Real encounters are always most memorable. They are not things you forget in a hurry. Real encounters stay with people for life. Church Gist. Real encounters keep stimulating joy and rejoicing all the way. May each one succeed to secure a real encounter via the Word today.
I still remember praying, “Jesus whatever yoke I will need to bear when I am old. Let me bear it now that I am young.” By what I saw in Lamentations 3:27 at the age of 16. In the same season, I saw also that I have been redeemed as a king and a priest to reign on the earth, not in heaven, to reign now. I was 16 when I had that encounter. It got a hook on me, I began to think royal thoughts, I won’t do what kings won’t do. Real encounters are always most memorable. People read, people listen, people hear messages but they have not really had encounters. Church Gist. They are entertained or informed at best by what they hear. I pray that today will be one unique day in everyone’s life where you will take hold of a Word that will keep adding value to your life forever. It shall be so.
My son, my prosperity plan is not a promise, don’t claim it. It has no respect for fasting, don’t waste your life. It is a covenant, until your part is played I am not committed. One word 42 years ago still ruling my life today. Encounters are most memorable. When you walk with God, you look like a magician. Your things are just working at heaven’s command. Church Gist. They said to Jesus, you have a devil. You are the prince of devils. There is no man who can be doing these kinds of things without a devil. You look like a magician. I wrote in my book the charms I used. So you don’t get confused. God’s Word charms me and I use the charms and it is working.
- In the name of Jesus, your encounter will come through today.

- The son of wickedness will not afflict you anymore.

The first good news is this: Every provision of this book called the Bible is real. Second, it is accessible. Third, it is available. Fourth, it is obtainable. Every provision in this book is real. It is accessible, it is available and it is obtainable. What a good news from heaven. Church Gist. Every provision in this book is real, it is not make-believe. It is accessible, so it is not mystical or abracadabra. It is available and it is obtainable. However, only to whosoever believes. All that is determined by whosoever believes.
For instance, listen now. Romans 12:19. The Holy God said that. So talking about vengeance is not carnality, it is part of God’s holiness. “I don’t believe in vengeance”. Then you believe in affliction. Carry on with it. Until God brought vengeance upon Egypt and the gods of Egypt, Israel could not find their way out. They remained in captivity, they remained in bondage. Exodus 11:1, 4:22-23. Church Gist. God’s vengeance is not for Jack and Harry, God’s vengeance agenda is for His sons and daughters. You better secure your place in God’s family otherwise the wicked will keep tormenting and afflicting you. Zechariah 2:8. Isaiah 49:24-26. That’s God. That’s His defense of His people. Church Gist. Instead of crying night and day, secure a place that qualifies you for God’s vengeance. Be the son of God you pose to be. If the devil has a part in you, you can’t be free from him. You are a lawful captive, you sold out. If you come to Church in the morning and go to a native doctor in the night, you have sold out. If you have something from the devil in your pocket, you are sold out. “Thou shall not have any other God beside Me.” It is a verdict.
Because of the pace of things happening here, many will never believe that there is nothing else we are doing. Till they die, they will be convincing themselves of error. If I have any part in the devil, I won’t be on my feet. Church Gist. If the devil has any part in me. But there is no devil in hell that can say, ‘Where are you going?’ I have not seen one. Can darkness say no way to light? Relax my friend.
- It is over to you. Many agents of hell will give up today.
- The assailants of the redeemed will disappear like a dream.
- The ones that won’t let you go, will go down for you.
We serve a God of vengeance, Jesus taught us to pray vengeance prayer. Luke 18:18. Today, for every true child of God, the God of vengeance will show up in your favour and you will hear the news this week. Church Gist. The Holy Ghost is the Spirit of vengeance and He just descended on Elymas and he was struck blind for standing in the way of the Word of God. Acts 13:8-11. “and the Deputy believed.” Vengeance answered, the door of salvation opened. Something is breaking forth in your life today.
Isaiah 61:1-2. Jesus closed the book at “Preaching the acceptable year of our Lord”. He closed the book. We call that the former rain era. Church Gist. Then the latter rain opened, without any delay, vengeance came in Acts 5, vengeance came again in Acts 8. Vengeance everywhere. So we are in the days of vengeance in the Body of Christ. Isaiah 63:4.
- It has been declared your Year of Fortune, every force from hell resisting your access to your package of fortune will pay for it today.
- Every wrath of the wicked against God’s agenda for your life this year will be visited with judgment.
Let that be in your heart we are already there, the Covenant Day of Vengeance is on and your breakthrough is here.
