While rounding up the First Service on Sunday, Apostle Emmanuel Iren of Celebration Church, led his members to pray against terror1sm in the Northern part of Nigeria.
He started by praying for the Churches who are faithfully preaching the Word of God. He prayed that God would continue to bless and multiply them till the Church in general experiences progress more than ever before.
He then proceeded to lead the congregation to pray for Christians in Northern Nigeria that God should preserve them and also, expose the wickedness, the secrets and hidden motives of some of the manufactured conflicts being paraded in the Region.
The Region has been characterized with k1llings from band!ts, Fulani herdsmen, boko haram just to mention but a few. Many Christians have lost their lives, properties and many have been rendered homeless. Even Churches have been razed down by these evil forces.
Apostle Iren cited the example of Pharaoh who held the Israelites captive for many years and it was looking as if God wasn’t bothered but when his time came, the judgement of God was made manifest in the land of Egypt. He therefore prophesied to The region, “Pharaoh, your day is coming. For everyone sponsoring terror!sm in this Nation, your day is coming. The Red Sea is waiting, it will swallow you, your chariots, your horses and legacy!”
