Power Plant to be ready along with 22 transformers for the ARK’s Dedication in November.

RCCG Considers replicating same in REDEMPTION CITY
WINNERS’ 80MW POWER PLANT PROJECT WILL BE READY FOR THE ARK DEDICATION IN NOVEMBER 2025
*According to Bishop Oyedepo who spoke recently at the Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland was purchased in 1998 and happened to be located in same vicinity with the national power grid. From Church Gist sources, this power grid runs from Ayobo in Lagos through Obasanjo Farms, Ota passing through Canaanland to Papalanto and Abeokuta in Ogun State.
*Living Faith Church took advantage of this opportunity and besides its gas plant, decided to have an electric power plant with apparent 80MW and active 64MW power supply. It will reduce the cost spent by the Church to maintain power supply for its thousands of inhabitants and Canaanland, (-Covenant University) CanaanCity and which will now include the Ark. Some independent analysts have termed the gas plants owned by RCCG and LFC as ‘prohibitive’ as they are very expensive to maintain. The new power plant will sort out that challenge. The idea is that in the event of s national grid collapse, the Church will easily revert to the gas plant until the national grid is restored.
*It is in this vein that some RCCG representatives visited the Power Plant and after inspecting the project mooted the need to replicate such at the REDEMPTION CITY.
*The gas plant at Redemption City which is at least 3 times the size of Canaanland has a 25MW capacity.
