23rd July 1986: Pastor David Oyedepo visits Kenneth Hagin’s convention in Tulsa, in 1986 with a desire for the Mantle of Faith and a prayer: ‘Whatever makes Hagin, I want it’.As Hagin ministered, Oyedepo saw Hagin’s face transfigured. In that instance he said he heard God say “My son David, the baton has been passed to you”.

23rd July 1978: Solomon Lange is born. He is a Gospel Music minister. He is the Founder of Sweet Water International Ministry(SWIM). Minister Solomon is married to Flora Lange and they are blessed with 2 daughters.

23rd July 1742: Sussana Wesley is called to glory. She was the biological Mother of John Wesley and Charles Wesley, the Founders of Methodism.

23rd July 1583: John Day goes to be with the Lord. He was an English Protestant Printer who was responsible for publishing John Foxe’s Book of Martyrs and several other Christian literature.
