EXAMINE YOURSELF WHETHER YOU ARE IN PRIDE OR NOT.
YOU DON’T OWN A COMPANY, YOU DON’T HAVE A BUSINESS AND YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK FOR ANYBODY.
THERE IS ALWAYS A STARTING POINT IN LIFE, IT IS PRIDE THAT WON’T LET SOME PEOPLE GET STARTED.
MANY OF YOUR CHALLENGES ARE NOT FROM THE DEVIL, IT IS JUST PRIDE.

There are some ladies that no man is qualified to be their husband, no man can meet their criteria for it. There are some men that no lady is suitable to be called their wife, they are not well travelled, they are not exposed, they are not at my level. You find their destiny just truncated there without knowing where it is coming from. Church Gist. There are many people, they are just experiencing heat that they can’t tell where the heat is coming from. There is no laboratory where you can check it out. The book is here to check it. Examine yourself whether you are in pride or not.
Just check and you will find it. I knew someone who got stranded like that for nearly thirty years. Thirty years of finding who is suitable. Church Gist. The devil will just hide one corner and be tormenting people. Take thirty years out of your adult life, what remains? Behind it is pride. Pride! Pride!! Pride!!!

- In the name of the Lord Jesus, you will not suffer the plague of pride anymore in your own life.
Some can’t get a job because no job is befitting for them. “You gave me a job as a worker, is there no managerial position”. Come and carry it as CEO. Somebody was jobless and I said would you like to work somewhere and he said “I am not working for anyone in my life”. Church Gist. So how are you going to eat? People are just choking their own life. You don’t have a company, you don’t have a business and you don’t want to work for anybody. Go and work for the devil.
I taught in primary, I taught in secondary, I taught everywhere. I am teaching in the university now. I taught everywhere. Every little moment I had, I seized it.

- To touch lives.
You better wake up.
“I will not work anywhere except a bank” go and start one. They are still giving license. Commercial or Merchant or Mortgage, go and start one. “Apart from foreign service, I can’t serve anywhere in the Civil Service. Church Gist. The one job I can take right now is United Nations, my PhD is in International Diplomacy”. You are a diplomat, just give yourself a tag and go ahead.
There is always a starting point in Life, it is pride that won’t let some people get started. You are starting a business with 500,000 and you want a new car, an air-conditioned office. Church Gist. So you went borrowing money to start. When will you break even? Pride! pride!!
If you leave one place and you are going to start afresh, you are a beginner. You are beginning a business so come down. All these borrowings before you even start life, it is not life.
The torment of pride is uncountable. You just get tormented here and there. Church Gist. You say it is the devil, it is not the devil, you chose to.
- That evil choice is over today.
- Every damage that pride may have done to anyone’s life whether regarding marriage or outside of marriage, the end has come to it now.
