who are yet to be 60 who are here, you will be 60, those who are already 60, you’ll be 70, those already 70, you will be 80, those already 80, you will be 90.

We saw a woman last 2 weeks in Church, 100 years old. She climbed the pulpit by herself, rolled on the carpet and then stood up. I saw her in the office on the Monday or Tuesday of it, she knelt down and stood up again by herself. Church Gist. At 100. She shares 1000 fliers everyday. She’s not mobile, she gets on the road to take a bus.

• therefore, I pray for a good old age for everyone under the sound of my voice today. Church Gist. Receive it in the name of Jesus!
• You shall live long with your spouse. The enemy shall not terminate your life. In the name of Jesus.

A woman stood up, 103, and she was dressed in lace, and she said, “oh, baba mi o”, took picture with me. I looked at her and said, “God is busy confirming His Word this endtime”.

• the siege of untimely death ravaging any family here is cursed from the root today. No one here shall bury any of their children, in the name of Jesus.
• you shall not labour and another man will eat. “As the days of a tree, so are the days of my children”. So shall it be for our lives.

For being here tonight, Congratulations! And I salute all the men and women of God that are here, be blessed and honoured for coming. Enjoy more grace for coming. You will also be celebrated. More and more, your ministry will keep growing, you will never suffer a downward trend, you will keep increasing in grace, in the name of Jesus Christ.

For all active members of this Church who are serving God in one capacity or the other, be blessed in the name of Jesus Christ. Church Gist. God who sees your labours in secret, He will reward you openly. Therefore, I decree a season of open reward. For everyone serving the Lord in any capacity, as ministers of the gospel, as pastors, as unit service leader, in any place, serving the interest of the Kingdom, in the name of Jesus who has never ceased to reward me, I’ve never needed to ask Him, I now pray, whatever gets you rewarded from God for serving Him, the grace to locate and dine it, receive it now!

You know why some people never get rewarded? They’re not serving Him joyfully. Church Gist. Deuteronomy 28:47-48. Not everyone serving God gets rewarded, how you serve Him is vital. You can’t bamboozle God. Joyfulness and gladness of heart. You’re in a service group and everyone is afraid when you’re coming. Church Gist. You read negative meanings to everything you see. Is that life?

• from today, no one will serve God in vain.

Hebrews 12:28. Not every service is acceptable. Let us have grace to serve God acceptably. Church Gist. When you serve Him acceptably, you become profitable, you don’t labour in vain.

• no one here shall labour in vain.

Nobody’s rise is a reason for your fall. Nobody’s success is a reason for anybody’s failure. Everyone is absolutely responsible for the outcome of his life. Revelation 22:12. Church Gist. You can use eye service to bamboozle me, not God. He knows your heart and my heart.

• Therefore, grace to serve Him acceptably with fear and Godly reverence. By the time you’re 70, everybody’s story here has changed and it’s starting from now in the name of Jesus.
