- No more nightmares, no more struggling for survival in the night.
- No more roaming the streets in confusion.
We are concluding today on ENGAGING THE WONDERS OF PRAYER AND FASTING. We will be looking at it from this perspective captioned Reaching Out For The Outcomes Of The About To Be Concluded 21 Days Prayer and Fasting. Church Gist. Reaching out. They are there, you need to reach out and take delivery. Reaching out for the outcomes of the about to be concluded 21 days of prayer and fasting.
Expectation is the covenant requirement for all supernatural manifestation. Proverbs 23:18. Habakkuk 2:3. Proverbs 24:13-14. What are the outcomes to expect from these 21 days of fasting and prayer? What are the scripturally based outcomes to expect? Remember faith is the substance of things expected, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1. Things hoped for connote things expected. Church Gist. So faith is impotent without expectation. According to Scriptures, your faith plus fasting and prayer will deal with any devil from hell. Matthew 17:20-21. Any devil from hell must give way. This kind requires that your faith be coupled with prayer and fasting, which you have done. Therefore in the name of Jesus, every hold of the wicked on any aspect of your life clears the way finally today.
The following are the scripturally expected outcomes of fasting:
- Expect an upgrade of our spiritual empowerment and authority.
Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit and His mission opened up. Luke 4:14.
- God’s agenda for the year will open up for you.
Luke 4:36. Authority level had changed. Church Gist. Power level had changed. So expect experience of higher levels of empowerment and spiritual authority. Psalm 63:1-3. Expect that.
- Expect a new realm of access to revelation.
2 Corinthians 4:4. The god of this world – satan blocks the way to light. When we engage in prayer and fasting our light breaks forth. Isaiah 58:8. That kind of god of this world goeth not out but by prayer and fasting. So expect access to new realms of revelation in return for your engagement. Church Gist. Light is sweet, it is a beautiful thing for the eyes to behold the sun. Nothing energizes the believer like access to revelation. Nothing! The Word is the food of the Spirit. So access to the Word means continuous supply to spiritual nutrition that keeps you strong and healthy. Expect access to higher realms of revelation. - Expect new realms of health and vitality.
- Throughout this year there shall be no breakdown for you.
For He said fasting and prayer is a platform for the speedy springing forth of our health. Isaiah 58:8. So expect new realms of health and vitality. No weakness, no feebleness. Just keep going. He sent His Word and it healed them, so your access to revelation secures your healing when attacked. Psalm 107:20. 2 Peter 1:4. We partake of divine nature through the Word. We imbibe divine nature from the Word and divine nature is immune to sickness and disease. There is no disease in divine nature. So the more our divine nature content rises, the freer we become from the things that corrupt the world. Church Gist. Proverbs 4:20-23. We service our health with the Word. Just get the Word into your heart, it begins to impact on every area of our lives including our health. Those who toss their Bible aside don’t enjoy divine health. You can’t ignore the filling station and expect your car to remain on the highway. God’s Word is the service station for our health, don’t ignore it. It is a package with responsibility. Matthew 4:4
- Expect a new realm of dominion over sin. Isaiah 58:8. 1 John 3:7-8. It’s not principalities, the devil is behind sin. And that kind of devil won’t give way except by prayer and fasting and so, he gave way already. Can I hear your Amen? Church Gist. So, expect to walk in new realm of dominion over sin. Romans 16:14. 1 John 3:8. So, sin has been reduced to a choice, you commit it because you choose to do it. But now, you have been energized in your spirit to gain command and take dominion over sin. Thank you Jesus.
Now, Jesus went on that fasting expedition, came back and overcame the tempter and the tempter left Him for a season. Luke 4:13. He said, “I’m coming back. You think I’m gone? I’m coming back”. He came back. Church Gist. Through this fasting and prayer, we have taken dominion over sin now, watch out against the intruder. 1 John 5:18. Watch out against the intruder, watch out! Fasting has ended, some are going on break and because of their break, they’re down. Watch out. They left Him for a reason, not forever, a season. Luke 4:13.
