PRAISE FOR MANIFESTATION – PART 2.
We thank God for what He’s done but we praise Him for who He is. Thanksgiving has to do with the happenings, praise has to do with who God is. Church Gist. Everything created by God including you and I, the primary purpose is to praise God. Revelation 4:11. Isaiah 43:21.
-May you show forth the praise of God.
If you value God you will praise Him because that’s the primary purpose why He brought you on earth. Church Gist. Psalm 150:6. Are you alive? So praise Him.
Say: I will praise Him.
🎶 I will praise the Lord! I will praise the Lord! I will praise the Lord! With my whole heart, with my whole soul, with my whole strength. Blessed people, praise the Lord! 🎶 So make sure you praise Him with everything in you. I said something in the First Service, I said: (There is) No excuse for not praising God because praise is a command. We are praising God, we celebrate the faithfulness of God in our lives. Church Gist. We praise Him for who He is. I also said something in the First Service, every child of God is supposed to be at the top based on Scriptures. Deuteronomy 28:1-13. Deuteronomy 28:13 specifically said: ‘You shall be above only and not beneath’. That means you are not the tail, you are not permitted to be at the bottom. But in case you find yourself at the bottom, you can use praise to find yourself back to the top. You can change the valley to the mountain top. Habakkuk 3:17-19. In the midst of things not working, make them to work through praise.
-God will change someone’s level who says Amen!
Praise may look simple but very powerful. I also made a statement: To stop sinking, start singing. Church Gist. You can’t sing and sink. Everyone who makes melody (to God) cannot experience tragedy.
-You will never remain in the valley anymore.
But hear this: God does wonders through praise. Exodus 15:11. How many want to see fearful things? Every time you praise God, He does wonders – miracles, signs and wonders. Listen, people think miracles only happen through rigorous fasting and prayer. Yes! But praise is one of the most potent forces through which miracles happen. He said: God does wonders when you and I praise Him. If you don’t want to be a wanderer, start praising God then you end up a wonder. Psalms 67:7. There is a way God will bless you… ‘That fear’ (Found in Psalm 67:7) is not phobia. Church Gist. That fear is when miracles happen they say: ‘Wow’. Psalms 67:6. Have you been blessed in a way that people fear God? Are you getting what I’m saying now? My elder brother said: ‘You become flabbergasted’. There is a way you get blessed, people get what? Flabbergasted! They say: ‘I fear God oo’. Have you not seen where somebody will be at the bottom, maybe in one room, in the ghetto and then the next one month, you have your own estate. Oh! My God! You say, is it possible? Find out from Joseph. In 24 hours he was moved from prison to palace.
-Somebody who will praise God today, your story will be like that.
It’s only in the Kingdom where a janitor can be a jet owner. A janitor is somebody who carries dustbin. Church Gist. It’s only in this Kingdom! In the World, nothing happens. But in the Kingdom of God, God can make a janitor to a jet owner.
-You will be the next.
Psalms 22:3. And when God steps in, things must change!
We will be looking at engaging the power of praise for God to manifest. How many want God to manifest? Let me say this to you: God is everywhere but does not manifest everywhere. (Laughing). He is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent but He does not manifest everywhere. He only manifests where there is praise. Church Gist. Can fish swim everywhere? If you put fish on (the) ground, it will not swim because that is not its environment. Praise is the habitat, that’s the environment of God. Say: I hear! Anything outside praise, God will step out. Just murmur, complain, God will check out. Look! If you make ‘nwunwunwu’, God will leave. Any ‘nwunwunwu’, God will do what? God will leave. Praise is what makes God to show Himself mighty.
Engaging The Power of Praise For God to Manifest.
1. In the First Service, I said: God takes over our battles through praise.
2. God will invoke vengeance through praise.
-Now listen! In this Second Service, barriers and obstacles will be cleared via praise.