Now if you check that, vengeance preceded Isaiah 61:3. Your beauty comes up after your enemies have been judged. Beauty for ashes! A new name! All these followed after the act of vengeance. After vengeance answers from heaven, Israel was launched into realms of favour. They spoiled the Egyptians. Church Gist. Favour always follows vengeance. Whatever has tied down any area of your life, as vengeance answers today, favour will come on your life. Isaiah 61:4. Breakthroughs! That is what follows vengeance. More often than not, until vengeance answers, the wicked hardly gives up. Today, vengeance will answer in your favour.
I can tell you this after 55 short years of walking with Jesus, the reason why many are grounded is that they are adding something else to this Jesus. James 1:8. They are adding something else to Jesus in secret. God sees your secret more than He sees your outside. Wake up, my friend. There is nothing I have believed God for from that book that didn’t answer. Whatever God cannot do, let it remain undone. Whatever you can’t give me, may I never have it. Church Gist. Wherever you can take me, may I never get there. I settled down with God and God came to settle me. Until you settle with God, you are not a candidate for settlement. Settle with God and He will settle you. Stop looking here and there. Settle with God. For every true son and daughter of Jesus, today is your day of escape.
Some fellows gathered years ago in our old place and said they must kill me. I didn’t know what was going on, I was just doing my thing. Coming out of the office at 1am, 2am. We were not living on the premises. I was very simple to kill. Judgment answered without my invitation, without my information. Church Gist. You can’t tell how many have paid dearly for daring you. Take your place in God. The first son of the man who chaired the meeting, 42 years old, fell down screaming “my head! My head!” and died. Two days after the second one, 42 years old, “My head! My head!” The meeting scattered.
- God will fight for you.
- Anyone that plans your death will die in your place.

Exodus 4:22-23. Serving God secures life. Take advantage of opportunities for stewardship. It secures life, it secures destiny, it protects people. Wake up! Church Gist. When God takes over your battle forget about your enemy. They will smell. When God takes over the battle of a believer, forget about his enemies. He will make them to smell.
- Today, your adversaries will smell.
- The enemies of your soul will smell.
- Anyone launching attack against you without a cause will go down
- Every arrow shut against you, will go back to sender in the name of Jesus.
ENGAGING THE MANIFESTATION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR SUPERNATURAL BREAKTHROUGHS 2.
That is our teaching series for the month. I have given you the tip of the Covenant Day of Vengeance to arouse your faith. To stir up your faith for your final escape today, it will happen. Church Gist. Today being an Anointing Service, that yoke shall be destroyed. Your besieged destiny shall be released.
The manifestation of the Holy Spirit is for our profiting. 1 Corinthians 7:12. We have an open ticket to earnestly covet any of the gifts of the Holy Spirit that is applicable to our lives. Anyone you believe is special for your own triumphant living. We have said it over and again, the Comforter literally means Helper. This Helper now lives in you and me. Don’t toil with the demand for baptism in the Holy Spirit. You will be vulnerable to the wickedness of the wicked without Him. It is not a Church doctrine. Jesus said, “Don’t go out until you are endued with power from on High or I can’t guarantee your safety.” Luke 24:49. Everybody needs the baptism of the Holy Ghost so the Helper can be indwelling your life. Not that you forgot your help at home like charms. Church Gist. Some fellows will forget their charms at home, they will prefer to miss their flight and pay double for it because their help is at home. When you are baptized in the Holy Ghost, your help is within you. You can’t forget Him. You are not packing Him, He is in there. That’s our edge against the enemy. Our help is domiciled in us. It is not something we are looking for, something we forgot at home. No! He is in there. John 14:16. So we have our Helper within us. You are in the air, He is there. You are on the sea, He is there. You are on the road, He is there. You are in your home, He is there.
I slept one night many years ago and I saw myself in a coffin and in the sleep… because your spirit doesn’t sleep, I said “Satan, you must be a dummy. Is it not written that there is no wisdom nor counsel nor understanding in the grave? No one sees himself in the grave and stays there. Get lost.” The helper is in you. You are not in Church and He is at home. He is in you. Please get baptized in the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking with new tongues. Don’t think you are M.D. of a company, which M.D.? Satan does not know M.D. They brought somebody to me from PhD Harvard, mentally derailed. What is Harvard? You are talking about the devil. Church Gist. Get baptized in the Holy with evidence of speaking in tongues. You will be begging around town if you don’t. They will make merchandise of you by fake prophecies to manipulate your life. When the Helper is there, you will know who is a liar. You can tell because what He says doesn’t line up with the Word. Everybody needs the Helper and everybody needs to jealously guard the ministry of the Helper in his life. You can grieve Him and you can quench Him. Be careful. Some are speaking in tongues and they know the tongues is not real. It is the residue of what used to be there. It is not real. There is no refreshing! You speak in tongues and you are not refreshed. It is not real. Speaking in tongues refreshes people. It is like you learnt a language before, no matter where you go to the remnant of that language will still be in you. So jealously guard His ministry, many were baptized but there is no sign of baptism anymore. They are busy grieving Him, some have quenched Him.
