The Secrets to the Presence of God

How many of you want to carry the mobile presence of God? The indwelling presence of God? Now open your hearts to the secrets, because your life is about to change.
To carry the presence of God there are attitudes you must cultivate, because your attitude will determine your altitude.
1. The attitude of dwelling in the presence of God. Psalm 91: 1 “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty”.
Luke 24:49 “And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high”.
If the presence of God has not clothed you, don’t come out of the dwelling. Make it a habit to dwell in the presence of God, because anytime you dwell in God’s presence, you go back with His presence. Anytime God is present somewhere people leave with His presence.
2. The attitude of withdrawal.
We live in a very noisy and dusty world. You pass through the internet and your Spirit becomes dirty. You go through the streets and your eyes become dirty. If not even by the grace of God, sometimes you go through some churches and you become dirty. So there is a need for personal withdrawal. At time do without internet. Social Media can dirty your spiritual life. It could be your phone or even football.
So there is a need for withdrawal from some of these things, we lived our lives before they came, we can still live without these things .
Jesus withdrew Himself. Luke 5:16 – 17. And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed. And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them.
Cultivate an attitude of withdrawal. Sometimes fast from social media for one month.
3. An attitude of praise and worship. God inhabits the praises of His people. Whenever you praise and worship GOD, you invite His presence. Psalm 119:164 Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.
As you cultivate this attitude, you shall not lack the presence of God in Jesus name.
4. The attitude of fasting and prayer. Not all retreats or withdrawals must be on fasting and prayers. You can withdraw and just meditate and worship with songs.
Moses fasted for 40 days and when he came down, the Israelites could not look at his face because he came from the presence of God. Exodus 34: 29-33. There is a dimension of the presence of God fasting can release upon your life.
It was said one day, as Kathryn Kuhlman was ministering, her eyes got in contact with the camera and the camera got burnt. Light from her eyes burnt the camera. Imagine how that light can burn the devil himself. And you know Kathryn Kuhlman was a woman who gave herself to worship and to fasting and prayers. Grace is released upon you.
5. The attitude of coming to Church – the presence of God. Psalms 84:7 They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God. When you are in Church, you are not before a Prophet or a Pastor; you are before God. You have come to mount Zion and you will go back with a measure of the presence of God.
Don’t play with going to Church. Your house is not Zion.
6. The attitude of Sacrifice.
Any man who has cultivated the attitude of sacrifice, invites God. It was the sacrifice of Solomon that invited God. We are told that Solomon was not a priest yet he dedicated the temple and the glory of God interrupted the service such that the priest could not minister. Psalms 50:5 “Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice”.
