Pastor David Ibiyeomie
While teaching during the Second Service on Father’s Day of Honour Service, Pastor Ibiyeomie admonished every man to ensure that they point all the members of their family towards Heaven.
He stated, “in your goals and dreams, make sure the family thinks of making Heaven at the end of their chapter on the Earth.” He encouraged fathers to let their family members know that Heaven and hell are real.
He further explained that in the World that we live in today, people no longer think of Heaven. They only focus on earthly pleasures. He concluded by quoting Mark 8:36, “what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul?”
“Thank God for the blessings on the Earth but the greatest of all should be that at the end of our chapter, you and I will make Heaven” – he remarked.
