Whatever God doeth it shall be forever. By divine connection, I got into a covenant with Archbishop Benson Idahosa of blessed memory some twenty five years ago. We were at the convention, the multitudes, the transformation that has been going on even after his death is a sign that whatever God does, no devil can terminate it. I like you to listen to me because something is about to break loose in your life today. I have kept faith with that covenant that God cut between the two of us thirty seven years ago up till tomorrow. Hit and run won’t deliver, it is a walk. God brought me into Daddy G.O.’s life, I have kept faith with that forty years after. Whatever time a pipe disconnects from the main source, it goes dry. Church Gist. Don’t toy with covenants with God. Saying fine words doesn’t deny it. The wisdom God sent me for him to lay hands upon me is still flowing. The blessings of Benson Idahosa are still flowing. This hand will never know dryness he said and it has never known dryness. “You will end up doing twenty times more than where I end,” he told me, I kept faith with it. Without being covenant minded the future is bleak. Every provision demands a covenant access and a covenant sustenance. In the name of Jesus may the blessing being released upon you in this place never run dry. By maintaining a quality covenant walk with God not with man. I have never been in any relationship in my life without God saying go. I have been around Copeland for 46 years. In 1990, the Lord said to me through him “I have brought you into the creative realm of your ministry by a visionary encounter which I have shared with you.” In the precious name of Jesus, the covenant of all round settlement will settle you forever. Follow what God says and you are there. I made a covenant with this God on Matthew 6:33 and He settled me supernaturally, no wavering, no thinking back. He will settle you today.
Jesus, let everyone under this meeting whether online or on ground step into the realm of uncheckered settlement. Church Gist. Let any upheaval in anyone’s life come to an end today. Thank you heavenly Father for this.
Good news! Mama Idahosa turned 80 yesterday. It was a Holy Ghost big time celebration because life is not a right, life is a gift. May you value the gift of life and endeavour to make the best of it. Church Gist. What do you want for your birthday? I don’t need anything. May that be your testimony. That the older you get, the better things get for you. Jesus is Lord.
For everyone who has been part of this revival in one way or another, the God of this Commission will visit you with open rewards. By a signal of the Holy Ghost, we are concluding our teaching series for the month focusing on today’s subject, COVENANT KEYS TO ALL ROUND SETTLEMENT. Remember the Prophetic focus for the month is SUPERNATURAL BREAKTHROUGH IS MY HERITAGE. How do I take delivery of my heritage? I must come to understand the covenant demands for access, which is the same for sustenance. The kingdom of Christ is a kingdom that operates on keys. You are now born again, he said I give unto you the keys of the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 16:18-19. Concerning His agenda of settlement, He said come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Church Gist. Come and learn of me what it takes to enter into that rest and you will find rest for your souls. People don’t care about what to learn. They are just after “give me oh God,” cry and cry day and night. Come learn what it takes to experience my settlement agenda and you shall find it. It is about the key. If you get the key to a door, you don’t struggle for access. The door opens to you on its own accord as you engage the key. I got the keys to hitch-free marriage and it is hitch-free. You say I am just lucky. Okay! Use your good luck to open the door. I got the key to kingdom prosperity 41 years ago, I have never prayed for money. You better watch out for the key. Do you want rest? It won’t answer to tears.
My grandmother forgot me in the room many years ago and went to the market, I didn’t have the key to get out. I was caged in that room, there was no food there. I was angry, it didn’t open the door. I was kicking the door and had blisters, it didn’t open the door. That was the day I understood the meaning of keys. The thing that locked me inside is very tiny. When I struggled and struggled, I just slept because there was nothing more to do. I have used my leg finish, I have gotten angry, my soul was vexed but it didn’t open the door. You better understand keys. Matthew 16:18-19. What are keys? Revelation. Luke 11:52. Revelation! You shall know the truth, it shall become a key of freedom in your hand. It is your inheritance but you need the key to access it. Acts 20:32. Church Gist. The light of the Word is your access and my access to our inheritance in Christ. It doesn’t drop on people. Do you know why I know something is going to break forth in this Church? We are a Church that believes in the keys. Very shortly! It will look like you are doing nothing but shortly, the world will open to you like it opened to your Church. The world will open to you. This Church invaded 85 nations in one year without sweat. When you are due in terms of consistency in your walk with God, the rain will fall. People’s rain is about to fall. May you not give up before the rain starts falling. Thank you, Jesus.
