DON’T COMPLAIN OF BEING PERSECUTED. DON’T USE RELIGIOSITY TO CONFUSE THE SYSTEM.

While preaching on Sunday, Bishop Abioye emphasized that Christians at the work place should know when to work and when to carry out religious activities.
He said, “Not everything answers to prayer. They are giving you a query in your office all the time, you need to sit down and find out why, ‘why is it me getting query every day?’ Be sincere. Don’t say ‘They are persecuting me because I’m a Christian, because I’m reading my Bible’ Why are you reading your Bible? Read your Bible at home. Church Gist. You may have a display of your Bible in your office, but when there is plenty of work, that’s not the time to now be opening your Bible in your office. Our office is a spiritual office, yet I can’t find you reading Bible at 12 noon. Why? Plenty of work to do, things to deliver. Don’t use religiosity to confuse the system.”
