*Condemns use of leg chains.
While ministering during the fourth Service on Sunday, Pastor David Ibiyeomie addressed indecent dressing among ladies in the society. He stated that many want to be fashionable without knowing the implication of what they are doing.
He further said that ladies who wear chains on their legs simply means, “I am a pr0st1tute.” He further explained that the original meaning of wearing chains on the legs is, “you are a wh0re, you are not in the hotel but you are available.” Wearing chains on the legs is not fashion, it is simply an advertisement for pr0st1tut10n – he stated. He encouraged believers not to imitate people wearing it.
He also stated that how you dress will determine how people will address you. He further addressed ladies who expose their br3asts all in the name of fashion. “You opened all your br3asts and you say people are disturbing you” – he queried. He also stated that putting on transparent clothes that expose one’s pants is an irresponsible dressing.