So we are here today to look at the keys of access to the realm of all-round settlement and it shall be delivered. Events of the past contained in the scriptures are to guide our steps in the present into the future we desire. Jeremiah 6:16-17. You say you are a new generation so you will not walk in the ancient path, you will just degenerate before you know it. There is nothing new under the sun. There is no new generation scripture. Give me the old time religion and it is good enough for me. It is the same. I am the Lord, I change not. His Word lives and abides forever. God’s Word is above every civilization, above every generation. He is ahead of every generation. I have been privileged to walk this old path for some time and that some time is 54 years. This old path showed me I have been redeemed as a priest and a king to reign on the earth, nobody preached it to me. Church Gist. This old path showed me that it is good for a young man that he bears his yoke in his youth. Youths in the house you better get ready for the convention. This is your most fertile season in life. If you miss sowing good seeds into your life this time you don’t know what you have missed. This old path showed me that my future is not in my plan but in His plan. This old path showed me that who is he that says it and it comes to pass when God has not commanded it? Those were precious seeds sown into my life years ago.
This old path shows me that if you tamper with anything that is not your own, you cut down on your lifespan. Before I had money, before anybody will keep any money with me He already told me to be careful that whatever is not your own, don’t tamper with it. It will send a plague on your life. Before I found out that there is a curse in the house of a thief. So wake up! This old path is ahead of every generation, it is ahead of every civilization. Church Gist. There is no civilized world that can change anything. They can try forever. You can’t change it. Male and female created He them. You can’t change it. All these jargons won’t work. If He didn’t create male and female, will you be born? Stop that! God will never be outdated. His Word will never be outdated. I am showing you today what will give you peace and rest all the days of your life like I have been privileged to enjoy. There is no tension, no apprehension by access to what it takes. Thank you Jesus.
Romans 15:4. When Judah was without the true God she suffered unrest. When King Asa heard the prophetic word, he took courage and took out all abominable things out of Judah and that ushered Judah into her realm of all round rest. 2 Chronicles 15:3-8. Abominable things here connote not just idols of iron and wood and talisman, many believers today are victims of the god of gold. They just worship money. “I just need money by all means” until the devil carries him to another means and you start breathing hard. They are busy serving money, dying for recognition and seeking positions at all costs including hiding their Bible, not being able to put a sticker on their car so that nobody will know that they belong to Christ because of where they go. Church Gist. What are you looking for? The Lord said to me you don’t need to know anybody to scale any heights in life just know me. More than enough. Nobody can lift you higher than where he is but when God’s everlasting arm picks you up, He throws you to everlasting heights. Let that hand hold you. What are you looking for? That hand held me from September 6th 1983, “Don’t claim to be looking on to me when you are looking to man”. He said “You have two eyes can you make one to look up and the other to look down?” I tried it, it didn’t work. He said anytime you are looking up to me, never claim to be looking up to me. Church Gist. Many of you have scuttled your destiny by looking on to men. Men control your life, you bow to unbelievers for what you will get. They say “Are you coming from Church? No! I am just coming from somewhere”. He gives you an appointment during service and you go there, looking for what? It is not about ministry. If I were selling pure water I will be a super prosperous man because I know the keys that open the heavens for man to prosper. You heard that my son testifying, came to Church here with N.D. now has 56 certifications. Haba! How? Just know the way to go and go the way. You will never find me sitting at the door of any Office since this ministry began waiting for someone. I don’t witness to people in their office. I witness to them on the streets, they don’t have doors. They don’t have secretaries. They are open and I am open to them. By that we have seen bus conductors, we have seen hawkers transformed by God. Woe unto him that trust in man and maketh the arm of flesh his strength. You never know dry seasons again in your life. It is your turn to be settled.