He is the Lord of Breakthroughs. Every breakthrough is facilitated by the Holy Ghost. We are in this Tabernacle today facilitated by the Holy Ghost. He is the one that speaks on Heaven’s behalf today. John 16:12-14. Every breakthrough is facilitated by the Holy Ghost. It is time to walk off the realm of mere motivational junk. You can’t motivate yourself to come and do what God is doing here. Which motivation? That you don’t have a budget and then He speaks and provides the budget. Church Gist. No! Motivation will look for how to get the money from the bank and plan properly because they are limited in that realm. Motivation will build a campus within seven months? Forget it. They don’t have that strength. No! When the Holy Ghost comes in, He triggers breakthrough agenda and God backs Him up because He sent Him. That is where you are going.
You see the breakthrough at the Ark? That is the mother of breakthroughs. We are as refreshed as when we are not doing it. He is doing it because He declared it. Where are you going without the Holy Spirit? You will be struggling. We acquired a plane without a budget. Without borrowing, without overdraft, without stealing. That is not motivation, that is connectivity with Heaven’s agenda. God who made the whole world out of nothing. Everybody needs the Holy Ghost to experience breakthroughs in life. Breakthrough is accelerated by revelation. Church Gist. The Holy Ghost is the facilitator of revelation. John 16:14, 14:16. Behind breakthroughs in all ramifications is the Holy Spirit. Please embrace Him. 2 Corinthians 3:8. John 6:63. We need the Holy Spirit to keep us on the track of breakthroughs for life. Your days of struggles are over.
We were going to move to our site in Kaduna when we had this challenge of being evicted from where the Church was. Then came the Holy Ghost. Do you know what He said? “Should this Church move to that place, that will be the end of this ministry.” what! So you just break down for life by going the way you think is right. If we were labouring in a place over this period and we now had this, why don’t we quickly finish the basement and move the Church there? Church Gist. Should this Church move to that place? That will be the end of this ministry. E mi o de be mo lati ojo yen o (I haven’t gone there since that day). I never crossed that place since 1989. I don’t want the ministry to end. He spoke out to bring the ministry out. Allow Him to lead you. People just jump about all kinds of things, allow Him to lead you.
When you read the new edition of the revised Mandate, you see the raw story. These are not fabrications. No! A quality walk with God will always make a difference. Our breakthrough will be utterly limited without the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Isaiah 45:1-3. Anointing subdues nations. The anointing opens impossible doors. That is how the Holy Spirit triggers breakthroughs unlimited. Isaiah 45:13. The Spirit of God is the mastermind of all breakthroughs. “He shall build me a city…” So who built Canaanland? A land where there has been no power outage since 1999. No water shortage since 1999. Who built it? The Holy Ghost. The first time I was told how much we pay for Diesel if I knew we would be using candles. I said it can’t be true. They said we have the records here. I said it can’t be true and that was then. Church Gist. A land where no robber can enter who built it? Jesus! Even during construction, with all the wild robbers of this area, not one came. Those who came, they became labourers. People were earning raw money on a daily basis and nobody said “Bring your money.” Not here. He shall build me a city… The anointed. That is what happens when you come under the anointing, not games, not theoretical wealth. Please allow the helper to offer you the help that you need. Let Him be the guide to your next phase in life.
You don’t have to kill your mother, kill your son to have money like they do in town. All kinds of junk people living fake lives. They are restlessly restless. You can’t kill somebody and be restful. Can I tell everyone who is listening to me around the world this? We are enjoying the jewels of Heaven in this Commission. No games! I can tell you that, do you know why? Church Gist. When there was no physical cash, there was no need. When income was ₦18,000+ in a whole year, there was no lack. So it is not the literal thing, it is the blessing. May that same blessing locate you now. Thank you Jesus.
That Helper is already here with His diversities of operations, differences of administration but all by the same Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:4-5. Church Gist. Every gift of the Holy Spirit delivers on demand. Luke 11:33. For the time that we have, we look at four operations of the Holy Ghost that engender unstoppable breakthroughs.
