THERE ARE SO MANY ARROGANT BELIEVERS WHO BELIEVE NO ONE IS ABOVE THEM

During his recent Sunday sermon, Bishop Oyedepo admonished his congregation to honour ministry gifts.
“The Faith Tabernacle was built before Hagin went to heaven. I will be stupid to think I am now the elder of Hagin. No, that will be madness. I was his stooge when he was here and after he went to heaven. He is placed above me so I can tap from him. Church Gist. We have a world of arrogant believers today, nobody is above them. ‘No one can tell me what to do’. Do what you like and see what you don’t like. For me to think, I am above Copeland will be mischievous madness. No! I tap from him. This thing works by spiritual gravity, you tap from higher sources.”
He further emphasized that there are men who by the grace of election carry spiritual gifts that are the answers to our problems. He said “Recognize that some people occupy a higher place than you by the grace of election. Rivers don’t flow uphill, rivers flow downhill. “We are all brethren” is a lie. God set in Body, first, the apostles; secondly, the prophets; then teachers; then the evangelists and then the pastors. There is firstly, there is secondly. And without all contradiction, the less is blessed of the better (Hebrews 7:7). Even God said “He that honours me I will honour.” Honour the carrier of these virtues in your heart. I have never entertained anything negative in my heart, no matter who may be saying it against the G.O. in Redemption Camp (Pastor E.A. Adeboye), against Archbishop Benson Idahosa, against Kenneth E. Hagin, against Kenneth Copeland, against T.L. Osborn, it has no space to enter. If you honour such in your heart, what they carry keeps flowing into your life.”
