19th February 1969: 14 year old David Oyedepo is led to Christ by Miss Betty Lasher. Ms. Betty (of blessed memory) was a missionary teacher in Nigeria where she had the opportunity to preach Christ to David Oyedepo (Now Bishop David Oyedepo) and several other young people in his high school. His conversion was the start of his walk with God which has led to the conversion of many other souls through his life and ministry.
19th February 2018: Leah Shuaribu is abducted by ISWAP (Islamic State West Africa Province) in the Government Girls’ Science and Technical School in Dapchi, Yobe State, Nigeria. ISWAP abducted 110 girls, five of whom were killed in the abduction and 104 girls were returned to their families except for Leah Sharibu because she refused to be converted to Islam.
19th February 2022: Enoch and Folu Adeboye Dialysis Centre is commissioned at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital (ATBUTH), Bauchi State, Nigeria. The structure was built by His Love Foundation, the Charity Arm of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
19th February 1569: Miles Coverdale goes to be with the Lord. He was the Translator and Publisher of the first complete English Bible. Parts of his Bible were revisions of Tyndale’s. He was aged 81.
19th February 356: The anti-paganism policy of Constantius II is established. It forbids the worship of pagan idols in the Roman Empire.