- The Holy Spirit Is The Spirit of Faith That Empowers Believers To Command Exploits
2 Corinthians 4:13. Hebrews 11:33-35. Through faith! The Spirit of Faith empowers believers to command exploits. Church Gist. The Spirit of Faith, not the principles of faith. What are the characteristics of the Spirit of Faith?
i.) The Spirit of Faith is a speaking force that speaks more often than not, the unspeakable.
The things you say are considered unsayable by many. They are too loud, they don’t follow protocol, they are out of range. The Spirit of Faith speaks the unspeakable. “18th September 1999, the Tabernacle shall be dedicated.” What? Where is the plan? Wait. What of the budget? Never mind. He speaks the unspeakable. What He believes, He speaks openly, unashamedly, boldly. Everybody needs the Spirit of Faith to follow through with divine agenda for their life. There are things God wants to do but your faith is not there to capture it. So it passes you by. God said to me that morning, “It is time to get the aircraft.” No plan! No arrangement! No anything! I said it the same morning. There is nothing to be ashamed of. Church Gist. The Spirit of Faith catches what God says and declares it unashamedly. There was no reminder. Announcements made on Saturday, no reminder on Sunday and no reminder forever and in 6 months, the aircraft landed. To show that it was God, we are still flying up till now. What if I kept quiet? It is gone. He speaks the unspeakable. You can never be defeated with the Spirit of faith at work. Mark 11:23.
ii.) The Spirit of Faith is the driving force that makes unimaginable moves.
“Hello, Noah. You are a farmer, but I am asking you to build an Ark that will save your generation from being destroyed.” Noah moved… Hebrews 11:7. He is a moving Spirit. You believe it, He moves you. The Spirit of Faith moves people on whatever God declares for them to do. Church Gist. Noah succeeded, the Ark floated and his entire household was saved. Through faith, they passed through the Red Sea. Hebrews 11:29. How can you move this multitude of people to the Red Sea? To get them drowned? No! The sea saw them and fled. Psalm 114:3. The Spirit of faith dares the undareable as long as it is from the mouth of God. It goes ahead.
- The Holy Spirit Empowers Our Giving Life To Walk In Financial Fortune
2 Corinthians 8:1-3. There was power beyond their power responsible for their own liberality in spite of their poverty. Jesus said, “I have power to lay it down and power to take it again.” John 10:17. There is a power element that enhances our giving life into realms of financial fortune. Power! How? Church Gist. The Holy Spirit shed His love abroad in our hearts. He fires the love of God into our hearts. Romans 5:5. Every true lover is a delightsome giver. John 3:16. Every non-giver is not a lover. The Holy Ghost fires the love of God into our hearts, among other things to sustain our giving life into realms of financial fortune.
So He is called the Spirit of love. He comes in to enlarge our love capacity and by so doing, enlarge our giving capacity. And by doing so, accelerating our access to realms of financial fortune. The kind that your Church walks in today. Your Church sent relief materials to Rwanda, to Sierra Leone, to Liberia. We are a Church, we are not a nation. We are coming from somewhere. Somebody says don’t we preach the same thing. Oh Yes but are we doing the same thing? We are not. It enlarges. How much were we worth then? It enlarges. God brought us into contact with a group of people far on the mountains walking and living naked and this Church responded. We now have a secondary school working there, a primary school working there, we sank boreholes for them to get clean water. Church Gist. Only givers prosper in the Kingdom. Prayer can’t bring prosperity. The Holy Spirit empowers our giving life to walk into realms of financial fortune by enlarging our love capacity. Love for God that overflows to men. During the Ikeja Bomb Blast, what your Church gave, the Red Cross said it is the largest singular source since after the Civil War, they received in Nigeria. That is where we are coming from.
We are not consumers, we are distributors. Our enemies are confused. Up till now, a percentage of our total church income goes for humanitarian services. We have come into many places with insurgency crises, communal crises to do our bit. Without your love capacity being enlarged, you are far away from the realm we are talking about. Church Gist. Lord enlarge my love capacity thereby enhancing my giving capacity, so that I can also experience the realm of financial fortune, you are talking about. Pray that prayer. You have been by yourself all along, it is time to spread out. It is time to let the blessing flow.
- The Holy Spirit Empowers Believers For Health and Wholeness
Romans 8:11. The Holy Spirit is a quickening Spirit. He quickens or makes alive our mortal bodies, the organs of our body, all that pertains to us. He is a quickening Spirit. He is also the Spirit of might or strength. Isaiah 11:1-2. Among the seven Spirits of the Lord, He is the Spirit of might. Church Gist. Ephesians 3:16. The Holy Spirit quickens our mortal bodies, strengthens our inner man with might so our outside man can respond. Everybody needs the Holy Ghost. - The Holy Spirit Is The Spirit Of Joy And That Spirit Enchances Our Health.
