One of the things that slows down people is the error of timing God.
God said to me to tell you, Stop timing me! My time is not in your hand, it is your time that is in my hand. You know one may be bothered, I expect this thing to happen by now. Our times are in His hand.
Follow me and I will make you! Yours is to follow, mine is to make. And the time of your making is in My hands, not in your hands.
Many have thrown in the towel because they fall into the error of timing God. Church Gist. He makes all things beautiful in His time, not in my time and not in your time. Ecclesiastes 3:11.
Keep following! That’s your job and my job. Matthew 4:19. You keep following me, leave me to the making.
For when your cloud is full and I’m the one that determines your making, you will never be denied.
Keep following me because when your cloud is full, your rain must fall. Ecclesiastes 11:3.
Stop commending yourself! 2 Corinthians 10:18.
Tell them Stop timing Me! My time is not in your hands, it is your time that is in My hands. Psalms 31:15.
All the time we were using transitor radio to record, we already had global mandate in the vision, but it had to start at local mandate. And as He judges us set for the next, He moves us there. Stop timing God, keep following Him. Keep following Him. Stop timing God! Church Gist. People are in a hurry so they fall into horrors. Keep following God. He is an ever trustworthy, reliable, loving Father. Keep following Him.
We are where we are today – who dash monkey banana? Following is the mystery behind our making. Hosea 6:3.
Stop timing Me! My times are not in your hand, but your times are in My hands. I make all things beautiful in My time, not in your time!
We were being ejected, we had an eviction order from our rented, leased facility in ‘89!
Now we are building 1,000 churches in one year!
He makes all things beautiful in His time!
We were believing God for 3,000 naira to pay off our lease. 3,000 naira! 1984! My God! Here we are today! He makes all things beautiful in His time!
As your cloud is filled, He moves you to the next level and it’s filled again, He moves you to the next level. Stop commending yourself like a lizard that fell from an iroko tree! Commending yourself, “I’ve been serving God.” He knows those who are serving Him. Church Gist.
Somebody asked me what do you do between the time you give and you receive? I’ve never thought about it until you asked me now.
I’m in a covenant with a most reliable Father, I’m not banking with God, I’m serving Him as a son. He has my goodwill at heart. He knows what I can handle now and what I cannot handle.
Somebody’s story is changing!
I heard this prophetic word in the bathroom this morning. Tell them, many are discouraged because they are timing Me. They walk away, it doesn’t affect me, it affects you. You stay on, it impacts on your life. Your staying on does not add value to me. I am that I am. You stay on or you walk away, I am that I am.
In the Precious name of Jesus, nobody here will miss God’s timing of rewards!
You won’t disconnect a week to your next level!
You will not be found murmuring a day to your enthronement!

We are looking at TOWARDS THE REALIZATION OF 2023 EXPLOSIVE CHURCH GROWTH PROPHETIC AGENDA.
Let me start by saying, Prophetic words are mostly laughable. They don’t look real. Church Gist. They look like fiction, most times they look like they have no substance in it but every true prophetic word carries inbuilt power for delivery. Inbuilt power! When our faith comes alive in a prophetic word, the inbuilt power for delivery is unleashed. Church Gist. That’s how your God built this tabernacle in one year. Ask any construction company how possible it is in their research. But your God did it because your God said it.
“Nonsense! Let’s see how they will do it…”
Someone came in here out of whatever and said “Oh David must be mad!”. He said that not to insult but what gigantic stuff this is inside the forest. This is an architect saying David must be mad. That’s a verdict. Prophetic words are mostly laughable my friend but be careful. Proverbs 9:12. Don’t scorn prophetic words, don’t fall victim of prophetic words. He is not asking you to do it, He is telling you what to do if you care to believe. I won’t say forever that this building will be built in one year, I will never say it under any pressure but He said it. Church Gist. The same time you heard it was the time I heard it. Prophetic declarations are all according to what God can do and will do if we believe and not what we can do. His work is done by believing. How shall we work the works of God? The work of God is to believe that what He says to do, He is up to it.
