Speaking during the September 2025 Anointing Service, Dr. Paul Enenche explained the difference between knowledge and wisdom, stating while everyone may know the same thing but only those who apply it profit from it.
Teaching, he said, “Anything that cause you losses is a the bankruptcy of wisdom – losses in business, relationships, opportunities – is a bankruptcy of wisdom. You know a wise man not by their talk, but by their walk, by the action, by what they do and the things they do that bring profit and gain. In the village atimes, you see an old man comes and say one word, everybody will say, ‘that is a wise man’. Church Gist. No sir, not necessarily, it’s a wise talk. But wisdom is a matter of walk not talk because there are many people who don’t walk the talk. So, don’t over celebrate what you know you or what you say, celebrate what you do. The difference between most of us is not what we know because most of us know the same thing, we hear the same things, in Church and in class. Church Gist. The difference between us is not what we know or what we say, the difference between most of us is what we do. Wisdom is profitable action”.
