IN 1974 WHILE I SUBMITTED MY PHD THESIS AND WENT FOR A CRUSADE, I SECURED THE PHD WITHOUT ANY ORAL EXAMINATION. I WAS BUSY DOING GOD’S WORK, GOD WAS BUSY DOING MY OWN.

WHEN I RECEIVED MY GRATUITY FROM WORKING WITH THE GOVERNMENT, THE LORD MADE TO DIVIDE IT INTO THREE AND GAVE ALL OF THEM OUT TO OTHER MINISTRIES WHILE MY CHURCH WAS STILL IN NEED. GOD SAID TO ME- I WILL BE YOUR SOURCE.

When the Lord Jesus Christ was teaching his disciples to pray, the first thing he said, “Our father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name”, and the next thing he said was “Thy kingdom come. Church Gist. Make his kingdom assignment your priority.

Jesus said it in another way – Mathew 6:33. The work of his kingdom – winning souls, plants churches, doing His work makes Him pleased.
Stop running after money. Run after the work of God and money will begin to run after you. Do his work and leave the rest for him. Everything you can ever need, he will supply. Church Gist. What is coming out of my mouth now is not what I planned to say. I am not looking at my notes.

In 1974 I prepared my PhD thesis, I submitted and I travelled for a crusade. My professor took my thesis to the external examiner himself instead of posting it. He bought his own ticket. He told the external examiner: “You have to read this thing now because I am not going until you have read it”. It was a Christmas season. The external examiner said, “I will read at my convenience”. But my professor said, “Your convenience will determine when I leave”. Church Gist. Finally he convinced the external examiner to read it and after reading, the external examiner said, “I have read it. Now you can give this boy his PhD”. My professor said, “No way! When are you coming for the oral exam?” The external examiner said, “I have no questions for this boy. Go and give him his PhD.” My professor said, “No! We don’t do it like that in our university”. When my professor came back, he informed the board. But to cut the long story short, I was busy doing God’s work, God was busy doing my own. Your breakthrough is going to be a first of a kind.
I became the General overseer at the time when the church was very poor. The entire income of the church was less than one month of my salary where I was coming from. We were struggling. Because I worked with government for a period of time, I got my gratuity- a bug sum of money. I was glad that at least I could manage with this till the church grows. But then I remembered that I had an owner and I asked God: what do I do with the money? Church Gist. The Lord said. “I am happy you asked. Divide the money into three. Give one third church to this ministry.” I was thinking he will ask me to keep the two-third. Then the Lord said again to give another one-third of the money to another ministry as well as the last one-third to a different ministry. My “Yes Lord” was very low.
But He made a statement: “I will be your source”. God hasn’t failed till now. I decree to you that God will be your source.

Daddy just whispered to me now that there was something I omitted yesterday when I was talking about your hands being made for God. I told you I used to be a boxer. When you get into the boxing ring and you discover the opponent is too big for you, you surrender by raising your two hands. Church Gist. There is a rule in boxing where if the person surrenders by lifting his two hands, the other man must not beat him again. If he lands a blow on you after you raise hands in surrender, he loses and you win.
Daddy asked me to let you know that when you raise your hands in praise, you are saying “Lord, I surrender”. If the devil dares touches you, God will finish that enemy. When you surrender all to Him, He will take care of anyone trying to batter your resources.

When you focus on the work of the kingdom, He will take of you in a manner you can never dream possible.
You know the devil knows the bible ad believes every bit of it. The devil will try to offer you prosperity in his own way; tempting you to make money by corruption, stealing among others. You will get it but you won’t spend the money. Church Gist. Gehazi is a typical example in the Bible. He never spent it, he became a leper. This is the same with Judas Iscariot. When he betrayed Jesus, he didn’t spend the money.

When corona virus broke, the first place of attack was the church. Church services were stopped so the church will be crippled. But the devil is liar. The church is marching on.

The Jews in America for example are 1.4 percent of the population of America. But when you gather billionaires in America, 50 percent are Jews. All over the world, 900 people has been given Nobel Prize; topmost brains. 20 percent of those 900 people are Jews. Why? They obey certain laws of the Almighty God. It is the Law. The law was given to the Jews not the Christians. Church Gist. The Law came through Moses. Abraham paid tithe long before Moses was born. When you raise it they say it is in the Old Testament. Then I ask them a question, “The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want”, is that in the New Testament? They again try to say everything Jesus said before the cross doesn’t apply. But again, before Jesus went to the cross that He said, I am the way, the truth and the life.
If you belong to Christ, you are the seed of Abraham, and Abraham’s blessings are yours.
Have faith in God; that will please him. If He is pleased, nothing else matters. He says, if you honour me, I will honour you. Church Gist. In the name of the Jesus Christ, the siege on your resources are over.

PRAYER POINTS

Thank God for his mercies on you up till this moment
In praising Him, remind him and say “Father, you had mercy on the blind beggar. And he never begged again. Don’t let me ever beg again”.
In worshiping God, tell him: I know you are rich in mercy. Please have mercy on me.
Daddy, it is written you have pleasure in the prosperity of your servants. Fulfill your pleasure in my life. Let me prosper tremendously
I am of the seed of Abraham. Please give me Abraham’s blessings
Father I will constantly honour you with my first fruit. Please make me your vessel unto honour.
Father I will never rob you of your tithes again. Open the windows of heaven wide over me.
Father, help me to seek your kingdom first all the days of my life. Everything I need to succeed abundantly make it available unto me
