BUT WHEN WE FACED OVERCROWDING IN AREA ONE THEY DIDN’T CARE.

– Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche

While ministering at a Ministers Conference during the Uganda Healing and Deliverance Crusade, Pastor Paul Enenche recalled the event that occurred after the dedication of the Glory Dome – a 100,000 Seat Capacity Auditorium.

According to him, it was an exciting moment when the Glory Dome was dedicated as dignitaries such as Bishop Oyedepo, Pastor Adeboye, Pastor Kumuyi, former President of Nigeria, the then acting President of Nigeria and other personalities graced the occasion.

He further said that before they could recover from the excitement of the dedication of the Glory Dome, ‘demons rose everywhere’ and they started asking “what are they trying to celebrate? Why don’t they use the money to build industries for the poor? The Church should offer employment, the Church should do this and that and the Church shouldn’t use such big money for that kind of project.”

He said that the attack was so severe that some faint-hearted people were feeling depressed and sad on their behalf that the attack was too much. Referring to those who were attacking them for building the Glory Dome, “we didn’t use their money, we didn’t ask them for money; the poor and needy are being taken care of and everything that must be done was being done.” He clearly stated that all that the Church was doing in reaching out to the needy and the poor didn’t impress the devil. But the moment the building and dedication of the Glory Dome was done, it shook the gates of hell; made a bold statement for the Kingdom and all the devils were stirred up to attack the Church.

According to him, when all these attacks were on, they deafened their ears and continued in their pursuit of their God given mandate. He also gave the reason why they needed to move from their previous Church facility (Area One). He said, the facility they were using before could no longer accommodate the multitude. They were holding 6 Services every Sunday with attendance of about 50,000 people to the extent that people were staying over the fence during Services. Hence, the need to move to a bigger place. “Nobody knew we existed until the Glory Dome was dedicated. They didn’t care that we were there (referring to the previous facility)” – he stated.

He reiterated his experience to that of Archbishop Benson Idahosa (of blessed memory) who said, “everything was normal for him until they built the Faith Arena and then hell broke loose.” The Archbishop was told that he was a coca1ne pusher and he was called all manner of unprintable names after the building of the Faith Arena.

He concluded by admonishing believers, “if you want God to do major things through your life, you will be coming against territorial principalities and powers of nations but the good news is that you cannot be stopped neither can they shake you if you know who called you.”
