If you allow your ministry to be sponsored by the pocket of a man, after a while the man will pocket your ministry. He will determine for you what to preach and what to do because his money is the one responsible for what is going on there. There are people who approached us that they want to do something for church and I said they won’t do it because I saw it in their eyes that they will boast about it later. I am talking of projects that is hundreds of millions. I remember twice when someone called me and said I should send somebody to pick a car for church and I didn’t send anyone. They bring gifts to the altar, altar don’t go out to meet people. If you don’t understand what you are doing with your life, they will mess you up. Instead of being a pastor they will turn you into a pauper.
In our place they say they say if you don’t reject money, money can’t fear you. There are times you see money and say No, then money will respect you.
The kind of revelation that opens your heaven is the one that suspends your senses because your reasoning is the greatest enemy of your results. The day you come to the end of your reason, that day you are at the beginning of your results. The point where you are able to surrender your own thoughts, your own ideas, the way you feel about things, that is the point of open heavens.

The revelation of the Word surely opens the heaven (John 1:51). The Son of man was the ladder of Jacob in the Old Testament. Jesus is the divino-human junction. If you get the right Word, heaven will kiss the earth. When heaven kisses the earth it is called revival.
Acts 7:56
The receiving, the releasing and the resting of the Word will connect you with an open heaven.
Father I ask for the open heaven upon my life, upon my destiny, upon my ministry in Jesus name we pray.

Do you know what will demarcate you from your generation? Everyone was being baptized but Jesus was doing something different, He was also praying. It is not what you do that gives you the results but the Spirit with which it was done. It is not the action carried out but the prayer power behind the action.
Mathew 3:16
The Heavens opened for him in particular not for everybody there. It is possible we can all be in the same conference and not come out with the same results. It is possible for two people to be side by side and not carry the same spiritual climate. You can both have the same spiritual father but had different spiritual results.
I was talking to Roberts Liardon and he said he grew in an atmosphere of open heavens, he didn’t know I was speaking on open heaven. He was running round in his diapers as a little child in Oral Robert’s house in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was in Kenneth Hagin’s camp meeting before camp meeting started. He is with T.L Osborn, all those giants live in the same town. When you arrive Tulsa in those days, you can feel the climate. How won’t he see Jesus at the age of eight?
These things are so real, whatever it takes don’t agree to operate under a closed heaven. Till your heaven is open, don’t stop seeking it.
Don’t be a false pastor or prophet.
Pray in the Spirit – I cannot function under a closed heaven.