Now listen, if you ask any parent who has children who have graduated from the university “When do you want your son or daughter to be settled in his career? She is ready for marriage, when do you want her to be married? He began a business. When do you want the business to be established?” Now! Why do you think that God whose name is love wants you to be settled in the future? He wants you to be settled now. Church Gist. He said come and learn and I will give you rest. Not come back next tomorrow. I will give you rest. Many will enter into their rest today. No more anxieties and apprehensions. No more uncertainty and unsettlement.
Exodus 20:3-5. Put other gods aside, they won’t take you anywhere. Settle with this God, He owns the past, He owns the present, He owns the future. Exodus 32:31. You cannot serve God and mammon. Call it God and money. It is time we begin to say to every devil contesting a place in our hearts, get thee behind me. This is my last bus stop. God has all that we will ever need in His hand. He has a plan for that is settled in heaven forever and that plan is to settle my life in all areas. The days of unsettlement are over in your life. 2 Chronicles 15:15. Church Gist. The same order of rest that He gave to this Commission, you will go home with it today. This Covenant is not just about serving God but serving Him alone. Psalm 62:5. Wait thou only on the Lord. We have that problem in this part of the world. Let’s try more, let’s try other sources, let’s see whether somebody can see a vision for us. Matthew 6:33. See ye first the Kingdom of God and all these things that others are dying to get including settlement shall be added to you.
Do you know why I do what I do? He said I have given you the people now raise them with me. School them into exploits. It is a school, it is not preach to get people to shout and clap and be saying Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! And not get anything. This is a school, only that the class is large. He said school them into exploits and release them into their destiny. Those who have chosen to follow are experiencing changes in levels day in and day out. Church Gist. Those who see what I am saying as singing are just being entertained by it. In the precious name of Jesus, you must be listed among these end-time giants. As you connect with the prophetic word as contained in scriptures. Your place another man will not take. Remember a double-minded man is unstable in all his ways let him not expect to receive anything from God. James 1:6-8. You better refocus on your God for the best of experiences in your life.
A covenant to serve God without denouncing other gods won’t fly. He is a jealous God, He can’t share you without else. It can’t secure the settlement we desire. A covenant to serve God without denouncing other gods won’t fly. How long are you going to stand between two opinions? If God be God serve Him, if it be Baal then follow him. God wants us settled now. It is not money that settles people. I had no bank account when He settled me. I had no more apprehension about tomorrow. It is not money, it is not position. The settlement we are talking about is the peace of God that passes all understanding. He can’t watch you suffer for more than a while. Church Gist. 1 Peter 5:10. If it is beyond a while it has become a curse and Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law. Any issue of long continuance is listed among the curses of the law. Deuteronomy 28:59. Galatians 3:13-14. Nothing negative is permitted to be of long continuance in our life. That siege of joblessness is over this morning. That spell of marital delays is over this morning. That siege of barrenness is over today. 2 Corinthians 4:17. It is not permitted to go beyond a moment. That siege that has stayed beyond a moment in anyone’s life shall experience settlement today. That business downward trend will be over this morning.
Let’s look at seven keys that provide us access to a world of all-round settlement.
1. Be born again and remain so.
John 3:3-5, 14:27. When you become a citizen of the kingdom of God, he said it is not in meat and drink but in righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Ghost (Romans 14;17). Church Gist. Peace accompanies salvation, they call it times of refreshing (Acts 3:19). It is your turn. You will never know dryness again in your life. So the journey into a World of settlement begins with Salvation.