They laughed us to scorn in Kaduna, very many close people. What did they say about aircraft? You will buy aircraft, Does he know the meaning of aircraft? All these people, they just talk and talk. One of those days, I was in Kaduna and we flew there and I saw one of those mockers waiting for bus. Church Gist. The car he was using when he was mocking has been grounded. He is now on the road waiting for bus and we flew over their heads in Kaduna. Be careful of mocking prophetic words. God is not telling you what you will do, He is telling you what He will do and if you believe you become a beneficiary.
The same way we walked into 83 new nations in one year. For 27 years we were in 63 nations and in one year, 83. Don’t belittle God. Don’t demean God. I mean one year more than 27 years. In one year, number of churches doubled all that we had. Church planting started 1987, and all that we had in 1987 to 2018, we had over it in 2019. God said it, I believe it. That settles it. He said I am not done, you are planting 10,000 churches this year. What? How? He did with surplus. Now, whatever God said the year is ordained to deliver shall deliver before our very own eyes. Every cell will deliver more than double full grown cells. Many will deliver five cells. According to the faith of individuals. I am used to these laughable things and we as a commission have seen quite a lot by grace, of unbelievable things spoken by God and performed by His hand. Giants of strange orders will rise within this Commission this year. Because giants rise on the platform of stewardship, not of experience. “Let one of my sons sit down on your right, the other on your left”. He said stop that nonsense you don’t know what you are asking. They serve into those places. You don’t cry into it. Can they drink the cup of stewardship that I drink? Matthew 20:21. He said I am in your midst as one that serves. You serve into the place. He took upon Himself, the form of a servant. Church Gist. He made Himself of no reputation therefore God has highly exalted Him. There are many celebrated members of churches that are doing absolutely nothing. You can ask my wife how much sleep I have. I am not pushing anything else. I am not on any business board on this earth. I have no investment anywhere else under the sun. I am just enjoying myself with Jesus on my way to heaven. The journey is getting sweeter every day on my way to heaven. They are laughable but they are tangible. They are laughable but they never lack substance. If it is God that said it, forget about the devil. Forget about the mockers.
One day I was preparing for the Anointing Session of our seminar in March 1996 and the Lord said to me “it is time to get the aircraft” and He walked out. The same gorgeous voice I am very used to. My son, Bishop Abioye walked in and I told him God just told me it is time to get the aircraft. He said Praise the Lord. What will he say? I announced it on a Saturday morning like this “God just told me it is time to get the aircraft” after we finished the service “so you can give as you are blessed. God is not in need. Let every man give according to what He has”. The last time it was announced, only once. The aircraft landed in six months time. As at that time I didn’t know the name of any aircraft because I wasn’t planning to get one. God said it, leave it to His timing. We wrote it down, when it is time we will open it up. Church Gist. There was no new car in our pool when He gave us a plane. And it is not ‘jeko jeko’ plane oh. We were travelling around Africa with it. Everywhere. Awesome God! He will surprise you this year. Church Gist. Stay on duty. Be found faithful when He comes. You can’t tell what time He comes, whether in the morning, afternoon or night. Let Him find you passionately dedicated to His course. Matthew 24:45-47. He must be found on duty, not grudging, not murmuring, not complaining. “I think by now, if God wants to do anything He should have done it now”. Take Him to court. Maybe my wife will testify on Sunday of the time I complained to her since we got married. I smile at challenges, that’s the way of the eagles. The storms lift them into strange altitudes into the cloud. They can’t be drowned by the storm, they see the end of the tunnel already. I curse the hold of discouragement on every single worker in this ministry. He will make things beautiful in His time over and again in everyone’s life.
