*Engage in active partnership with Jesus to see the God of speed at work in your affairs.
God is not a man that He should lie, He is up to anything He says anytime (Daniel 11:32).
Many of us know Him as the God of mercy.
Many know Him as the Provider.
Many more know Him as the Healer but very few do know Him as the God of speed and so we keep hanging on some day, some time, “He will do it.”
“I know some day, some time: He will do it.”
That aspect of God has not been duly engaged by God’s people. I think that’s why we are having the experience we are having this week that our God is not just the Saviour, He is not just the Healer, He is not just the Deliverer, He is not just the God of mercy: Our Father is the God of speed.
The hand of God is the hand of speed.
– You will see wonders.
– The God of speed will step into your affairs.
– The things you’ve been struggling for years will reach you as a dream of the night.
– He will surprise us again in the name of Jesus.
Today is the third day of the week of Spiritual Emphasis: After two days, He will revive us. Is anyone revived already? On the third day, He will raise us up (Hosea 6:2):
– You are changing levels.
ENGAGING THE GOD OF SPEED TOWARDS THE FULL DELIVERY OF THE 2020 CHURCH GROWTH AGENDA
By the hand of the God of speed, within 2 years, all that dwelt in Asia heard the Word of the Lord (Acts 19:8-10).
…ALL that dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks – The Holy Ghost does not lie. That’s the God of speed at work: there were no televisions, no radios. They were trooping into that city, into every part of Asia; trooping in their number, trooping in their droves. Within 2 years, the God of speed delivered the whole of Asia. That’s the God of speed for you.
We saw His hand upon Elijah in 1 Kings chapter 18 verse 46. Bible scholars put that as 20 miles. He told Ahab, “now go ahead, I can hear the sound of abundance of rain, lest the rain stop thee” (1 Kings 18:41). The chariot of Ahab had left; now the hand of God, the God of speed came upon Elijah and he arrived at the gate before the chariot that left before him. A man beating a horse in a race and beating the horse after the horse had left earlier.
The hand of God is the hand of speed!
We have lots of that hand of speed in this Commission time and again. If you have ever been to Kaduna Church, ‘Garden of Faith’, you will find something we call Fredrick K.C Price Hall: It was built in 2 weeks. It has not been rebuilt. 1990! It was built in 2 weeks, it has not been rebuilt apart from painting it and all that…built in 2 weeks!!
Began February 4th, dedicated February 19th: built in 2 weeks – the hand of God.
I was out to see Dr Frederick K.C Price at the airport and I was to follow him to Lagos to say bye-bye finally off and the Lord said to me, “get back home and start that building now.”
I said: Sir, would you excuse me. God just spoke to me to get back home and I asked 4 people to stand at 4 corners, “we dedicate this ground today for this building.” I called them by name, “you, you, this building is 2 weeks.”
You need to see the dedication sir. Awesome time, the building is still there.
The God of speed is in our midst.
“…His Word runneth VERY SWIFTLY” (Psalm 147:15). God is light, He operates by the speed of light and no wonder He is called the God of speed.
“What seest thou?” He said, “I see the rod of an almond tree” (Jeremiah 1:11-12).
“…Thou hast well SEEN, for I will HASTEN my Word to perform it” – the brighter we see, the faster He delivers. Just see it, leave God to the rest. We serve a God of speed.
Daniel 11:32
The God of speed visited us a Church 1993 December and by 1994, the Church jumped from 3,000 plus to 10,000 plus.
The God of speed still said, “I am still here”: so we jumped in 1995 to 19,000.
We jumped in 1996 to 26,000.
We jumped in 1997 to 37,000.
We jumped again in 1998 to 42,000.
By the time we left the old Church, we counted 50,000.
The God of speed is still at work!!
As the Lord liveth, He is right here, His hand is stretched forth and as we praise Him you find Him stretch forth His hand. The hand of God is the hand of speed. We are going to see God fulfill His Word. In the same vein, you are going to see God fulfill His Word in your life:
– It looks like you are far from ‘Breaking Limits. But relax! With the God of speed, anything can happen in one day.
– Some strange things that will humble the people around you and humble you will take place in your life this time. Let me hear your loudest Amen!
The God of speed is in our midst; the God of speed is at work amongst us, no one can stop Him.
He spoke the Word concerning Faith Tabernacle, that He will do it and dedicate it September 18, 1999.
God of speed: only Him can say that!
He said it, He did it, we all saw it. Has He changed? The God of speed is still here!!!
Let me hear your ‘Yes Sir’: You are saying that to Him. Yes, You are still the God of speed.
September 18th 1999: we gathered here and we celebrated the God of speed for performing His Word.
– He will perform it again.
– By the hand of the God of speed who visited May 2nd 2015 and launched us to watch Him; June 1st – June 7th 2015, we were in a fast. He took over. By July 26th, the Church doubled practically within 7 weeks.
The God of speed is still at work. He said, “I, the God of wonder Double, only me bears that name, I’m in your midst. For your shame, you will have double.”
He stepped in again, by October 25th, that huge number doubled again.
It didn’t just happen, we had about 18,000 plus over last Sunday; 30,000 plus, 48,000 plus, 50,000 plus and then the last day, 108,000 plus. God of speed is still at work.
Please don’t toy with God, God is not a man. He is the God of all flesh, there is nothing too hard for Him. He is the God of speed, He can make anything happen per time.
Don’t say if we are going to be double, won’t we be three quarter by this time! No, one moment. He is the God of speed.
