There shall be today an outpouring of the wisdom from above. Church Gist. Everyone is leaving here today knowing what to do to keep good things happening in your life.
Proverbs 1:5. Divine wisdom has unlimited capacity for growth.
-You are going up today.
Proverbs 9:9.
Supernatural doors shall be opened onto you and as you hold fast to the instructions of wisdom, you will get wiser by the day. Church Gist. The prophetic focus for the month is Creative Wisdom Is My Heritage. Anchor scripture is Proverbs 8:12. Our teaching series is What Wisdom Is This? We are on part 2 today.
Mark 6:2. It is not the wisdom of mighty words but mighty works. What wisdom is this? That is the realm God is bringing you into. The realm of wisdom validated by mighty works. Church Gist. Wisdom validated by mighty works. Psalm 87:1-7. We are in the age of exploits in the body of Christ. Exploits will be a direct function of God’s wisdom at work in His people.
-In the name of Jesus, you will not be left behind.
By way of introduction, wisdom is a personal asset. Proverbs 9:12. Ecclesiastes 8:1. Wisdom is a personal asset. Please crave for it. Divine wisdom, not paper wisdom. Isaiah 55:8-9. We are not talking about an intellectual thing but a spiritual thing. Church Gist. Wisdom that speaks, wisdom that engenders mighty works.
-In the name of Jesus, today is your day.
As the Word continues to go forth, please see yourself from the picture of scripture. Church Gist. As we behold Him, we are changed from glory to glory. May you see Him today.
Wisdom is the oil in your lamp that keeps you shining. The oil in your lamp can’t light my lamp, I need oil in my lamp to shine. Proverbs 21:20. The oil of wisdom is a treasure. Church Gist. It eliminates stress and never lacks results. Proverbs 3:17. That’s your new realm. The realm of blessedness and peace, not stress and strain. Receive that today in the name of Jesus.

Watch out, anybody needs the oil of wisdom. We are the light of the world, we are spiritual lamps. He told them in the book of Revelation, “repent or I come to remove your lampstand.” So we are lamps. You need oil to keep the lamp shining. Let your light so shine, that means don’t let your lamp lack oil. Church Gist. The oil of wisdom empowers us to shine. Ecclesiastes 8:1. We must keep filling our lamps with oil, lest the light goes off. Proverbs 8:34. That’s wisdom speaking. Wisdom is profitable to direct. So we wait on Him daily for the right way to go, the right steps to take, the right moves to make.
Proverbs 8:34-36. Everybody needs a crave for the oil of wisdom, don’t be lost in the crowd.
Nothing of value is free. Proverbs 23:23. Buy! Stop waiting, get up to buy! Proverbs 23:23. It means, buy into the wisdom of God concerning your issues, buy into His instructions if you want a change. Church Gist. Buy and don’t sell oh. Keep building up. Proverbs 23:23. We buy wisdom through;
- A crave, a genuine crave. ” There’s a better way to do what I’m doing Lord, show me the better way forward”. “For He pours water only upon Him that is thirsty” and water is the Word and the Word is the wisdom of God. So, it takes a thirst. Isaiah 44:3-5. Church Gist. And as you keep shining, they’ll be coming to ask to, “please, allow me to bear your name”. It begins with a crave and then
- Sitting down at His feet to learn. Sitting with the Word – God’s wisdom bank. Proverbs 1:5. Proverbs 9:9.
- Make demands for wisdom on the altar of prayer most times with fasting to break through the barriers of darkness. Praise God.
- Connect to proven authors on the subject. Church Gist. Authors that have proofs of the reality of wisdom from above. I found a lot of them in my growing up days and I sold out to the things they carry.