Now here is the danger, Elisha came and said this time tomorrow there shall be surplus of food and one intelligentsia said “these religious bigots, we have the brain. Now tell me where is the food coming from?”. Don’t ask God stupid questions. 2 Kings 7:1-19. They trampled him under foot. He saw the food and never tasted it for mocking the prophetic. Don’t be caught doing that. We have seen enough here to know that God will do whatever things He wants to do. Now listen to me, the number of cells in every assembly will grow to minimum multiplied by two and fully packed cells. So mind your place in that agenda. “This child is not dead” ah ah! Does he think we are mad? The doctor who certified Him dead is here. But the child came back alive. Everything people mock in your life, God will turn it into a testimony. We have seen Wonder Double again and again in virtually all aspects of our ministry since 2015 because He is a covenant keeping God. I am visiting you and I will remain in your midst as long as you want me. We started kingdom advancement prayers, diverse outreaches. We have convinced Him that we want Him to be around and He is around till forever. Church Gist. The last five years, every year double. He said this year it shall be far more than double. Many assemblies will grow four times, some will grow five times because the people of God are coming out from their graves. Everyone that cares to join this cloud, God is telling me to tell you I am moving you forward. So following the awesome outcome of the wonder double prophetic signal till date, we shall be experiencing a new wave of explosive church growth and it shall be more than double. That is the word of the Lord.
Deuteronomy 1:11. So, He has capacity for a thousand times, so what is double to God? Zero. He said, “this time shall be more than double”, that means minimum is double.
- This time, it shall be more than double and that is to any level.
“A thousand times so many more”, so, it’s not only just a thousand times, many more. Church Gist. But it’s not enough to know which way God is leading, we must also know how to get there. Ecclesiastes 10:15. We saw this approach that He’s given us this year from Revelation 22:1-2. “Trees of life bearing 12 manners of fruits bringing forth its fruit every month”, what is that saying? We discovered that every child of God is called a tree of righteousness. Isaiah 61:3. Church Gist. We also discovered that every child of God is a choice vine planted on the most fruitful hill. Isaiah 5:1-5. That means we are equipped by redemption to remain fruit bearing vines. We are planted in Zion, a most fruitful hill. Isaiah 65:22b. So, we are trees of righteousness and as we keep bearing fruits, He keeps prolonging our days. Psalm 92:14-15. Church Gist. So we have a most elastic fruit-bearing inbuilt capacity if we choose to. Amen!
Anyone who genuinely commits himself to this prophetic agenda is sure to return as a wonder to his world. Church Gist. Straightforward instruction, every living Winner is required to target for delivery, minimum, 12 standing souls to the Kingdom and to this Church this year. You say, “is it by force?” No, it’s not by force, it’s by choice. Heaven is not by force my friend. Church Gist. God has never forced prosperity on anybody, it’s a choice. God never forces His way into any life, it’s a choice. “I stand at the door and knock, if you’re interested, open, you’re not interested, thank you”. He’s just shown us a lifeline, “I have an agenda for your dramatic change of story that will stop your mockers forever if you care for it”.
God’s expectation of us for the year is to take responsibility for delivery of minimum 12 abiding souls. Church Gist. You will say, “Am I a Pastor?” No. You may not be one but every branch in me that beareth not fruit, He takes away but every branch that bears fruit, He keeps fit so it can keep bearing on fruit – John 15:2. John 15:6. It’s every believer’s responsibility, it doesn’t have a thing to do with a calling. I bought into it in 1976, I’ve not had one regret. I wasn’t called into ministry, I wasn’t planning for ministry, this is the truth. I just love Jesus. Church Gist. I covenanted to make it my lifestyle since ’76, I’ve not had the first regret doing so. I was not a pastor when I got to a village and I said, “Lord, let me not leave this village the way I met it”, my passion for God was driving me. My God. I secured a global ministry from a village. As they handed over to me the lantern, “the light you brought to our village, let it shine round the world”, today, they’re listening now in 146 nations of our congregation. Church Gist. I got there at the age of 19. Passion will always create a future. Genuine passion for God. 1 Corinthians 2:9. I still remember that lantern. One day, I remembered that in Maryland, I was in a meeting, Baltimore and I turned to the wall and wept. They were fighting over the few books we brought, fighting to buy it. Church Gist. I remembered the lantern and I wept. A passionless believer has no future. Sir, you can’t push a car to start without fuel. A car with a flat battery will never start no matter who is pushing it. Please, recharge your battery. If pursuing after God kills people, I could have died longest time. They chase me with food from my kitchen staff. I’m having the best of time, living in the same bedroom with Jesus. Making the journey sweeter everyday, never borrowed once, never begged once, my God, it’s sweeter every day. Church Gist. What is 12 souls for a full grown adult? We’ve fired a lot of our Pastors in those Churches we started, you’re in a Church for one year, you’re talking, what are you talking. You’re in one place for one year and they’re 20 and you’re eating? How? How are you eating and it’s sweet in your mouth? No. Church Gist. The race has started, many scorners will be there, don’t be one of them. Many will be laughing me to scorn, you can’t do me anything, I won’t do you anything, you’re the one doing yourself something.