A merry heart doeth good like medicine (Proverbs 17:22). He is the oil of joy and gladness, so He keeps you joyful and on top everyday and joy therapy is vital to healthy living. Joy in the morning, joy in the afternoon, joy in the evening, joy in the night, rejoicing forevermore by the ministry of the Holy Spirit that keeps you healthy and strong. Church Gist. I therefore by the anointing today curse every air of depression around your life. Proverbs 17:22. When the spirit of a man is broken, it breaks his body along with it. I curse the siege of the Spirit of depression in anyone’s life. Be loosed from it in the name of Jesus. - The Holy Spirit Delivers From All Oppressions Of The devil
Not some, all. Acts 10:38. Luke 4:18. He delivers from all oppressions of the devil. How? The spirit of power. The Holy Ghost is the Spirit of power. We saw Jesus return in the power of the Spirit to Galilee. Luke 4:14. And then unusual doors opened. Luke 4:37. We saw the mighty power of God as that madman of Gadarene was delivered in Luke 9:43. Psalm 66:3. He delivers through the greatness of His power that the Holy Ghost offers. Everybody needs the Spirit of power to live an overcomer’s life in this wild wicked world. A 12-year-old boy was kidnapped, they got to the shrine where they took him to and the agent of the devil there said, “Return him, we can’t use him oh. Return him or you all run mad. You can’t use him.” Church Gist. You remember the story of the lady that was captured by ritual killers and they locked the door behind and they said this is the end of the world. The little boy, her toddler began to say “Holy Ghost fire! Holy Ghost fire!” The mother brought the bottle of oil and splashed it on the floor and it caught literal fire. “Open the door let us go”, they said they couldn’t get to the door. She took her mantle and waved it to the door and the door opened. In this wicked world, you need power to live the overcomer’s life.
Someone came from Uyo here to visit his younger one and he saw that I was holding a microphone on the almanac, he said, “Please turn that thing away. Fire is coming out from that microphone.” He came to afflict him, he got afflicted and that was the end of it. Power pass power. No power under heaven compares with the power of the Holy Ghost. Everybody needs to be empowered. The Lord spoke to me in 1982, He said “This ministry is not out to debate over doctrines but to prove the power of the Holy Ghost.” Church Gist. So I don’t care about what you say about what we teach. Come and duplicate what we do. When you see a man speaking from a flier, paper, in tongues and then all the assailants went down in stupor and all the captives went free. That is not doctrine. That is raw power. Available to all. These two things married together, you can’t be molested anymore. No! What you carry is beyond what the molesters have.
- Therefore, today being our Covenant Day of Vengeance, your long awaited liberty is finally settled.
- Working and working without anything to show ends today.
- Struggling for survival time and again ends today.
- The siege of misfortune is finally lifted today.
The good news is that we are required to invoke vengeance. Isaiah 54:17. You will condemn and I will confirm. God won’t confirm what you have not condemned. You will condemn it. Church Gist. Every force out against my destiny in Christ, every arrow targeted against my life, returns back to sender today. Everyone that wants me dead, dies in my place. Everyone that wants my children dead, dies in their place.
Today God will hear you. Israel was to be in Egypt for 400 years but it was 430 years, the devil held them back for 30 years outside of God’s agenda. But they had no Bible with them. Now you have a Bible. You are long overdue for a new dawn. You are long overdue for a change of story. So it is left to you. Church Gist. Most of the time, people that hold us down are not human. Our contention is not with flesh and blood. God has to judge the gods of Egypt to set Israel free. Every shrine, every idol where they have put your name to hold you bound is declared overturned today.
Ecclesiastes 8:11. There is a need for speedy judgment to stop the evil from going any further. Today is that day.
- Every kidnapper in this nation comes under judgment today.
- All of their sponsors come under heaven’s judgment today.
- Every shrine where they sacrifice human blood is blasted today.
I was speaking here and there was this man that fled from Ghana, there was an idol in their family and if you don’t worship that idol, you are dead. So the father said run to Nigeria. He came to this Church and gave his life to Christ. Church Gist. One day I was speaking and I pointed at him in one Midweek Service. Guess what? The idol disappeared in Ghana. The father called him and said the idol of the family, they couldn’t find it. It disappeared.
- Every gang up against your life will disappear into thin air.
Proverbs 26:2.
Every unwanted issue of your life, there is something behind it. Church Gist. Now curse that thing on this day of vengeance. Enough is enough.