- can I have you say, “I have dominion over sin by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. By my obedience of faith, I’ve secured my dominion over sin during the 21-days of prayer and fasting and I vow by the grace of God to sustain my dominion”.
Expect to walk in a new realm of dominion over sin. Thank you Jesus.
Isaiah 35:8-10. That’s what dominion over sin offers. It stops sorrow and sighing. That’s God’s agenda for the end time. He’s throwing an highway of holiness, that’s the way we go through to make Heaven. 1 Corinthians 6:9. Church Gist. So, we are going to go through the highway of holiness to make it there and God is raising that highway right now. No one here will miss it. So, come on on that highway, it’s the only way to go to make the most of our adventure of earth an make it into Heaven.
- Your dominion is established.
- today, every thirst for sin is declared destroyed.
- every unclean spirit will fly out this morning in the name of Jesus!
- Expect to walk in new realms of clarity of divine direction. “The Lord shall guide thee continually..”, Isaiah 58:11. That’s the Word. Church Gist. From fasting, we secure our place in the continuous guidance agenda of God. That means your spiritual ears will remain open and your spiritual eyes will remain bright. You won’t miss what God is saying for you to do and you won’t miss what God is showing you in the name of Jesus. Church Gist. So, expect an end to confusion, expect an end to delusions. It’s one of the outcomes to look forward to and you’re getting there.
Nothing can be more gorgeous than walking by the dictates of the Lord. Church Gist. When the Lord is your Shepherd, only goodness and mercy will be following you all the days of your life and that’s you.
- From now, you won’t miss your step on the journey!
- Expect the hand of God to become evident in your household and your generation after you. Isaiah 58:12. Psalm 112:1-3. Church Gist. So, among the things we secure from the prayer and fasting altar is a blessing upon our households and our generations after us, so expect it.
- There shall be no evil report from any member of your household this year!
- none from your relations!
- it shall be a year of good news only everywhere.
- if you believe that, let me hear your louder Amen.
-Finally, expect a New Era order of supernatural change of story.
Isaiah 58:14. God is saying: “I’m taking you to your high places. It shall be your New Era year. Things that eyes have not seen nor ears hear shall be the order of the day, Amen! Expectation is vital, hold it tight. Thank You Jesus! Remember, it is to everyone according to his expectation. Those two blind people cried to Jesus. Church Gist. Matthew 9:28-29. So our experience is according to our expectations. You must have heard me say before: “I’m not surprised that we are where we are today, thank God for bringing us there but I would have been surprised we are not there.” Why? I expected it! I expected it based on His Word.
-Now, listen to this: In the precious name of Jesus, whatever you genuinely expect by faith today shall be delivered into your hand. Lift up your right hand to Heaven and thank God for your package!
——PRAYERS—–
Well, in this impartation service, please listen! Every empowerment of the Spirit answers to a genuine thirst of God’s people. God hates waste, He only pours water upon him that is thirsty and floods upon the dry ground. He only pours His Spirit upon them that are thirsty. Isaiah 44:3-5. And when he passes, it shows. He turns them to a show among men, people want to change their name to their names by the reason of God’s hand upon them. Church Gist. Earnestly covet! That’s what the Word of God is saying when it comes to empowerment – Earnestly covet. Look forward to it with all intensity. Earnestly covet the best gifts. Nobody ever gets empowered casually. No! Earnestly covet. Isaiah 41:17-18. So, this is a desperation that usually connects you to impartation. No one is a carrier of impartation without desperation – “I need this thing, I don’t have it, I want it.” That’s how it comes. Thank You Jesus!
John 4:38. You don’t have a borehole but you have access to someone’s borehole of water supply and that at no cost. Just that you won’t carry the water to your house, you will come there to collect the water. Praise God! Others have laboured and you have entered into their rest. That is what impartation is all about. Numbers 11:17-29. So, they entered into that place by entering into another man’s labour. Amen! Church Gist. They didn’t see God face to face but they entered into all that Moses saw. That’s what impartation is all about. You enter into another man’s labour. I entered into (Kenneth) Hagin’s labour direct! By a genuine desperation and crave. Well, you came from Ajah, that’s quite some distance but it’s that crusade that I’m going from here to Tulsa. I went for only that and I returned with it. I don’t know what you came for today oo, but if you truly came for something and you are desperate for it, you are returning with it.
