I think our God deserves a bigger hand clap for all of those testimonies, 21 years of delay terminated at Shiloh. Church Gist. Lift your hands and let’s appreciate the King of kings and the Lord of lords this morning, Father we give You praise, we give You glory, we give You honour! We thank You for validating Your presence in our midst, we thank You Lord, we appreciate Your name, be thou glorified and be thou exalted in the name of Jesus Christ. For all of the encounters yesterday, would you lift your hands and let’s appreciate Him again, the first service, the second, the third and the fourth, whichever one you attended God’s presence was thick in our midst, it was indeed an order of Shiloh. Father we thank You for all You did in our midst yesterday, be thou exalted, be thou glorified, we appreciate Your name LORD in Jesus precious name, we have given thanks.
Heavenly Father, we are grateful once again for the privilege of life, what is man that thou art mindful of him and the son of man that You will continue to visit him?Church Gist. You visited us yesterday, You visited us last week, You have been visiting us all through this year and yet You are set to visit us again this morning, let Your Word come with power, let Your Word come with fire, let Your Word come with clarity. By the blood of the Lamb, we gain access into this holy book this morning, this holy Word, Holy Spirit I rely upon You for accuracy, for dissemination as You have ordained for this hour, for all You do, I vow to return all of the glory to You in Jesus precious name we have prayed.
Praise the Lord, I am more than a conqueror. Church Gist. Go ahead, give the King of kings a big hand and please be seated. As we continue to draw close to Shiloh 2022, our subject of exhortation this morning is GETTING SET FOR DIVINE ENCOUNTERS AT SHILOH 2022.
We must understand by way of introduction this morning that every divine visitation requires human preparation. Every divine visitation requires human preparation. Church Gist. Amos 4:12. Isn’t it a privilege that God announces His arrival before His arrival? Exodus 19:10-11. Every divine visitation requires human preparation. Divinity is too big to come without humanity preparing and look at this as we follow very closely, there must be a purging of anything that may hinder us from taking full delivery of what God has at Shiloh 2022. There must be a purging. Two or three scriptures, Psalms 15:1-5 – so it’s beyond the act, it goes as deep as the heart. See the things that hinders [Psalms 15:3-4]. They are qualified to be visited [verse 5]. Psalms 24:3-6, one of my personal favourite scriptures in the Word. This is required. There is a requirement to dwell, there is a requirement to ascend. Church Gist. When God descends, He must not meet the unclean, that is Psalms 15. For man to attempt to ascend, he must not be unclean, Psalms 24. That is, for the descending and for the ascending, purity is required.
Why is this important?
- Shiloh among other things is a mountain that I have personally discovered as a mountain where there is ascension and descension; ascending and descending. Is that scriptural? Yes! Genesis 28:12, angels were ascending and descending, there was a portal opened, there was ladder between the heaven and earth, that’s what happens at Shiloh, to ascend – holiness! Church Gist. For God to descend and meet us- holiness! The requirement is the same. Lift your hands where you are, in the name of Jesus, when God descends at Shiloh, may He meet us worthy to be visited and for those of us who wants to ascend, there are realms and there are realms. There are those who waits for God to come, there are those who ascends. There are requirements. In the name of Jesus Christ, for those of us who desire to ascend to new realms, new dimensions at Shiloh 2022, every trace of impurity is hereby terminated in the name of Jesus!
What more? Number two: Shiloh is not an anniversary but a place of divine appointment. We said in the first one, Shiloh is a mountain of ascending and descending.
- Shiloh is not an anniversary, it is a place of divine appointment with God for the dominion of the Winners’ family worldwide. Joshua 18:1. 2 Samuel 7:10. Shiloh is that appointed place. In the name of the LORD Jesus, anything that has chased us in the past as you and I come to this place of divine appointment at Shiloh 2022, when this issues see us, they will run away from us. Church Gist. Let me hear the loudest Amen!
What are two things therefore to do, very quickly and then we close. If Shiloh is a mountain of ascending and descending of the saints, what must we do? If Shiloh is not a place of anniversary but a place of divine appointment, what must we do? We began saying this at the beginning of the teaching.
- We must purge ourselves. We must purge ourselves! We must purge ourselves. That is, getting rid of every waste and every weight, that is what purging is. If you have ever been in a position where you have purged before even “KGs” drop, that is weight; getting rid of every waste, anything in you that is causing an upset between God and man, between God and you, between God and me, we’ll let it go. Church Gist. That is what purging is, we must purge ourselves and if you look at that Psalms 24:3-4 very well, thank You LORD. Look at verse 4 very carefully, “he that hath clean hands”. So what must we purge?
i. We must purge our acts [clean hands]. Psalms 24:4
ii. Our hearts not just the acts and many times we talk the acts [don’t do what is evil – that’s good], there are people who are not doing what is evil but their heart is evil. Church Gist. Don’t just purge the acts, purge the heart. Now if you keep reading, verse 4, please place that again [Psalms 24:4].
iii. Our thoughts. Our thoughts! Our thoughts and this was spoken so powerfully by God’s servant [Bishop David Oyedepo] yesterday. Our thoughts because the act begins from a thought. So purge the acts, purge the hearts, purge the thoughts
- We must position ourselves.
Many stop at the purging but there is a greater realm after the purging or the next realm or the next dimension is for us to position ourselves. We must position ourselves, there is a realm you stand, there is a stand you make where you are able to access new realms of rhema, the tables of the covenant, new dimensions of insights. So after the purging is the positioning. We must position ourselves. Mark 4:11. Church Gist. The Bible talks about the mystery of the kingdom, this mystery cannot be accessed by anybody, it takes a right positioning and once we have purged, then we are in the right position to take a stand to receive from heaven. Revelation 22:15. Those who are without can’t have access to inside information. I will like us to look out for Shiloh 2022 as a mountain where God will be giving you and I insight; insight means inside information, things that eyes have not seen, things that ears have not heard and He will be releasing that in our way.
In conclusion, we must get all set, we must all get set for Shiloh 2022 for raw encounters with God. 2 Chronicles 27:6, Proverbs 16:1.
Let’s rise on our feet, LORD I receive grace to purge myself. Because everyone has to do it themselves,I receive grace to purge myself and I receive grace to position myself for raw encounters in the name of Jesus! Go ahead as you speak to the LORD.
