Daddy; Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye sir, we honour you today as you join the Company of Octogenarians in our Time – marking your 80th Birthday today; 2nd March , 2022.
Your life has been an Immense, Enormous; a Mountainous, Mammoth, Massive, Monumental, Mega and Collosal Plus to this Generation particularly the Body of Christ globally.
Grandpa sir, your life of Humility, Meekness and even Submissiveness to the will of God is a core Lesson for me and many in this Generation.
My First Encounter at a close range with you sir was in 2001 at the Redemption Camp during the May 2001 Holy Ghost Convention specially designed for Youths where you spoke expressly by the Spirit of God about a certain Youth in the Camp that night and all you said completely X-ray my life, my Journey so far and the Future in broad.
I had another Encounter of a Lifetime with you in November, 2011, 10 years after the Previous one under the Strange Move of God in Lusaka -Zambia where you told me ” ..it will yet increase in your hands” and the finger of God increased a Church of 951 Congregation to 11,000 Congregants in 2 years, 3 months. It was mine Awesome Privilege of Stewardship, Prophetic Connection and Drawing Lessons of life from you sir.
Destiny together with Priviledge of Prophetic Wing put me again in the Company of my Father in the Lord ; Bishop David 0. Oyedepo and our Father; Bishop David Abioye exactly 10 years ago (2012) when you were celebrating your 70th Birthday at the Redemption Camp.
These 2 Patriarchs with our 2 Mummies were on their way to Redemption Camp to honour you sir when my Jerubbaal said to me “Victor, we are on our way to Redemption Camp in 30 minutes, so get set…”. We arrived there live at the Holy Ghost Night that night after 6 Solid Hours in the Traffic of the Redemption Camp because of the Mammoth Crowd that came to celebrate you as our Icon in this Dispensation.
Earlier before that evening (a few Days before), I had desired to be at the 70th Birthday of this Progenitor to contact Grace and I had prayed that as a way of the Proof of my Connectivity to these Aprons, God should inspire my Father in the Lord to ask me to follow among the imminent Great number of Pastors at the Headquarters then; and God honoured this. You Blessed my Father and all that came that night with him wholeheartedly.
The Lord brought you again on Eagle’s Wings Daddy GO, our Dearly Beloved Precursor and Paterfamilias to Nairobi Kenya in November, 2015 when I was priviledged to serve as the Resident Pastor of the Church and there you told me ” …. you will yet get bigger and bigger..and all that is connected to you shall be called Blessed”. These are Generational Sworn Blessings!
Finally this 5th Time in December 2019 as soon as we started this New Work; I was at Omu Aran; Kwara State Nigeria as I came home to celebrate Christmas with my Father in the Faith and also to be part of the Revival Crusade you were organising. We were in your (Daddy GO’s Convoy to Rore & Aran-orin. This sealed up my Encounters with Grace because Five (5) implies Grace. This was after 38 years of your last Visit to Omu Aran in 1981.
This is without prejudice to various moment of being Live under your Ministrations; those are just the Times of Personal & Close Encounters with you sir. All Glory to God for these Priviledges.
This and many more are the Basis for our Celebrations, Hope, Assurance and Strong Confidence in Yeshua Hamashiach who called you and all our Fathers because a lot has been invested in us.
Sir, today is your Day and we hold you in High Esteem and deeply thank God for your life these 8 Decades and chose you to lead a mission that is 7 Decades old; the Redeemed Christian Church of God – RCCG. Truly, the God of our Great Grandpa – Pa Josiah Olufemi Akindayomi is Faithful.
The Description of your life could only be summed up in Grace. I cherish, adore, celebrate, honour and appreciate this Grace Daddy sir.
Happy, Happy 80th Birthday our Father; wishing you sir many more years of Impacts as Christ tarries.
