HOW GOD TURNED WHAT WAS MEANT FOR SHAME TO A TESTIMONY DURING MY WEDDING CEREMONY. – Rev. Ntia I. Ntia
Rev. Ntia, in a bid to encourage believers during his message on Easter Sunday to always hold on to the promises of God when confronted with challenges, shared a story of how God turned what was meant for shame to a testimony during his wedding ceremony.
He narrated how that a month to his wedding, people who had come together to assist him withdrew. “Let us see how he will succeed in that wedding. None of us will give anything” – they said. Church Gist. But to their amazement, God supernaturally came through for him. He arrived for the introduction with two bottles of wine but somebody went and brought cartons of wine for the event.
He was given the marriage list and he stepped out to take fresh air when a man approached him and requested for the list. The man took the list and told him; “thank you. Please, on that day, just come. Everything will be there.” Church Gist. That was how he went to the event with just his clothes.
He therefore beckoned on believers, “refuse to agree with satan that you are stranded. Refuse to agree with the devil that you are hopeless. Even if you are on the verge of the red sea, go forward.” He further said that believers should refuse to buy into the negative things happening around. Rather, they should confess the Word of God.