-You are returning with it
I’ve been on a mountain beaten by rain and all that but you have not been there, but you can connect. “Open your heart therefore,” it’s for free. Jesus told His disciples: “Freely you have received, freely give.” You don’t pay for it. Church Gist. I am bothered when people say I’m buying into the anointing, that’s nonsense, that’s not biblical, that’s sorcery. “Give me some of these,” that’s totally nonsense. He said: “Your money perish with you!” It’s for free!! You only need a desperate heart, a crave from the inside and then you can flow in it.
-Somebody’s story is changing.
As the Lord lives, by the touch of this Prophetic Mantle, special miracles will be wrought this morning, goitres will fly out, terminal disease will be terminated, the siege of stagnation will be over. Church Gist. The siege of frustration and failure will be over, marital spell shall be broken, marital storms and crises shall be over, barrenness will be overturned from the roots, career failure will come to an end.
- Ogun amubo, a o ni ri mo o (The battle of ‘possessing and slipping from the hand’, we will see no more)
- Ogun asedanu a o ni ri mo o. (The battle of wasted effort, we will see no more) In the name of Jesus.
Know that Giants are born of Giants. 2 Samuel 21:20-22. Prophets are sent as fathers to whomsoever they are sent. 2 Kings 2:12 and then the Mantle fell, he received double of the Spirit of Elijah. So, access to impartation demands a sonship or daughtership position in the lives of those who crave for it. Church Gist. The King of Israel shouted to Elisha, “My father, my father, shall I smite them?” Elisha was not the father of that King, but as a Prophet sent to him, he was his father. 2 Kings 6:21-24.
At creation, everything produces after its kind. So, every believer should produce after the kind of their source. Please, watch out today. It is not normal to experience anything contrary to what is going on in this Commission, it’s not normal. Church Gist. It’s your right to be an extension of this Commission wherever you’re found, in terms of disposition and experience.
- So today, just like this Commission does not struggle to get things going, your days of struggles are declared over!
As you all know, inheritance pertains to sons and daughters. Inheritance only pertains to sons and daughters. Proverbs 13:22. Malachi 4:6. Church Gist. So, people won’t need to struggle again and be reinventing the wheel. You just connect and then you replicate and you multiply the grace.
- Somebody’s story has just changed.
So, impartation is the medium for experiencing replication and multiplication of grace like Elisha had it. 2 Kings 2:15. The spirit of Elijah doth rest upon Elisha, because whatever happened by the hand of Elijah began to happen by the hand of Elisha and the mockers bowed themselves to the ground before him. Church Gist. A little while ago, they were mocking him. When he returned with the evident replication and multiplication of that Spirit, they bowed to the ground.
- Your mockers will bow to your God.
- This year, your mockers will bow to your God! (x4)
But, prophecy delivers on two way faith system, as we round off.
- Faith in God and the integrity of His Word. That was the faith of Abraham that made the impossible happen. Romans 4:16-21. Church Gist. Faith in God and in the integrity of His Word is a Covenant platform for seeing Prophetic Word come to pass. You don’t believe in God, you don’t believe in the integrity of His Word, you’re not a candidate, because biblical prophecies are defined as the more sure Word of Prophecy, but for them to come to pass, there must be strong faith in God and the integrity of His Word, prevailing circumstances notwithstanding. Church Gist. One has to believe God and believe the integrity of His Word to see biblical prophecies come to pass in his life. Luke 1:45. You don’t believe that, you can’t get it.
For example, some may say, “I believe God can do anything, but in this circumstance, what can God do? The Doctor already said there’s no more hope”. You see now? He believed in God, but did not believe in the integrity of His Word. “I know God can do anything, but I said Doctor said there’s no more hope. What am I to do? It means I’m dead, I’m dead”. What a judgement!