Don’t sit down waiting for a change, nothing good happens by chance. Nothing good and I mean, nothing great happens by chance. “You know, they’re just lucky”, they’re lighty, they have access to the right way to go and they kept going there. Church Gist. Wisdom is a personal asset you must go to buy. Go and buy oh. You can’t use somebody else’s knowledge to pass an exam, you need your personal knowledge to scale through. No one can attend an interview on your behalf. No one can run your race because you’re sick. Church Gist. You know you’re supposed to run a 100-metre sprint, they say, “but he’s sick, so his brother has come to represent him”. They don’t represent people, you use your leg, you use your personal training.
This short man you’re looking at has spent time and I’m still spending time. I wrote this note down this morning. Church Gist. You better wake up! There’s nothing happening here today that I cannot explain from Scriptures how they came to be.
- In the name of Jesus, I see your future secured.
Matthew 25:9. Revise to be listed among the 5 foolish virgins. Don’t watch your oil of wisdom finish, crave for it. Psalm 14:1. “Daniel 5:11. Genesis 41:39. James 1:5. Not, “if any group”, “if any man”. Church Gist. We serve a God of all wisdom who gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to men of understanding. He’s the source, get back to source, it’s available. It’s your birthright in Christ. Wisdom is the heritage of our children. Matthew 11:19. Go make demand for it, it’ll give you rest tomorrow. Daniel 2:21. Romans 11:33.
As we have said severally here, that order of wisdom cannot be found in the land of the living, it cannot be acquired from any school of learning, the highest of researchers cannot find it because it is hidden from the eyes of all living. Church Gist. Job 28:12-13. That’s our winning secret, it’s not found in the land of the living. No research centre in the world can unravel the economy of this Commission, no one. No stealing, no borrowing, no playing games, yet continuous supply from Heaven’s wisdom channel. Church Gist. The instruction to keep the flow, you caught it and you engage with it, relax. Not just for the ministry, for my person. 45 years, no private phone call to any mortal man for help. “Hello, this is Pastor. There’s a need here..” I will rather trek than be a burden on a member of the Church. Church Gist. They came one time to welcome me in Kano and they brought one of our very precious friend’s car and I said, “no, I told you before never to come with any other car”. Shepherds are not ordained a burden, shepherds are a blessing to the flock. Please, relax. If you don’t have the instruction on how to maintain the flow of favour, you’ll be struggling with life. Church Gist. Please, understand this. He’s not a partial God, He’s no respecter of persons. You can’t get it right and God will not respond.
- In the precious name of Jesus, today marks the turn of events in your life! Because the step you need to take to keep going forward is being revealed to you in Jesus’ name.
Job 28:20-22. His wisdom have the capacity to tame destruction and death.

Proverbs 3:16. This wisdom lengthens days. Welcome to a new world. Thank you Jesus. It’s your turn at last! Proverbs 4:7-10. Church Gist. If Jesus tarries, I see people here today at 100, still bouncing, clapping and singing. If you’re one of them, let me hear your loudest Amen.
Now, first understand who you are in redemption. You are redeemed to create solutions and not a concern. Praise God. Matthew 5:13. Salt solves problems, salt doesn’t create problems, salt gives taste to living. Salt preserves system from decadence. You are redeemed to create solutions and not problems. Church Gist. You are redeemed an asset not a liability. You are the Light of the World, you show the World the right way to go. They follow because they see the results you command by going that way. A city that is set on the Hill that cannot be hidden, they look up to you. Matthew 5:16. You are redeemed as a blessing and not a burden. Genesis 12:2. God is saying, “I have redeemed you as a blessing to your world not a burden.”
-No one here shall be a burden forever.
Redeemed as a distributor not a beggar. That’s where you belong. Church Gist. You are not redeemed as a beggar, you are redeemed as a distributor of good things.
-You will never lack good things in your life.
Matthew 25:31-40. You are redeemed for triumphant living, not for defeat.
-The last defeat you saw is the last one you will ever see.
2 Corinthians 2:14. We triumph always and in every place through the savour of His knowledge, through the Wisdom of God at work. Church Gist. We are redeemed to triumph over the battles of life and not for defeat.