Then He stepped into our midst last year and we saw Him planted 5,082 Churches: never ever of in our system, never imagined before but He said it and the God of speed by His hand made it happen.
The good news: we are crossing 10,000 new Churches next Sunday (8th November 2020).
Don’t announce that we are enlisting pastors, we’ve finished. We are not enlisting pastors again. We’ve finished. The last batch of these foot soldiers are departing today to their respective places.
10,000 Churches: so we are in a year of the God of speed.
Get excited: WE ARE IN THE YEAR OF THE GOD OF SPEED.
WE SHALL BE VISITED IN EVERY OTHER AREA OF THE PROPHETIC AGENDA THAT IS YET TO BE DELIVERED THIS MONTH.
EVERYTHING SPOKEN CONCERNING YOU FOR THE YEAR SHALL BE DELIVERED BY THE HAND OF THE GOD OF SPEED THIS MONTH.
Let me hear your loudest Amen!
Say this, “We are in the year of the God of speed. It’s clear.
His planting of 10,000 Churches within one year is a proof that we are in the year of the God of speed. Whatever He said concerning this Church, it will happen because we are in the year of the God of speed.”
Watch this God of speed, humorous God. I said, “Jesus, if this is not your University, I’m not interested.”
He said: It is I
Response: Okay, it is You. So we started construction March 6th 2002, delivered in full scale the first phase of Covenant University with 2 halls of residence with space for 1,500 students, cafeteria, faculty building: all in 7 months. We started March 6th, we dedicated it October 21st 2002. God of speed, He dwells in our midst.
Watch: as the Lord liveth, the God of speed, on or before November 29th 2020, this Church is minimum double.
“I am in the year of the God of speed. Whatever He said concerning me is coming through supernaturally this year and this month.
I am arriving at Shiloh 2020 as a ‘Breaking Limit’ personality.
The same way Joseph slept one night as a prisoner and woke up the following morning as a Prime Minister: the God of speed is changing my story by His hand of speed this month.
The God of speed is making us laugh as a Church this month. This coming Sunday, the God of speed will manifest Himself.”
The God of speed is right here in our midst!!! The God of speed is right there with you, the God of speed is decorating your life afresh. Celebrate Him.
In all these testimonies of divine speed, we actively partnered with Him. We were not just looking and waiting. We were doing our little bit that committed Him to show up. We were wholeheartedly engaging.
– For every one of us that will wholeheartedly engage in this month, if you want to see what you have never seen: go ahead and do what you have never done.
I still could remember my wife planting flowers at 2am in the morning of 18th September 1999.
All hands were on deck!
I still remember us trying to pave the front of CBS (or what we call the building right now) under rain. I said, “send to Dumex, send to anywhere, wherever they have the tarpaulins they can use, to protect this place from rainfall.” Active tireless, selfless engagement.
You want to see the God of speed, please move. Make moves and then He will put His hand on you for speed.
Make moves. Step Up and show that you believe in the operation of the God of speed by your engagement.
I was out yesterday and we returned with 258 souls. I’m not as busy as you are but I went out.
You better stand up. The God of speed is waiting for your part before His hand of speed will come on you.
But this month must not pass without you experiencing the God of speed at work.
By 29th November 2020, we are going to see the God of speed manifest Himself in our midst as a Church.
Thank God for grace to play your part.
Please be reminded that tomorrow we will not be having the Covenant Hour of Prayer so as to put things together for 7 am’ Leadership Empowerment Summit which virtually involves everybody.
Time: 7 am to 9:30 am
It shall be an awesome time.
Please honour God, you are not indispensable, you are only privileged.
Honour God, get to your District centres by all means. You are a cell minister: get there by all means or God will de-enlist you.
You may be going there but you are no longer on His list. Don’t let God de-enlist you. Honour Jesus. Let anything about Jesus turn you on.
Don’t do as if you are the one who saved Him, He is the One who saved you.
Don’t do as if you are the one helping Him, He is the One helping you.
Stop posing to God please. Humble yourself…and in due time, He will exalt you.
If you are a Cell Minister, Assistant, Secretary, you either resign or go there. God forbid sickness. You won’t see sickness, you won’t see distraction, you won’t have emergency call in the name of Jesus. It shall be well with your family, well with your children, well with your work, well with your life but honour Jesus. Those who are committed to honouring Him never lack honour.
When you hear instructions that pertain to you, respond. Jesus is Lord.
Zonal Ministers, District Ministers should be sensitive to those who are not present, so that we can know how to relate with them. Maybe they have another saviour!
– YOUR LIFE HAS ENTERED YOUR DECORATION ERA.
– NOBODY WILL ASK YOU AGAIN ALL THROUGH YOUR DAYS, “WHERE IS YOUR GOD?”
– IT WILL BE CLEAR THAT YOUR GOD HAS STEPPED INTO YOUR AFFAIRS IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST
The day is declared your day.
SPEAK TO THE DAY:
– Your going out is safe, your coming back is safe.
– It’s a day of testimonies.
– It’s a day of going forward.
– Everything is turning in your favour.
– Celebrate Him, magnify Him. Thank You Jesus.
Please ensure that at least one new soul comes with you this coming Sunday. Work at seeing one new soul join you at your cell fellowship. Ensure that your cell replicates as commanded.
His Word runs smoothly. Ensure that you are a part of this spirit, soul and body; watch how God will keep stepping into your affairs.