2. Be committed to righteous living, that is a life that craves to please God as a way of life.
Isaiah 32:15-17. John 8:29. When David ran for cover under Samuel, the whole army of Israel could not locate him. When God settles with you, the storms of life can’t unsettle you. In His presence, there is fullness of joy, no apprehension. On His right hand, there are pleasures forever more. Please God brings God to settle with you. When God settles with a man, no devil can unsettle him. Romans 8:31. Amos 3:3. Church Gist. So there must be a crave to please God as a way of life. Don’t be deceived, he that doeth righteousness is righteous. So there is doing it, not just saying it, reading all kinds of translations to confuse yourself and perhaps others who listen to you. There is no peace for the wicked says the Lord. Proverbs 28:1. Somebody’s story is changing.
3. Stay in love with God.
By doing His bidding in His Word with delight. John 14:21. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. I will manifest myself to Him. When Christ is in the boat, the storms won’t matter. The Prince of Peace is in the boat. When Christ is in your life, the storms of life won’t matter. When His Word rules your life peace is what accompanies you. Psalm 119:165. Stay in love. Romans 8:28. How many things? All things. Stay in love with God. Don’t fake it. It never works. God’s love is not theoretical, our love for God is practical. 1 John 3:18, 2 Corinthians 8:8. John 21:15. We had an awesome experience during this time, our children converts bringing other converts. They brought someone that cannot be baptized, too small. These folks come from Ota, their parents are not believers. Four Sundays ago 85 of them were in church. Go after my lamb to prove that you love me. The capital proof of our love for God is passion for souls. Go after souls not singing that you love God more than anyone. Who is competing? Go after souls, my friend. Church Gist. Care for the needy as a way of life. Sir, you can’t sit down wishing to be settled. You must learn what settles people. You can’t sit down wishing that someday something is coming. There is no some day. You can’t become a lawyer by saying someday. Some day means going to JAMB, go to 100 Level, may God help you to succeed. Then go to Law School and become a junior lawyer. There is no other way. Don’t sit down waiting for one day you will be a pilot. It will never happen. Don’t sit down waiting for one day you will prosper. There is no one day. No investment, no dividend. Some will go for forty days of fasting and prayer “Oh God everyone who is stealing my prosperity”. I am privileged to have enemies and they are in a very good number, they have not been able to stop God’s covenant from working in my life. They are very many. I am not saying they are in this church but in case they are here it doesn’t matter. Somebody came here to do his charm in 2000, he was pressing the thing it didn’t respond. He just came out and got saved. He saw fire on everybody’s head. The devil won’t come near your house. Anyone that comes will go back disappointed because of the fire of God’s love burning in your life.
4. Be committed to living by the Word.
Matthew 4:4, 7:24-25. Living by the Word makes you unshakeable. It keeps you settled, supernaturally settled. Unexplainably settled! We had that demonic blast in the plane on our way to Israel in 2017 and I said “Peace be still”. Some were between heaven and earth that time. There was nothing shaking me. Living by the Word stabilizes you. We were on our way to Kano and they said we lost one engine because the plane was slowing down, I said relax, return back to Lagos. I relaxed not that I was shaking and praying. Darkness can’t threaten light. Living by the Word is walking in the light. The forces of unsettlement are in the dark. When you live by the Word you have disarmed the forces of unsettlement in your life. Somebody’s destiny is opened up now. You know what the devil wants you unsettled? You can’t get anything from God with anxiety in you. The prayer that God hears begins with being anxious for nothing. Then the prayer altar becomes effective. With anxiety, no access. That is why he wants you jittered. He wants you unsettled. He has lost the battle over your life. Keep living by the Word, you are walking in the light and the unsettling forces of darkness cannot harass your life.
5. Keep your faith intact and growing because they that believed have entered into rest.
Hebrews 4:3. 2 Thessalonians 1:3. Faith has unlimited capacity for growth. So grow your faith, the stronger your faith the more settled you are. Abraham didn’t stagger but was settled in faith. Build your faith, keep your faith intact and growing. Romans 10:17. Grow your faith, inject strength into your faith. It will ward off every unsettling force around you. When you hold your peace, God steps in to fight for you. Church Gist. When God fights for you, you are just watching the film of your victory without wasting your fists. It is your turn at last. Keep your faith intact and growing. When your faith grows up, life becomes settled. Why are you so fearful, o ye men of little faith? Little faith can’t stand the storms of life. This is by divine election a major service centre for faith. So get hold of the materials and feed faith into your system and find rest in your life.