-You shall not know defeat anymore.
See yourself from the mirror of this Scriptures and react against anything contrary and watch how God will keep changing your story from glory to glory.
You’re redeemed an overcomer, not a struggler. 1 John 5:4.
-Welcome to the overcomer’s world.
Now, here is one big deal. Please recognize that by redemption, Christ is now resident in you and Christ is the Wisdom and the Power of God. That means, the Wisdom of God is now domiciled in you. 1 Corinthians 1:24. Christ, the Wisdom and the Power of God. Church Gist. Upon being born again, you have unlimited access to the Wisdom of God which is the Word of God in print. Mark 4:11. Luke 11:49. God’s Word is God’s wisdom in print. Upon being born again, you now have legal access to the deep wisdom of God as contained in His Word.
I sat up one time and I asked myself, “I was born in Church all my life now. I wanted to know, “What did I learn all my time in Church before I was born again?” I can’t point to one. You know? A lot of preaching. Yes! I couldn’t point to any. Until one is born again, he has no access; he cannot see the blessings in the Kingdom. John 3:3-7. But staying in love with God is what keeps this access open. Church Gist. John 15:14-15. So friendship is not for free. You become a friend of God by doing whatever He commands you with delight. By trashing your views and running with His instructions. Amen. John 15:15. All things! Unlimited access! When you secure friendship with Jesus through your delightsome obedience to His instructions, you gain unlimited access to His wisdom. Unlimited access. Genesis 18:17.
When you secure friendship with God, your access is unlimited to the deep things of God. John 7:17. So you can’t know if you are not listed among those who will do His will. It is your disposition to doing His will that secures the flow of wisdom. I reacted, “No! This can’t be the Place!” And I have my logical reason for it. And when He said, “This is the Place, I trashed it.” And I could get some of those fellows in the vehicle with me saying, “What’s wrong with this Man?” He was the one shouting, “This can’t be the Place.” I heard Him and I trashed it. Church Gist. Now, I had my view about Lagos, “I’ll never live in Lagos,” I said that with all vehemence. He said, “Arise! Go down to Lagos,” I trashed it. You know? Only the meek can grow in wisdom. You know? You are too much oh. Many of us are too much for God. God is careful about talking to us, so you don’t insult Him. There are some people you know the right thing to tell them but you know they would react against so you watch them to go ahead. Just go ahead because I don’t want to disturb my life.
Someone here was going somewhere and I said, “Young man, you’re missing your step.” He said, “No, I heard from God.” I said, “In 6 months, you will regret it.” 4 months! He called me and said, “It has happened.” If he knew, he wouldn’t do it. It almost cost life. I had nothing to do for him, I didn’t have anything for him to do. If any man will do His will, he will have access to doctrine, His wisdom. He will have access. Are you willing to? There are many people today that even God can’t correct them. They are in the wrong and they will be sweating, trying to defend it as if they are taking God to court. You are wrong, you are wrong. Just say, “I’m sorry, I’m wrong.” Can I tell you something very open? We did official commissioning of the Ministry on 17th of September and I went to thank God for His majestic presence in that Meeting. He said, “My son, I’m not the One you heard. You heard yourself. About going to Jos, it’s not Me you heard. He said, “Remember in 1974, you were playing table tennis along Jenta area.” God has data, incorruptible data. Luggage packed but joyfully unpacked. You better wake up!
-May you be open to His corrections. Through genuine meekness not bragging.
“I got a PhD” and so what? PhD to do what? We’re talking about the Wisdom from God. Can PhD direct you? Proverbs 9:12.
-In the name of Jesus, no one will miss his place.
If you let God lead you today, it will show you tomorrow. Please allow His Word to guide you.