- but this year, there’s a massive awakening in your spirit, no one will be at the losing end this year and nothing dies in your hands any more. As you commit to keeping His thing alive, everything about you will be kept alive, your business kept alive, your family kept alive, your health kept strong in the name of Jesus!
The purpose is, God told me, say, “Drive my people to the point of entering into a covenant with me as you did”. I heard Him. 20 years of being in Church won’t change anybody’s story. Thou shall serve and God will change your story. “Thou shall serve, I will bless. Church Gist. I don’t bless because you’re there, I bless because you’re serving”. “Thou shall serve, God shall bless your bread, your water, take sin away from you, you shall not cast your young nor be barren, the number of your days shall be fulfilled”, “what am I doing to get that?” Thou shall serve, all that will be experienced. Job 36:11.
- no one here will retire.
If you truly desire to see what you have never seen, then get committed to doing what you have never done. Church Gist. You sow sparingly, you reap sparingly, you sow bountifully and you reap bountifully – 2 Corinthians 9:6.
- this is your year! God is ushering you into a realm of all sufficiency in all things, in all areas of your life in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Everyone that will demonstrate this passion for God in practical terms in the year 2023 shall end up listed among the giants ordained for this prophetic season in the name of Jesus.
Let’s look at the following examples as we round up!
A genuine passion for God after the order of David can make a generational hero out of a teenager. As it happened to David, David has slain his ten thousand and Saul has slain his one thousand. Saul said, ‘Forever, I won’t take it’! Church Gist. The whole of the army went after David and they couldn’t catch up with him. Many teenagers and young people would spring surprises this year!
It can make a business giant out of any youth, like we saw in Job. Job 29:4-9. As I was in the days of my youth… He became the greatest in the entire realm. See how God has decorated this young man as a youth. Church Gist. He emerged as a strange giant! Have you considered my servant Job, there is none like him…Job 1:8. My servant!
-Many youths will emerge as strange giants this year! By committing ourselves to God.
He can make a financial giant out of a child like Solomon. ‘I’m a child, I don’t know how to go about it, that was Solomon’s testimony of himself. And God said, ‘You have not asked for anything for yourself but for my Kingdom and so I’ve given you wisdom like you asked for…’! 1 Kings 3:13. You know something about prosperity? God never gives to those who crave for it! Church Gist. No! He answers to those who are craving after Him. Keep craving after God and that of His Kingdom He will keep decorating your life with His blessings! Can I hear your Amen!
You are in this Church for instance, what day have you heard any prayer raised on financial supplies? For the Ark project, Church building project and Mission expansion? Not one! So where is the thing (financial supplies) coming from? It’s coming from the addition that He has promised! Church Gist. They that seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing…Psalm 34:10, Matthew 6:33. So added wealth! The most resounding wealth recorded on earth was Solomon’s wealth! It was an addition not an intercession, not a prayer of supplication! An addition!
-Watch out for strange additions of Heaven’s blessings as you make God’s Kingdom your priority for living!
Make it a priority for living because you will not regret it! Church Gist. That’s what genuine commitment will do this year! The sleeping giant in you will suddenly surge forward! Your real wealth will start manifesting! The same way the Church is embarking on that massive project called ‘The Ark’, the same way before God and all the devils in hell. Zero stress at all levels! That’s why your global rising will be without sweat!
