I CAN’T CHARGE TO MINISTER. FREELY I HAVE RECEIVED, FREELY I GIVE.

Bishop Abioye while preaching on Sunday stated why he cannot charge any amount to preach.
He said, “God made the Garden for man, but He told the Man, ‘Dress it and keep it.’ If you’re not a dresser, you cannot be an eater. I’m dressing my work oh! That’s how I’m eating. When I dress the message for you, I dress it like akpu, I dress it like garri, I dress as it suits you, I dress it like salad, buffet, you go and take what you like and then after eating, as it occurs to you, you pay. ‘For a labourer is worthy of his wages’ and if you fail to pay, others will pay. Amen. Why won’t I charge you? Freely I have received, freely I give. I don’t charge. I don’t go anywhere in consideration of money. Everywhere I travel to, I buy my ticket and for those who are travelling with me, I buy. If I finish preaching, you feel like giving me something, no problem, you don’t, I have my return ticket, so there’s no hanging around anywhere. Amen. Glory to God!”