Upon baptism in the Holy Ghost, we now have the Holy Ghost that teaches all things and brings all things to our remembrance residing in us. John 14:26, John 16:13-14…So He’s our middle Man. Church Gist. He brings any instruction from Heaven down to us. “He shall receive of mine and will show it to you.” Now you are born again. Now you have the Holy Ghost. You have unlimited access to the flow of divine wisdom. And in Jesus name, it’s starting from now!
One great proof of this wisdom at work is stress-free life. “All her ways are ways of pleasantness and all her paths are peace.” Proverbs 3:17. Church Gist. All of the above engraces the redeemed to operate with the wisdom from above in the adventure of life.
- In the name of Jesus, I decree an end to every stress and strain in your journey!
- Therefore, receive grace to keep this divine deposit there for unending manifestation!
Remember in the episode of the month, you have your teacup and you have your cubes of sugar in it. If you don’t stir it, it won’t affect the taste. It won’t give the taste you expect. So you stir it to spread the effect of the sugar. In the same way, you stir this divine deposit. You stir it by the Word. The Word is the rod. Church Gist. You engage the rod of the Word to stir it and it brings up the light you need in your area of concern. You throw salt into your soup. You don’t stir it, it will over salt a section and leave other areas saltless. But when you stir it, it affects the whole soup (and) gives you the pleasant taste you are looking for.
- Grace to keep this stir, receive it now!
I already told you the four things to do. A crave, sitting to learn at the feet of Jesus, engaging prayer and fasting to see the way out when you are at a crossroad and then reading materials of proven authors; those who have proof to have what you are looking for and things will keep changing.
- It’s your turn for a turn around! Thank you, Jesus! Thank you, Lord!
Now I have this testimony from one of our senior people from the US (United States). “The wisdom that works”: I purchased this other titles including, ‘The Wisdom That Works’ and from this book, God answered many questions of my life. She has a PhD. The husband has a PhD. They run a big time institute. “I caught so much light from them that I read it aloud to our congregation.” They were so excited and we ordered more books authored by the Bishop. Now watch! Previously, I was very ill and I came to a stage where my body was desperately worn out. Church Gist. Though I had read many healing books, I knew many healing scriptures but I didn’t understand that I had to sit, read and think. This discovery set me free. It became health to my whole person. There were days I did nothing but sit and read because what I read was God’s medicine to me. I’m so grateful and blessed.
She was worn out. What they call burnout and got the book, “The Wisdom That Works”, liberated her. She said I caught the word first. Read, think! Many read. So many don’t think. Read, think! Thinking is squeezing the juice out of the orange ball. They call it meditation. What is this word saying? What does it hold for you? Church Gist. If you are not a reader, you are not a learner. If you’re not a learner, you will be limited in wisdom. Wisdom demands continuous learning. “A wise man shall hear and increase in learning.”
- Receive grace this morning because something is breaking loose in your life!
Whatever appears a tight corner, sit with Jesus and say, “Jesus, there must be a way out.” Can I have you say that with me? Call His name, “Jesus, There must be a way out.” For tensions in anyone’s family, there’s a way out. Crisis in your business, there’s a way out. There must be something you are doing wrong. Freelance spending, no control, no budget and a waster today will become a beggar tomorrow. Church Gist. Everything should be planned. But if you are not willing to listen, He will just leave you like that. You will just be going on and going on, stress every day. “I don’t even know what happened.” ‘I know what happens. You should get wiser.’ Get wiser.
- Somebody’s story is changing!
“Lord, why is my situation in this area like this? I know there must be a way out. Jesus, show me the way out in this matter. Church Gist. There’s a wisdom solution to every human problem. ‘Whatever He tells you to do, do it’ and then you have the answer.”
- You won’t miss that anymore!
Today is Our Covenant Day Of Settlement.
- Every unsettled area of anyone’s life shall be settled in this Service!
Can I say this to you? This is not copied from anywhere. It’s not found from any book. God instructed me to throw out these Services on annual basis. Church Gist. Some of them we run them twice in a year. None has three. This is the last one for this year. The Covenant Day of Settlement for this year is today.