Secondly, while God speaks to our destiny and eternity, His sent prophet speaks to our moments. Luke 4:25-27. So God has sent prophets who carry His word in their mouth. 2 Chronicles 20:20. Church Gist. God heard them when they prayed – yes! The Prophet spoke up on what to do to win the war without shooting an arrow. They did and God manifested Himself.
Matthew 10:41. Receive the person of the prophet so you can connect with what he carries. Until you welcome anyone to your home, you can’t ask ‘what did he bring for you?’ He comes in first, his person is received and then what he carries can be accessed. Church Gist. Only those who receive a prophet in the name of a prophet can prosper by what the prophet carries. That means, receive the person of the prophet and believe the message he bears for you. Then you can prosper by what he came along with.
- Somebody’s story is changing!
Now, here is the caution. “This child is set up for the falling and the rising again of many in Israel and for a sign that shall be spoken against.” There is no true prophet that will not be spoken against. Only false prophets that bamboozle their way all over but those who will say just what God says no matter how you look, they will always be spoken against. Church Gist. Somebody might be saying in his heart just like that man “even if God opens the windows of Heaven, shall these things be? This time tomorrow, there will be surplus of food. How? You think we are dummies? This man just thought he was talking to riff raffs. We are intelligent guys.” His intelligence killed him. This time tomorrow!
Somebody with the heart of unbelief might be saying in his heart, how can this Church be twice its size in 3 months? Somebody is saying that in his heart – he’s already out of it. He can’t connect. He can go for outreach – 20 times, it won’t make any difference. He won’t see any soul saved. Why? He does not believe in the integrity of the person of that prophet neither is the word that he bore forth. Some never believed that this place will be built in one year. Church Gist. Sir, they didn’t come. They didn’t come here. Everytime they hear that the thing is going on here “they can’t complete, there is no way.” You better sit up.
You were here when God said, He would plant 5,000 Churches in one year. Did He do it or not? There are some who came down by it, who heard it and spited it and came down. I was speaking to a situation in Nigeria one time in our pastor’s meeting and some individuals were very upset. Church Gist. They paid terribly for it, terribly Sir. There is no point saying it here. You didn’t send me Sir, He sent me and I don’t care how you look. I say what He tells me to do.
Don’t bother doing anything you don’t believe in. It won’t work. Don’t ever engage, it won’t work. No prophetic word will deliver without faith. Faith in the personality of God and the integrity of His Word; faith in the person of the prophet and the message he bears. Church Gist. Those are the two straightforward covenant ways of seeing prophetic words come to pass in your life. Somebody picks the mantle this morning, (he hisses) – nothing! Headache increased – nothing! Yet in the same Service, somebody is free from cancer. How? It is to everyone according to his faith.
- It’s your day!
Isaiah 28:21-22. God specializes in doing strange works and performing strange acts. Just let your faith out and you will see His strange works and His strange acts in your life. God told me one early morning in 1996, “it’s time to get the aircraft.” I had no idea how much it cost. And I announced that morning, “God just told me this morning it’s time to get the aircraft. If you give according to what you have, not according to what you don’t have.” I can’t see them give what will buy an aircraft there. Church Gist. You know I am a pastor so I know them. It was mentioned only once. Some have been performing all kinds of things to buy aircraft. We didn’t pray one day. No prayer – “O God, bring the money.” No prayer. We didn’t pray one prayer. No! Please, relax! God is up to anything He says.
‘We will enter 75 nations in a year.’ Okay by budget in terms of dollars; by budget, I know what that means. We didn’t spend one dime. One! One dime! Don’t joke with God Sir. Don’t! And we entered 83 nations in one year. Now, for anyone who cares to believe…God can never force you to believe Him. Church Gist. You choose to believe or disbelieve. God will never and no prophet can force you to believe him. It’s your choice. What you believe is your choice. What you don’t believe is your choice. It’s your choice.
- The next 3 months as the Lord lives shall be the most humbling months in this Commission and in your life!
- Light will break forth that will bring about strange acts and strange works of God in your life!
