-Pastor David Oyedepo Jnr
While Pastor David Oyedepo Jnr was speaking on the Major Channels For Financial Fortune, he explained that whenever one is engaging in financial Kingdom stewardship, he is laying up treasures in Heaven and those Heavenly treasures are one’s real bank balance.

He said: “Any treasure that is laid in Heaven can never be taken. It can’t be stolen. Nobody can steal it! Is somebody getting it? Nobody can steal it. Every time you are engaging in your Kingdom Covenant Engagement particularly when it comes to our financial stewardship – You are paying your tithe, you are giving your offering, you are sowing to parents, you are sowing to those in need. All of that, you are laying up treasures in Heaven. Hear this, what that means is, your bank balance is not your real balance. Hello! Just like you can have an account in First Bank and transfer from First Bank to GT. Church Gist. You are the same account holder, two different banks. You just transfer from one to the other. When you check GT, what is in GT is not your real balance. Your real balance is the combination of your accounts, true or false? If you have a Heavenly account, your earthly account is not your real balance. You can transfer from the Heavenly account and bring it to the earthly account. Is somebody getting what God is saying? What that means is that anybody with a covenant sense, bank account will not dictate your emotions. You know why you see some people shouting? They are shouting and angry not because somebody offended them, it’s pressure; but if you can see that: “No! There is treasure in Heaven.” I’m just transferring from a Heavenly account to earthly account.”
