19th May 1947: Wilson Adebogun Badejo is born. He was the Third General Overseer of Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria who served from 1999-2009. He passed on to glory on 7th August 2021.
19th May 1966: Pastor David Yonggi Cho is elected as the General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, South Korea. He was the Founder of Yoido Full Gospel Church.
19th May 2009: Pastor Young Hoon Lee is elected as the General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, South Korea. He is the successor of Pastor David Yonggi Cho of Yoido Full Gospel Church after his retirement in 2008.
19th May 2023: Reverend Timothy James Keller goes to be with the Lord. He was the Founder of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City, United States of America. He also co-founded the Church planting organization known as ‘Redeemer City to City’.
