THE STANDPOINT CHURCH
Located in the city of Abuja, Nigeria, The Standpoint Church is a word-grounded Church with a mission to unfold the mystery of the Gospel and make people experience the grace for dominion. The Church was founded by Pastor (Dr.) Phil Ransom-Bello in the year 2015. It was birthed from the Ransom World Outreach Ministry pioneered by Bishop Ransom Bello of Calvary Life Assembly International, who is also the father of Pastor (Dr.) Phil Ransom-Bello.
Pastor (Dr.) Phil Ransom-Bello is a medical doctor by training. When he was 9 years old, he received the call of God on his life and it was confirmed by so many witnesses through words of prophecy. By the time he was a teenager, he began to serve as a leader in his home church. While undergoing his housemanship at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, he was privileged to serve under Bishop Wale Ajayi of the Church of God Mission International, Miracle Centre, who trained him for ministry.
The Standpoint Church’s message is centred around the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the New Covenant of Grace with a goal of establishing the excellence of God’s kingdom in all sectors through Spirit-inspired leadership. The Church places a lot of importance on The Word, Prayer, Worship and People.
Audacity Music, the worship team of The Standpoint Church, is the organizer of ‘Yadah’, one of the biggest yearly worship concerts held in the city of Abuja. The Church’s maxim is “Christ Amplified” and the Yadah Concert has proven this to be true. The concert has been described by many as an unforgettable experience; beyond the music and the lights, their hearts were drawn closer to Christ and they encountered God afresh.
Over the years, The Standpoint Church has grown to be a thriving church in the heart of Nigeria’s Federal Capital.
