Back then, the anniversary was celebrated counting from September 1983. After Shiloh 1999, the anniversary date was considered from the delivery of the Liberation Mandate in May 1981.
Notice that the month on the flier has been edited to reflect November. The date might have been left empty or changed from September and the Church didn’t want to waste resources printing a new set of fliers😂