And we stepped into the different nations without any sweat on our brows! The genuine pursuit of God and the intent of His Kingdom is the jackpot of life! I was once chatting with one of our former presidents in this country, and I said to him, ‘What office do you think that you will offer to me that I’ll consider’? He said, ‘I know, Word office! To do what?
When I saw what passion has in store for me, I said with my mouth, ‘If I were invited to be the president of Nigeria, I’d consider it a demotion! Where this Thing (The Word) is taking a man, no appointment under Heaven can take you there! Eyes have not seen nor ears heard… You are living outside the economy of Nigeria without drawing anything from any foreign nation!
We are not in the economic environment of any nation. Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard neither has it entered into the heart of any man… 1 Corinthians 2:9. There is a revealed realm to us by the Spirit- We can see it! Church Gist. It’s your turn! Stop dwelling on your experience, it doesn’t count for anything with God!
In your Name we cast all devils… And God say, ‘I know that you are not my friend’! You must be current! You are either a labourer or you are a leader! God doesn’t pay leaders, He pays the labourers. The labourers are worthy of his wages! Church Gist. The labourer not the leader is worthy of His hire! Luke 10:7. Maybe by title you can call me Leader but I am a Chief labourer in this place! Some time ago, I was talking to God about this meeting, I was looking at His face, He was speaking to me in the bathroom!
Every genuine labourer this year, will end up a surprise to himself! Your burdens will be written off as if they were fake! Your challenges will appear as if they have never existed! In the Name of Jesus! No Prophetic Word in your direction will fall to the ground this year! It shall be your year of laughter indeed! Whatever that has been held down regarding your life and destiny shall be released in grand style! Thank You Jesus! May each one of us receive afresh this morning, the grace to keep following! In the Name of Jesus!
Let everyone who believe in this Prophetic agenda:
- Make a project of it (Prioritizing God’s Kingdom)! Don’t be casual about it! Desire of God for wisdom and discretion on how to engage to deliver! Ask God, ‘Which way to go, where is the harvest waiting’? Make a project of it! Make it a task that must be done! Church Gist. I said in one of those books, when your assignment becomes a task, all your senses will come alive! Make a project of it, don’t do it as usual! Do it as unusual! ‘God, where is it waiting’? Some fellows will clear their twelve months before March is over! Their converts will be bringing converts before we get to the month of June!
- Enter into a covenant with God to deliver by the help of God! We need the help of God, not by power, not by might! God once told me that there is a place at the top for you if you are interested! Come on now! How many are interested in being on top? That’s where we belong! We are redeemed to be a city set on the hills that cannot be hidden Matthew 5:14. We are the Light of the world, we are the pace setter! Church Gist. We are pathfinders and trailblazers! That’s our redemptive right! How many desires to experience it! And the Lord said to me, ‘Whatever I tell you to do, then do it’! You don’t need to struggle with me! Don’t bombard my gate! I’ll keep confirming My Word as you engage in it! Do it!
Can I tell you something here! Why you have become an impossible entity on earth is that, this is not our work, this is the work of God. You come against it and you are broken to pieces! He comes against you and you are going to powder! Whether they be thrones or authority! You see the work of God you bend, clear the way that’s the meaning! No one ever contended with God and prospered! Don’t be found coming against God’s agenda under any condition! Church Gist. All the evil men in this nation, they have tried it and they have paid for it! God is coming and you said that you want to stop Him? He will stop your life and mess you up till you smell!
Interestingly of course, God never forces His will and agenda on people, He leaves everyone to make their choice!

As we close, what do I need to deliver my portion!
- A renewed passion for souls. And receive that now in the Name of Jesus!
- A renewed fervency in praying Kingdom Advancement prayers! Receive new fire in your prayer life!
- A renewed commitment to advertising Jesus unashamedly in compelling people to come to Church so we can move with Christ for their Salvation, their deliverance and their breakthrough! Renewed commitment! Church Gist. Come and taste and then you will know that the Lord is good! Psalms 34:8. Testimonies upon testimonies and you will be sharing with them!