Even though God called me to preach faith, I consumed plenty of faith materials from faith-fired people. Kenneth Hagin being the major, he helped to pump faith into my spirit. I still reference his materials today. You can’t sit down there to grow faith. Faith comes by encounters with the word that keeps showing you who God is, how reliable God is, how His covenant never fails. Grow your faith. Church Gist. Hebrews 4:3. You can’t enter my rest without faith. He said I swear. It takes faith to enter into my rest. The stronger your faith, the more restful your life. It is your turn.
6. Enter into a covenant to keep serving God alone and the interests of His Kingdom and He will give you rest roundabout.
He will make wars to cease in your territory. 2 Chronicles 15:19. There were no more wars as long as Judah remained in that covenant. Church Gist. When they stepped out of it wars began. May war never begin in your life again. King Asa got in there and after twenty years he backed out and everything went down.
7. Be thankful in season and out of season.
Your captivity will never be broken without being thankful to God. Church Gist. 2 Thessalonians 5:18. Hebrews 10:36.
Do those things listed. God never fails. You will be walking in the realm of rest that you will be a surprise to yourself. As you line with these keys listed here your rest will remain uncheckered. He will settle every area of your life like a dream of the night. My prayer for you therefore is for grace to take personal responsibility of the things that make for your peace as outlined here. Luke 19:44-46. Every arrow of unsettlement in your life is returning back to sender today. Today your long awaited settlement will be released. Hebrews 3:7-8. God has you in His agenda. If He has given you His only begotten, He won’t withhold anything from you. Romans 8:32. If you will cast away those abominable things from your house you will find rest. I have nothing anywhere other than Jesus. Church Gist. I am secured by heaven. I am saved, I am protected, I am blessed. He said I will prepare a place for you in the presence of your enemies and your cup will be running over in the presence of your enemies despite their anger and wrath. Don’t mind your enemies, mind the truth. The truth will trouble your troublers. When you engage with the truth, it will trouble your troublers. In the old church, some folks gathered together and said let’s bring this man down. The head of that committee, his first son just started shouting “My head! My head!” and he fell down and died. I didn’t know anything. When God is fighting for you, you are watching your victory like a film. Two days after the second son “My head! My head!” fell down and died. The committee scattered. You don’t know what battle God is fighting for you. When you are walking in the light, anybody fighting you is fighting God. It is a brand new day for you. If the devil has anything with you, God won’t fight. You will be the one fighting. When you are asleep can you fight? No! You won’t know frustration anymore in your life.
Put your right hand on your chest everyone.
– Grace to live a life that pleases God that secures peace that passes all understanding.
– Grace to keep building your faith from strength to strength so your settlement can be established from day to day, receive it today in the name of Jesus. Church Gist.
– I pray today that the same peace that is evident on this commission forty two years running will descend upon your life today.
He said freely you have received, freely give. I am privileged to be given the grace of settlement. Since my 1976 encounter, I have been settled. Church Gist. I don’t sense worries, grace made it happen. I release the same order of grace in everyone’s life this morning.
Grace to keep putting the Word of God to work without being tired, receive that grace in the name of Jesus.
Every time a believer goes counter to the Word, he loses his peace.
Grace to stay strong in putting God’s Word to work as a way of life, receive it now.
Grace to remain in love with your God, receive it now in the name of Jesus.
Grace to be thankful in all things and for all things. It is settled in the name of Jesus.
Two of my sons at Covenant University were visited this past week, one of them triplets after 12 years of waiting. Another one, a set of twins after 13 years. Church Gist. God is still working. You are the next in line. Your labour shall not be wasted. God is counting, you will count your reward. Give God thanks.