3. Barriers and obstacles will be cleared via praise.
Say: I hear! How many want barriers to go? How many want obstacles to clear? Joshua 6:20. Now, Jericho was a city that was walled round. History had it that six to seven horsemen would stand side by side, that was the thickness of the Wall. Just have a mental picture of six to seven horsemen standing. That was the thickness of the Wall. Now, that Wall was round this City and they were to enter that City. Church Gist. Are you hearing what I’m saying now? To take over the City. And God gave them a prescription that looks so simple. He said: I’m the God that changeth not. If He has done anything for anyone just do the same and God will do the same for you. And God said to them: ‘You don’t need to kill yourself, you don’t need a bulldozer, you don’t need a dynamite. Just give Me a blast of praise’. And the Bible said: ‘And the Wall fell down flat’. If the Wall just fell, just have a mental picture, there will be debris. For them to move straight it means it sank. Is that clear? ‘And they moved straight’. Joshua 6:20.
-Today, every wall before you will go down!
You know? We (People) don’t praise because the prescription is too simple. You say: ‘Is it to dance? Dance! I’ve been dancing since’. You have been dancing without understanding, they are different. There is a difference between doing something with understanding and doing something without understanding. Church Gist. Joshua 6:20. How many are going to shout after now? They didn’t say, they climbed into the City that means the Wall sank. If it was there, they would have said: ‘They climbed over’. They didn’t say: ‘They climbed’. And that kind of thick wall if it fell, it would still be high. For them to go straight means it was God (who) just sank it.
-Today, every obstacle before you and I will go down. Church Gist. That barrier not allowing you to get access to that place will give way in the name of Jesus.
Say with me: Every wall before me will go down as I praise God. My redemptive package in Christ must be released to me. Church Gist. The barriers, obstacles between you and your redemptive rights must sink down now in the name of Jesus.
All you need to do now is to do what? Praise. It’s so simple but many don’t like that kind of… (Illustrating murmuring). This Church, one of the greatest secrets of this Church is praise. Church Gist. There is no month we will not take one Sunday to praise God. That’s why we keep moving (Illustrating). Are you part (of the Church)? The Church is who? You are the Church. Church is not the building, who is the Church?
-Now listen! As your Church is advancing, that’s how you will keep advancing.
The Church is not the building, the Church is the people. The Body of Christ, not the cement. If we go now to ‘Italubu’ Field, they will say: ‘See Salvation Ministries there’. True? If you doubt now, let us gather in a place where there is no name, we will just stay. Church Gist. They say: Look at Salvation Ministries. Is that where the Church is? Once we gather anywhere, they say: ‘Salvation Ministries’. So the people are the Church. So if this Church is advancing, what are you saying? I am advancing.
-Nothing will stop you from advancing in the name of Jesus. That barrier will give way in the name of Jesus. Church Gist. That thing that they thought that they used to block you from advancing will sink in the name of Jesus.
4. Closed doors are open when we praise.
Two things we are targeting? Obstacles must give way! Doors will be open, chains will be broken. Paul and Silas were in prison. Acts 16:25. ‘At midnight’. Listen! ‘Midnight’ connotes when you are at a crossroads. Church Gist. Some of you, you are at the midnight of your business when you don’t know what else (to do). You say: ‘What is this’? Some of you, you are at the midnight of your life you are just confused. ‘Midnight’ connotes when a person is at a what? Crossroad. You are just saying: ‘God! What do I do now’?
-That midnight of your life will end in a testimony.
You know why we are praising today heavily? January we prayed heavily – 21 days. Look! I was studying and I got deep insight. When you pray, you go for evangelism and you praise; Heavens respond. Church Gist. We praised heavily in January, true? For 21 days and fasted. And then we are now in heavyweight soul winning, then we now package it with what? Praise. A threefold cord cannot be broken.
Paul being a man of praise had told Silas: ‘O boy! Since prayer (has) been here…’ You know? Daniel prayed, the prince of Persia held the prayer. ‘So sir, in case we have prayed and this thing is being held, let’s switch over to the one that cannot be held’. Acts 16:25. That kind of praise is not the one you are singing (and) you are looking at everybody. They were singing to God not to entertain themselves. It’s not the one you do like this (Illustrating). Church Gist. Are you talking to your girlfriend? It’s God you are praising my friend! You are not talking to one – your girlfriend or boyfriend! (Illustrating). For what? Forget about every mortal man and switch over to God. And say: Lord I’m here to do what? Praise! Paul and Silas did not care about other prisoners. Mind yourself, don’t mind your neighbour. They were more interested in the… The prisoners heard them. Your neighbours must hear your voice. Acts 16:26.