- And in the name of Jesus, because the last day is everybody’s day, God will settle you today!
We read in the morning at the Call To Worship, “forever, O Lord, thy Word is settled in heaven.” Church Gist. God’s settled Word settles people. God’s settled Word settled people.
- Today, His settled Word will settle you!
- God’s settled word will settle you!
Isaiah 33:6. Wisdom and knowledge is ordained the stabilizer of destiny. It’s the mystery behind settlement of destiny. “Wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times and the strength of salvation. The fear of the Lord is what keeps it flowing.” Wisdom and knowledge is the covenant settler of destinies. What is wisdom? “Whoever hears these things of mine and doeth them is a wise man.” What is wisdom therefore? “Applied knowledge.” That is, you know what God says and you apply yourself to it. You apply yourself to it. That’s wisdom. Church Gist. Proverbs 24:3. “Through wisdom is a house built and by understanding, it is established. We are God’s building. 1 Corinthians 3:9, we are the temple of the living God. Through wisdom, we grow and go forward and by understanding, we are settled.
Wisdom is the master key to your desired settlement. You can’t do what He says to do and be unsettled. Whatever is built on the Word enjoys stability no matter the prevailing circumstances because the Word lives and abides forever. Whatever is built on the Word is sure to withstand all negative circumstances. Church Gist. Remember, “the rain descended, the storms came, the wind blew against that house, and it fell not because it was founded upon the rock.” Building your life on the Word guarantees stability, settlement that goes beyond you to your generation after you.
I love what the Sage, Kenneth Hagin said in those days. He said, (well) he was talking about his co-ministers, “you keep building on gifts; we are building on the Word and when you are no longer there, we will still be there. Church Gist. Today, Hagin’s ministry is still speaking louder than when he was alive. The wisdom of God! Living by the Word stabilizes destiny.
- In the precious name of Jesus Christ, every unsettled area of your life is declared settled today!
No matter how many devils are in your environment, if you will love Jesus, love your wife as Christ loves the Church, no devil from hell can bring crisis. Now, in case your husband is not saved and you submit yourself unto your husband as unto Christ, no devil can enter that place, peace will come. Church Gist. So, understand these instructions are not theoretical, they are real. They are real! No matter how many devils of poverty are in your village, if you are a giver according to the rules, giving cheerfully, giving willingly, you will prosper openly, no matter how many witches are against you. You think witches are for me? They are so sleepless because of me but they can’t do anything. He has set before you a table before your enemies and your cup will be running over while they keep watching helplessly. You can’t be in the Covenant and be trapped. Church Gist. Please, wake up! Things are wonderful now but Bible prophecy said they’ll be worse. You better take cover in the Word of God. Take cover, you’ll be glad you did.
- It’s your turn to be settled and today is declared your day of settlement!
- Today is declared your day of settlement in the name of Jesus.
Stability or settlement of destiny is a function of doing what God says to do in His Word as we saw in Abraham. “Get thee out of thy country” he did. Church Gist. “Circumcise the male born in your family” he did. “Take your son, your only son Isaac” he did and Abraham’s blessing is still speaking today.
- That’s how your blessings will be speaking.
Please note that by redemption, no child of God is permitted to suffer beyond a while or a moment before it’s settled. So, whatever has gone beyond a while or a moment is contrary to Heaven’s plan. 1 Peter 5:8-10. Church Gist. In case you don’t know what a while is, you saw the case of Paul in that Island when he was bitten by a venomous viper and they waited for a while to see him swollen and fallen down, but he was standing. “Ah! He must be a god” So a while is not a month, it’s not a week, it’s not a day, it’s the same time that they stood there.
- Whatever has gone beyond a while in your life, you are due for settlement.
- Your marital destiny is due for settlement.
- Your job situation is due for settlement.
- Your business challenge is due for settlement.