- A renewed commitment to Kingdom promotion sacrifices! Because amazing financial giants will rise! He that giveth to the poor shall not lack! Don’t smile at the needs of the needy in Church! Wherever you are engraced to stretch forth your hands to your brother and your sister, they can’t afford to get to Church on their own and you stay next door to their house, be there to help! They need food to eat and you have surplus in your house, share with them! That was the secret behind Job’s extraordinary wealth! He was out there!
Kingdom advancement promotions, a renewed commitment to kingdom promotion sacrifices. Some chairs broken down in your church, in your zone? Take delight as you are able.
God does not charge anyone, He doesn’t put burden on anyone. Don’t boast to God, He knows your level, He knows what He brought you to. Church Gist. Exercise your sacrificial mentality at your level, it will keep changing and changing and changing!
- A renewed commitment to giving towards the wellbeing of all the saints. Do good to all men.. Galatians 6:10. With this, no one will miss his place in this awesome time in God’s presence in the name of Jesus!
In conclusion, remember God is not looking for who to use but who to bless. Are you set for His blessings? God is not looking for who to stress but who to make whole!
You won’t know sickness anymore!
This year will be your most sickness free year since you started!
Sickness will not have its place in your family!
Your children are going to live a sickness-free life!
God is not looking for who to humiliate but who to honor.
In those days when we went out, it was all mockery. But today, I got to the market and everybody was rising, Oh Papa, Papa, we have not seen you for some time. Papa, papa!! It has changed. Church Gist.
I have to stay in the car so as not to be mobbed by the crowd pressing.
In those days, “Shut up. Get out. Did you say we are not saved? We will go to hell? Have you been there yourself?”
Thank you Jesus. God is not looking for who to humiliate, but who to honor.
“You know why she’s crying around? She has no children.”
They were mocking one of our women like that. And the same season, God visited her. It is mockery before the making like we heard. Your turn to be made is finally here!
God is not looking for who to rob but who to enrich! What you give to the poor today is an investment in your future! The sacrifice you make into the kingdom of God today is another chapter open to you in financial fortune.
God is not looking for who to rob, He’s looking for who to enrich. And you’re the one God is looking for!

He that receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward. I decree that your obedience for appearing before Him at His command this morning shall be blessed. Church Gist. God honours our obedience. Blessings usually overtake a believer’s obedience.
- May the blessings of this hour come to you and overtake you.
One of the mentors said to me one time “can you meet me in Makurdi tomorrow?” Very inconvenient! I said Yes Sir and I got there. “So you came!”. It was a test “ kneel down, from today I impart on you the gift of ‘on time’. Before the need arises, the supply will be waiting”. You can’t buy that with money. Because you chose to come this morning and you came in spite of all the things lined up for today. Church Gist. You pushed aside all of your various responsibilities and you came. So you came! You came on your own, nobody forced you to come.
- I release heaven’s forceful blessings on your life.
- It will start showing as you depart from here.
God told me to do something and I did, I could imagine Him saying “so you did?, Even if you don’t want to be rich. It is too late”. When God is moved by your obedience, He invokes a blessing. Church Gist. There is a difference between proclaiming a blessing and invoking a blessing. - I invoke heaven’s blessings on your life today. It shall trail every one of your steps all through the year.
And so you came. Some fellow’s car might be in maintenance right now but you came. Some fellows might be going through some challenges now but they came.
- As the Lord lives, whatever represents a contrary thing to a blessing to a blessing is reverted today.
- Today, the favour you never bargained for has fallen upon your life.
- You will remember these blessings for many years to come.
- The one called barren among us is now fruitful
- The one called solitary is now settled in marriage.
- For the ones challenged in their businesses, there is a turnaround for them. The one challenged in their career, God has visited them with favour.
- No loss throughout this year in the name of Jesus.
Because you can’t tell what blessings await an instruction, please always jump at it. My heart is saying don’t proclaim a blessing, invoke a blessing. God said, “even if you don’t want to be rich, it is too late”. It is an invocation. I contacted it in 1987. It is an invocation of blessing.
- Every invoked blessing on your life shall impact on your household, impact on the works of your hands in the name of Jesus Christ.