-The praise of today will bring a sudden miracle.
Psalm 99:1.
-You are not going to get a miracle tomorrow. You will get it right in this Service.
Acts 26:26. Listen! He didn’t say: Some of the doors. You know? Paul! The kind of life Paul lived. They said: Put this man inside, inside. They were to be executed oo. Hope you know that? Paul and Silas were to be executed but praise… Your mouth is stronger than any gun in your hand if you know how to praise. The highest weapon can’t match praise. Acts 16:26.
-Today, every chain on your body will be broken.
Listen! Let me explain to you what happened. When Paul and Silas saw the ferocity of the attack – the fierceness of the devil against their lives. They said: ‘Look! O boy! Let’s switch over’. Let me say this to you, (that) God is with you does not mean He will manifest. Paul understood it. That God is with us… So he stirred God up to manifest. When he began to sing! You can imagine a man on chains singing. You, you are not with chains oo. They chained them but their mouths were not chained. They said: ‘You made a mistake as you kept our mouths open’. They began to sing. You, your own no chains. Church Gist. To sing now you are making ‘guy’! You have not seen something. There’s a way you will see something, nobody will tell you to praise. Are you hearing me now? They began to sing. As they were singing God said… Odogwu na agha! (Translated in Igbo Language: Mighty Man in battle). God said: You mean you are praising Me? He just broke the doors. Can God face (the) door and door close? No! The moment God stood up, every door opened. If you read further, Paul and Silas did not run; because the jailor came and used a ‘torch’ (in modern language) to see them. You know why they did not run? They said: If you lock it, we know what to do again. When they prayed for Peter, Peter ran. You know why? It was (the) prayer of other people. Praise is yourself! Praiseful Christians don’t panic in the midst of challenges. They said: Lock this Place? We will praise again, it will open. A praiseful saint is a permanently victorious saint because every time you praise, God must be stirred up. Are you getting what I’m saying? How many will praise God today?
Let me say this to you: Do you know? 40 days deliverance cannot match one day praise. Let them chain you; when I mean chain not physical chain. Somebody takes your name (and) locks your destiny. All those demonic things. Church Gist. You are going for 50 days deliverance as if you are the one that brought satan, just praise. You don’t understand how powerful praise is. This is how praise is, I’m going to demonstrate what praise is (Illustrating). The moment he began to praise, God manifested. The three of them could not hold him.
-All the chains holding you will be broken now. All the forces in hell that kept you bound, will lose their grips in the name of Jesus. Church Gist. Every prison door will be opened for you to gain access to your inheritance.
Glory to God! The Bible said David danced with all his might. With all his what? Are you going to dance with all your might? Let me say this: How many want God to beautify them? I will show you something that will baffle you. Turn with me to Psalm 49:3-4. Without dancing, no beautification. For God to beautify your life, dance with praise. Move your body, ‘sing your singest’ (in songs), ‘spin your spinnest’ (while dancing). I’m talking about rugged, rugged dance. It’s not the dancing you are looking at your neighbour to see who is dancing. Church Gist. No! You don’t even know whether somebody exists. You go down, you go up (in dancing), you say: God, clear the obstacles! Let them go down and sink and then open the… Look! Three-dimensional: Remember barriers must give way. Joshua 6:20. And then the chains on you must be broken and you have access to your inheritance. You know you must have a picture (of what you want) before you praise. Don’t just dance, have a picture. Everything as an obstacle must what? Must sink, must clear. Everything holding me down must clear and then I must have access to my inheritance.
-That your employment must come today.
How can they be employing people and then you are still saying: Hei! You say: ‘Anything stopping my employment, give way’. Church Gist. Are you ready? Who owns the Earth? Your Father! Don’t say: God. Who owns the Earth? When you say God, it’s too far. Can your Father own the Earth and you are looking for a job?
-Everywhere a job is, doors must be open.
In case they were closed, they must be open as I praise God. Are you ready? We are going to praise God for a solid 10 minutes – You will go down! Rugged praise oo. Church Gist. Don’t make (Illustrating): ‘See the way they dey dance, see the way she dey dance. How you take see am’? That means you are not dancing, you are not even in the presence of God. When I dance, I don’t look at nobody. Are we ready? Let’s go!