- 2 Corinthians 4:17. Any affliction that’s beyond a moment in your life is due for settlement. That sickness must leave now!
Would you say to any situation that is unwanted, “hello, you have stayed on here beyond a while. I am due for settlement. Lose your grip off my life, off by business, off my affairs. Lose your grip today. Church Gist. You have stayed here beyond a moment. It is illegal for you to continue, so get off my affairs, get off my business, get off my children, get off my grandchildren, you have stayed beyond a while…” —Prayers—
Listen to me, whatever you declare on this ground today will deliver in your life! Any challenge of long continuance is a curse but Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law. Church Gist. Deuteronomy 28:59. It’s listed among the curses of the law, but Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us and transformed the curses into blessings. Galatians 3:13,14.
- Therefore, in the precious name of Jesus, any issues of long continuance buffeting anyone’s life is cursed from the root today! If that is you, let me hear your loudest Amen!
What are the Covenant requirements for accessing God’s plan of settlement for your life?
- Be born again. New birth makes you the righteousness of God in Christ. Isaiah 32:17. 2 Corinthians 5:17,21. So at new birth, you have become the righteousness of God in Christ and it’s your entitlement to enjoy peace, quietness and assurance forever. Therefore, until one is born again, he’s not a candidate for settlement.
- May today be your day of settlement.
- Be committed to building your faith to secure your desired rest because we enter into rest by faith. Hebrews 4:3. It is by faith we enter into rest. Hebrews 4:6. You are entering your realm of settlement today! Church Gist. It takes your active faith not just to enter but to abide in that realm and in the name of Jesus, today is that day for you. Hebrews 4:9. So God has reserved a rest for you and our access is active faith. So keep your faith alive.
We were on a flight to Israel one time and then there was a big bang in the plane and it was as if the plane was going off. I heard Jesus everywhere. “Peace, be still” Calm forever. Faith keeps you calm in the face of crisis. Church Gist. Water filled the boat, Jesus never woke up, he was asleep. You think He’s such a sleeper? That’s rest and He questioned them, how is it that ye have no faith? If you have the faith that I have, you won’t be (crying) oh, we’ll perish, we’ll perish. It takes faith to enter into that rest and what happens when you are at rest? Church Gist. He takes over your fight. He takes over what? It is faith that puts you to rest and that is what gets God to work. Exodus 14:14.
- I see God fighting your battles from now. Let me hear your loudest Amen! I see God fighting your battles from now in the name of Jesus.
- Demand for your settlement in prayers which you have done here today. How much more will God give good things to them that ask Him?
· Whatever you have called for today in this service is yours!
· I’m saying right now, listen to me, this covenant day of settlement is ordained your hour of settlement!
· You will hit surprises this week!
· Somebody’s God ordained spouse will show up this week!
· Somebody’s long awaited miracle job will show up this week!
· Somebody’s dying business will take on a new life this week!
· Somebody’s struggling career will bounce back to life this week!
· Whatever has lasted beyond a moment, beyond a while in your life, it is turned into a testimony!
- Enter into a covenant to make serving God your new lifestyle. You will enjoy rest round about. Church Gist. As long as they stayed in that covenant, there was no more war. 2 Chronicles 15:12. They rejoiced at the oath, they were not coerced to do it. It was from within them and God gave them rest round about.
· So, I decree your roundabout settlement today.
Verse 19 said, “And there was no more war.” When your covenant of serving God is sustained, war ceases. Church Gist. You live in a war free zone of life. War ceases. Please keep your covenant of stewardship alive. Stop playing religion, be real! Be real! Stop posing to be doing what you’re not doing, be real! Be real! As long as they kept to that covenant, they enjoyed rest round about. There was no more war.

· For those who will join on a covenant basis this week, be openly rewarded.

· Whatever door remains to be open, by this operation, God will force them open.
· You will enter into that new phase that God has ordained for you!
